Heres a little poem i writed hop yall like it, tell me what u think, its a little different but then again im a very different person. ^_^

An Irish Lullaby

Grass made of angels hair
And a dress made of lace
The little lass named Marygail
Disappeared without a trace

Her eyes soft as downy
And hair vibrant red
Out by the willows
She was found dead

Every night she would dance on the heath and then shed sing
Of today and tomorrow and what life would bring
Around and around in a white silken dress
Every night this is what she would sing:

“ A teacup of rosebuds, for the sailor to drink
The poison is quicker than you think
A dance of the wolf child and song of the crow
A guilty conscience only makes lust grow

“ Says who! Says who! Lies the wooden doll
She sits on the shelf so she may not fall
The glassmakers daughter killed out by the barn
Entombed in a willow so shell never be harmed”

Marygail’s beauty was almost to much to bear
With porcelain skin and flowing hair
Her best friend Lula was just as fair
But instead of red she had golden hair

Lula found the love from a sandy haired boy
He would bring her roses and forget me nots that brought her joy
She knew she would wed him and bear him a child
She saw all her future in his perfect smile

Then one evening as Lula walked home
She witnessed a sight shed rather not have known
Below the willow out in her neighbors farm
She saw Marygail laughing in her lovers arms

Lula ran home in tears and sobbed in her room
She wished to have Marygail’s head and maybe him too
So she sharpened her dagger out in the shed
And kissed it so sweetly for it was to lay Marygail dead

The next night at sundown she went out to the heath
And drove the dagger into Marygail till she fell to her knees
She dragged her out to the stream and skinned off her face
She cut out her heart and stole her dress made of lace
She took Marygail’s face and put it over her own

Then she danced up the street to her lovers home
She climbed in his window and to her he awoke
And holding Marygail’s heart this is what she spoke:

“ A teacup of rosebuds, for the sailor to drink
The poison is quicker than you think
A dance of the wolf child and song of the crow
A guilty conscience only makes lust grow

“ Says who! Says who! Lies the wooden doll
She sits on the shelf so she may not fall
The glassmakers daughter killed out by the barn
Entombed in a willow so shell never be harmed”

He gasped and cried out “ What have you done!”
She replied “ Don’t be silly I’m Marygail your love”
She crawled in his lap and held the heart to her breast
Then she took the dagger and drove it into her chest

Marygail and Lula buried beneath the willow
Lay there precious heads on a silken pillow
In two lace dresses they dance around the tree
If you listen closely you’ll hear them sing
