   Yu-Gi-Oh! BLAH!

<bgsound src="http://prophecymoon.tripod.com/cab.mp3" volume=100 loop=1 autostart=false>

Start: 9:18 PM CST

In the morning, I played Yu-Gi-Oh! with Dominic! It's funny, 'cause I haven't played for two-three years... (And the rules have changed since then...) GRR, I couldn't draw the cards I wanted! Aaron helped me a bit, and Hilda and Emma rooted for me! (But Kaleb and Whitney kept looking through my deck during the game...)

IPC...I have to finish that formal lab report about viscosity and density! (I need to make a REAL good grade on this. Last lab report? I made a 12!!!) Oh...and passing out papers is hard when you don't know people's names...that well. Danish and Thrystan helped though. *sweats*

Oh, did I tell you? A random guy went gave a cupcake to one of the Indian girls on my bus, and said to give it to Thi. What's it for...? Later in IPC, Ms. L and Ms. Brown both got cupcakes; all of them look the same. STRANGE...

Transition: I sat with Karen and we talked. We colored our periodic tables. Dondria really wanted to color mines, but it was sloppy. Laura and Dondria wanted to see their names written in Korean and Vietnamese. (Of course, when they saw the Vietnamese version, they didn't believe it was real! Vietnamese look like LATIN, duh...)

In Lunch, I sat with the Deaf students again! This time I got to learn more names! Dalton, Rahim, and Ivan! (Of course, I don't know that glasses-wearing, spiky guy, Middle Eastern-looking guy's name!) Oh, Waheed came in a bit later too! Oh, I learned my sign name! (A sign name is used with Deaf people to mean your name. Since it's a hassle to spell out your entire name, there are "codes," really. Mines is the symbol for "T" on the side of my forehead. Oh! Only Deaf people can give you sign names. It's like a tradition. It's like an initiation into a group thing... *laughs*)

I remember them showing me what their sign names were, and for Rahim, that spiky-haired glasses guy used the letter "R" and pulled it across the bottom bridge of the nose and under the nose! (I just laughed!) If you don't understand, when you rub your finger under your nose, it means "ugly." So when he rubbed the letter "R" under his nose, he was calling him "ugly." *bursts out laughing*

Well, as I was trying to finish lunch after the "end of lunch" bell rang, one girl passed by me and asked, "Are you a bobblehead?" I replied, "Huh???" She replied, "Never mind." (I think that girl knows sign language. I see her signing in the hallways sometimes. And I think she calls me a "bobblehead" is because I'm always nodding to show that I understand. Blah.

In Geography, we're learning about religions! Mahida, Miriam, and Mohammad were explaining Islam to use, and Jacob and I explained Catholism. Hehe, some questions were hard to explain. Like how God and Jesus could be one person. Like this: If God and Mary had Jesus as their Son, but God was Jesus, wouldn't God have given birth to himself? See what I mean? Paradoxy!

OHH! Everyone in our classroom was wearing hoods after lunch! Crystal, Tien, etc. I asked Miriam, "Does your hujab count as a hood?" She said, "No..." Tien said, from behind her, "Well, only the cool people that wear hoods can be in our group." in a jokingly way. Miriam said, "Fine! It's a hood!" *laughs*

As I was heading to my next class, I walked with Janelle around the school to get to class. The wind felt so nice... Cold, yet not too cold. We were skipping along for a while, singing "The Wizard of Oz" song... We're off to see the Wizard... *laughs* Jacob thought I was weird for walking AROUND the school, but there's so much traffic inside the school. *laughs*

In Fitness, we stayyed at the boy's Gym that day. I just drew in Lauren's Interior Design sketchbook while Kai and Raul talked. Dominique (girl) took my shoe, ran off with it, and threw it. Yes, it was quite annoying. *laughs* There were times when she grabbed me to the floor and yeah... *laugh* She said, "You ain't got no rhythm..." and "I'm a gangsta'..." *laughs*

For some reason, Raul and Kai kept talking about being raped...or raping... Or something like that. (And I heard traces of it that made me think about them being raped by a guy. EW. They think about that stuff?!) And for some reason, Raul kept calling me Tucker. I kept saying, "Say my name. Say my name. SAY MY NAME CORRECTLY." (He was lying down, and I was above him, talking.) Kai and Raul ran to the wall and started bursting out laughing.

At first, I didn't realize what it was. But he sat when two people are doing it together, you ask the person on the bottom to say their name... (EH?!) It was perverted...

So...I managed to scare Raul and Lauren. How'd I scare Lauren? Lauren is Dominique's "mom," and her "mom" didn't want to talk to her, so I said "I'll be your dad," as in, "I'll talk with you." But Lauren thought of it wrongly! (Mom + dad = child. Get it?)

And we sat outside, and Babetta and Josh (curly haired!) came to sit with us. It felt so nice outside... Wind good. *laughs*

Oh! Juan (another Deaf guy at the table) said hi and I asked him where Geraldine was. She was by the bus area, and I saw her pushing Dalton into his bus. *laughs* Oh! I learned the name of her friend (Hispanic, glasses, curly-like hair) was Alma! (Which is Spanish for "soul"!) I also saw another girl by us, black, haired pulled into ponytail, and glasses, but she didn't talk. I signed that I was SO HAPPY that today was Friday! Alma signed back that she could stay in bed all day, but she has homework. I signed back "Same..." and pointed to my backpack. But I heard the buses starting up, and I signed that I had to get to my bus.

Well, guess what? Ze bus left! But Mr. Flores, Ms. Davila's husband (both are bus drivers), let me ride his bus! I sat by a guy, and I helped a bit with homework, then fell asleep.

Babetta rides that bus! And so does Miriam! Shrina too! I just sat by Shrina and her friends... They were talking about their births, and how all of them were "miracle births," basically. Then they listened to Jesse McCartney, and said, "Why are we listening to Jesse McCartney?" Then I told them about a Deaf girl in school that claims that Jesse McCartney goes to our school and that he follows her around. *sweats* Then they ask if I knew sign language, and I tell them yes. OH! One of Shrina's friends. Her name is...Rost...I think. *laughs* She used R, O, S, and A. But I don't think it's Rosa... Eh.

Mr. Flores drove me to the school, and I biked all the way home. I ate, and then went on the computer.

OH!!! My dad came home today! Isn't that great???

I'm gonna sleep now. Bye! I'm talking to Karen, and we just had a Korean chat...in Hangul. *laughs* Bye!

P.S. Did you know today was Friday the 13th? They showed a clip of one of the Batman movies on the news during Transition. And they (Broadcasting Academy) edited it a lot. To take out curse words. You could tell. Not that very well dubbed. *laughs*

   Um...Robotics Again!

<bgsound src="http://prophecymoon.tripod.com/cab.mp3" volume=100 loop=1 autostart=false>
Enya
Caribbean Blue

Start: 10:00 PM CST

Today in the morning, I talked with Aaron's group (oh! I'm bringing my old Yu-Gi-Oh! cards tomorrow!), and then I went over to my Deaf friends. Again, I had to learn his name. His name is Vu Chu... (Or Vuchu... But it's Vietnamese, so I'm gonna accept it as a two-lettered one.) I met the guy that plays football and rides the late bus! His name is Waheed... Oh! And Miriam cut her hair short yesterday... Well, her mom did anyways.

In P.E., Akhil and I played tennis! Huan came to play, even though he was partially crippled. (He twisted his ankle last week, remember?) We played a ton of games, but I HATE running to go get the ball after Akhil hit it off into a place I didn't know. Here's what I know:

My left hand is strong, but not precise.
My right hand is precise, but weak.

In Digital Graphics, we worked more on our animal-shaped clouds! Richelle's giraffe looks good, but you can't even tell what mines was... Bleh.

Geraldine was signing to Ms. Thompson about how a Deaf girl in school was saying that Jesse McCartney went to our school and that he was following her around... (I don't really think so... Maybe it was a guy that looked like her.) Ms. Thompson signed that maybe it was a "story she created"... Or maybe she's having one of those fangirl fantasies. *laughs*

Oh, Ms. Thompson left a few minutes before class ended, so me and Geraldine just signed to each other. I found out Geraldine has nine fish for pets! I signed that I had a dog named James, but I think she misread it as "I have an armpit named James." (Because I was doing the sign for "dog", but I was kinda pointing to my armpit. The sign for dog kinda looks like that. So maybe... *sweats* I just nodded and pretended I understood...which wasn't so smart. *sweats*)

In Lunch, I stood in line with Miriam and Vu Chu. There was a bug climbing on the floor/wall, and he killed it and pretended to eat it. (Eww...) Tien saw Vu Chu doing sign language, and she said she wished she knew how to do it. So I kinda introduced her to Miriam. (Actually, I just told her that she wanted to learn sign language. Except I forgot to sign the word "want"... *sweats*)

In Geography, guess what?! Ashley said hi to me and said that her mom showed her a picture of me and "a girl" from the Homecoming Dance, and that her mom said they were such a cute couple. (Then I realized that woman who took the picture for the yearbook--that was Ashley's mom!) She started asking questions like, "Is she your girlfriend?" And at the end, she said, "You're cute. Let's make cute Asian babies together." (I just bursted out laughing.)

Then three girls around me. A black one, an Indian, and a Filipino girl (her name's Jessa!) started saying, "Ooh, you got a girlfriend..." and asking who she was, if I liked her. But for some reason, when I mentioned it was Kathy, they kinda stopped asking. We did work and stuff...

And we translated the teacher's directions. You see, we had a sub, and we translated this sentence: "Hello, I'm not here today, complete all the assignments I told you to do." or something like that.

We translated it into Vietnamese (me!), Spanish (Kevin!), Urdu (that girl in my class...what's her name again???), Mandarin Chinese (Michelle helped me...), French (John did it, but gave up somewhere in the middle), and Tagolog (it's a Filipino language--Jessa did it, but erased it later)! It was so fun seeing all the different languages... *smiles*

Then, I headed into Robotics, where... Me, Janice, and some other people just went through folders of their old works. Movie stills--that was fun! Oh...and this cool butterfly picture. I wish I could turn it into a theme, but it's copyrighted, probably. (It's a student's work! I can't take it...) People kept noting my Coca-Cola with Splenda and how nasty it was. (It tasted ALMOST the same...)

Earlier, Mohammad saw me doing sign language with my group of Deaf friends, and he said he's inspired to learn sign language! (*laughs* I inspired him??? That sounds so weird... *laughs*)

Um...we had a stupid fight (me, Chi, Aaron, Akhil, and Janice) in front of our two buses... And yeah. Violent/weird. *laughs*

On the bus, I talked to Waheel. Not exactly. First, he was doing Algebra homework. (For some reason, most of the signs I sign to him--he doesn't understand.) He had a sign language dictionary, but there were some words that weren't in there! For example, class subjects. Math, science, yeah...

I asked him some random stuff, like about his football game and stuff. (From what I can understand, he wants to play in one of his football games--one of his games was today. Does the coach not put him out into the field???) He slept the rest of the trip... I was so dizzy... It's dizzying reading a book while the bus is moving! And signing sign language! I tried to wake him up to talk a little bit more, but he signed he was sleepy...

Ah, when he got to his stop, he got off. The rest was listening to Always Smiling by Tritsch-Tratsch Polka with Aaron. OH! Earlier, we tried singing White and Nerdy by Weird Al... *laughs* I can't do it! So fast...

Oh! When Ahkil was on the bus, we tried to do a look. Here, I'll explain. Turn your head from the left to the right slowly... Move your eyebrows up two times, and smirk. (I did it to Aaron and Ahkil to scare them a lot.) What do you think that means? *laughs*

Uhh...it was REAL late when I got home... Um...it also started THUNDERING pretty bad when I got home... And it poured...and rained...and the lightning struck...

And now I gotta shower...and do homework...and...something else.

Bye!

   Hawaiian Roller Coaster Ride Song...

<bgsound src="http://prophecymoon.tripod.com/cab.mp3" volume=100 loop=1 autostart=false>
Enya
Caribbean Blue

Start: 9:28 PM CST

Hi guys! Do you remember that Lilo and Stitch song, Hawaiian Roller Coaster Ride song? I'm listening to it... I LOVE IT. *laughs*

In the morning, I got to Aaron's house around 6:20 PM, and I waited inside. I met Aaron's dog, Drew! So cute... A Schnauzer... Kinda reminds me of James. But for some reason, I kept trying to use sign language on it... *laughs*

After packing up the guitar stuff, Aaron's mom drove us to school. It was pretty quiet... But my eye was sore. I think I touched Drew's fur, then rubbed my eye. Ugh... And I got sniffly too. Aaron's mom was the same... Huh...

Well, when getting to the school, we got our stuff, and walked to the table. Vy had a plastic sword, which I kept pretending to kill people with. Also, I dubbed Victoria, Hilda, and Lauren... Neutral, and "on the girl's side". (There's a war. Boys vs. girls. *laughs*)

Oh! I saw Carolina in the lunch line...for breakfast. *laughs* She asked if I was gonna sit at the table today. I signed back that I would, and also that I was sick. Oh...about the lunch, I asked her if I should sit at the table outside or inside. She had another of her friends (black girl, braces; she's Deaf, but can use her voice pretty well) to translate some of what we needed to say. She has a Nigerian accent when she speaks... Probably her parents are...

Oh! Later, I asked what lunch she had. I said I had B lunch, but she was confused. (Then I remembered it was called SECOND lunch, not B! The lunch naming at my old school was different, so yeah.) She had another of her friends kinda help translate. No, Carolina has first lunch... *sweats*

Later in the morning, Aaron and the rest of the guitar group when to put up our guitars in the Band room. K.K. saw me with my guitar case (actually Aaron's) and asked if it was a GIANT violin. *laughs*

IPC was full of weird things. First of all, I made a 12 on my Jolly Rancher lab report. Yes. A 12! I'm not kidding! We also did experiments, with particles, and how they vibrate, etc. Madiha's eye looked irritated, and her attitude seemed like it too. (But everyone's like that when they're sick, right?)

Transition: I basically sat with Karen (who later moved to the back), and sat by Dondria, Laura, and Sam; basically all of us doing work.

In Geography, we learned about culture aspects. Like religion! In the class, we were discussing religion basically. What Islamic people believe in, a Jewish person asking Christians what Jesus dying on the cross meant. Madiha, Mohammad, and Miriam are Islamic, and she said, basically, they believe in a god that controls everything. And then she went in about how the terrorists of 9/11 claimed to be Islamic, but weren't, because violence wasn't allowed. (She seemed really hurt about it. But I've heard that some Islamic people were treated bad after that incidient; maybe she was affected like that.)

In Lunch, I sat with Niyathi, Chi, Zack, and Jonathan. Then I jumped to Karen's table, who was sitting with Jessica (girl in Jurassic Park! *laughs*) and Tiffany (I thought her name was Jessica! OY!!!)!

Then I switched over to Thi's table, where I met Chi Chi (pronounced almost like "ji ji"; the "ch" is very soft) and saw Lin! OH YEAH. Thi wants me to wash more tuppenware...

Fitness... Err... I walked around with Lauren, Kai, and Raul. Lauren and I played volleyball later with Tara, but gave up after a while. Kai was doing some rope/nun-chuck tricks, and Kenny was trying to copy it. Basically that.

OH! There was this blonde-haired girl (wavy-haired too) that kept looking at Kai. He just kinda smirked after she kept looking at him. (The girl was by us, playing volleyball with another group, and Kai was walking around alone...so yeah.)

Also, Raul said when Ariel (his girlfriend) said hi to me in the morning, she asked him, "Doesn't Travis look like a younger version of Kai?" Raul tried really hard and looked at us both, but we didn't... *laughs* Oh... I asked about that from Ariel, and she said she actually said, "Doesn't Travis look like a hotter version of Kai?" (Eh...???) She said he only changed it because he didn't want to refer to me as "hot"... *laughs*

After school ended, Lauren and I headed to the Band room later to get our guitars. Of course, the locker was...locked, and so we came back later. I went to go get ice cream, but the machine ran out of the kind I wanted! Anyways...to the Guitar Club! I tried practicing, but I couldn't hear myself over everyone else playing. Also, I had to tune my guitar, so I walked far away from the club to a stairway, and tuned.

Oh! Hilda's learning how to drive! There was a thing in her book that said, "Do not do any of the following:"

Me: *reads book* How do you park a car on a sidewalk...?
Hilda: Oh, I don't know. I'll have to learn that.
Me: ...You're not supposed to park a car on a sidewalk.
Hilda: OH! You see, I'm gonna be horrible at driving.
Me: *keeps on reading* How do you park your car in the middle of a railroad track...?
Dominic: I don't know...unless you want to suicide...

They stated the obvious sometimes in that book. *laughs*

Oh! There was a while where Victoria thought someone took her amp! She thought her sister had it, but she didn't. Then she thought someone else took it. We later realized it was on the chair the whole time. *laughs* OHHH... Aaron wanted to play a song for Janice, but she didn't listen...

Ronita's birthday's tomorrow!

On the bus, we just talked... I learned Michelle's brother's name is Vincent! Yup.

When I got home, I just ate a bit and tried on my witch wig. UGH. It looks UGLY on me. I'll just have to return it. Also that and a weaved scarf. UGH. I was gonna be a witch for Halloween, but none look RIGHT on me...

My brother and mom were out shopping somewhere... They came back from Kohl's around after 9 PM... Yeah.

John asked me last night, "Why are you so cool Travis?" *sweats* (I'm cool? I think I'm a loser. *laughs*)

Sitting With Geraldine At Lunch for the First Time!

<bgsound src="http://prophecymoon.tripod.com/cab.mp3" volume=100 loop=1 autostart=false>
Enya
Caribbean Blue

Start: 7:56 PM CST

Hi everyone! Oy...I have gots to post real fast.

Well, I woke up EARLY for once! (Well, exact time. Most of the time, I would sleep for another half an hour, then run out of bed, getting ready for school, almost late. *sweats*)

In the morning, I was SO STRESSING about not finding my Digital Graphics and Animation notebook! Victoria (she's a senior and has DGaA?!) I tried to ask, but she didn't reassure me. I tried to wait for Geraldine to come, but I didn't find her... So basically, I went wandering around the school twice, but my DGaA class wasn't open.

No one wanted to talk to Victoria because just because she was Jack Sparrow, she thought she was better than everyone. (She even said, "I AM better than everyone!" *laughs*) She also got testy when no one noticed her lime green vest. *laughs*

OH! Ashley brought a green apple to keep her company ("awake") in first period... *laughs* (Oh, she almost lost her English spiral, but me and Ahkil returned it.)

In Gym, I spent most of the time walking around with Ahkil. He kept going on about Prince of Tennis, even though I knew nothing about the show. (We were about to go play tennis in the court, but the coaches didn't have any tennis equipment. Note to self. Bring your own...) Oh...Travis is addicted to cigarettes now. (Not ME! Anyways, he's only been doing it for a few days, and he's already addicted. He's trying to stop real hard though. I told him gum might help.)

Travis (friend): *chews gum during class*
Teacher: Travis, spit out your gum.
Travis: It's nicotine, ma'am.

Until we realized nicotine is the BAD CHEMICAL, and we changed it to nicoderm. *sweats*

In Digital Graphics, I found out that the teacher had it! (Victoria was right! SHOOT.) We turned in all of our projects, and we looked through all of them. One of Jessica's friend was in Pulse, Jessica (Asian one) was in that scene of Pirates of the Caribbean, where Jack Sparrow was running away from people in the water. *bursts out laughing* Geraldine was in the Pink Panther, in that scene where he's trying to move the seat with that button for that guy in the full cast suit.

*bursts out laughing* All of them were SO FUNNY!!! We looked through 6th period, and I saw Emma in a scene with Lindsay Lohan (not sure which movie), a girl in that movie...what was it. Where Hilary Duff and her sister play as two rich girls who become poor...? The scene with the limo. Yeah... OH! And some guy put himself in a Star Wars movie! (He was wearing Victoria's Jack Sparrow Jacket, I think, and holding a yellow lightsaber!)

Basically, for this project, we took a scene from the movie, and we took a picture of ourselves. Then, we edited the two pictures to make it seem like we're in a movie. Sounds cool, right? This is the stuff you get to do when you're in a Computer academy! *laughs*

OHHH... Now we're making animals out of clouds! I'm doing koalas, Geraldine's doing pandas, and the guy right to Geraldine is doing a platypus. (WEIRD...) OH! Geraldine brought the DVD, Howl's Moving Castle to school. Oh, and at the end of the class, I asked Ms. Thompson, Geraldine's translator, if I could sit with her for lunch. And she nodded. (Yay!)

For Advisory, we typed up our résumés...

For English, we went over The Scarlet Ibis, takes place in the South, about the end of World War II, about a boy who gets a little brother that's crippled, born with tons of medical conditions--and also thought to be mentally challenged. The boy is ashamed to have a brother like him, so he tries to teach him how to walk, how to play, etc. One day, they find a scarlet ibis in their tree, and it dies. The little boy goes to bury the bird. Both brothers take a walk, and when it starts to rain hard, lightning strikes, causing the older brother to run off, scared. The little brother doesn't like to be alone, and tries to run after the older brother. When the older brother ran back to his little brother, he found blood gushing through his mouth. He had died. (The little's brother was very weak, due to a medical condition, and his heart exploded. Yes, your heart can explode.)

It was so sad!!! The whole class thought it was sad...

Well, the lunch bell rang. I got in line (Tien and Victor cut behind me--Tien's staying at HHS!!! YAY!!!), and saw Geraldine with her Deaf friends, and when they saw me, they were all hyper-like, so I felt kinda happy. After getting my food, I sat by Geraldine, and I introduced myself to some of Geraldine's friends...

Gosh, this is so silly. Here, I'll explain. An Asian guy, wearing a pink-and-white striped collared shirt, fingerspelled his name. It looked like Vung... His name being spelled. Or was it Vuch? Or Vuoc? ARGH... (I kept asking it to be spelled over, and over, and there were even times when I asked what letter it was.)

I'm not sure about his name, so I'll call him "V" for now.

V: (signing: U.)
Me: (signing: What's that mean?)
V: (signging: *elaborates* The letter U.)
Me: (*takes a while* signs: OH.)

See how slow I am?! I didn't even remember how the letter U looked! (Alaina said maybe I was nervous--probably. I forgot a lot of it when I was with them.)

Well, "V" is in 11th grade, and oh! I saw Sean again! The guy who was dancing at Homecoming! He can use his voice, but I'm not used to it, so I didn't understand...

I met another of Geraldine's friends: Ileana. She's Mexican, but she says her sister and mom are American? (Oh, I think she meant "born in America"...)

It was a long and awkward time. I remember signing "Where's Miriam?" and Carolina (who just came from outside) signed "outside". I just had a confused look, and then everyone tried showing the sign "outside". Still, I didn't understand. It wasn't until everyone started fingerspelling that I understood.

Oh...after that moment, everyone fingerspelled to me. (It's not that I know NO words, it's that my ASL is limited.) I said "bye" to her and headed to class...

OH! That girl? Asian? With brown-red dyed hair? Her name is Vi! (Vi, not Vy...) Another "V" person! Yay!

Geometry... Uh, we had a homework check, and then a test... And then it got quiet for a long time because the teacher didn't want anyone to talk. At the end, she held everyone back. She held me back. She called me "CHARLIE"!!! (Charlie left for band! I'm TRAVIS!)

It's sad when your teacher mistakes you for another Asian guy in class... *sighs*

I just raced to the bus as quickly as I could. No time for locker. I sat with Aaron, and Vy was in front of us. We just talked, had weird chats, and I got bored, tired, and all that.

Uhh...Aaron and me walked Dominic home, talking 'bout Family Guy quotes and songs. After dropping him off, Aaron and I walked to partly his house, and we parted.

Hmm...when I got home... Lots of eating. Not really. I went on the computer after...somewhen.

And my mom washed my bedstuffs. (Yay! They were getting dusty...)

And I have to practice guitar... ARGH. Guitar Club's tomorrow. I'm catching a ride with Aaron.

Uh...gotta fold laundry.

And cut my hair. OH MY GOSH. Dondria's gonna HARRASS me for not calling Karen!!! Even though we IMed to each other a LOT.

Bye guys!

   Color Pencils...and Ice Cream?

<bgsound src="http://prophecymoon.tripod.com/cab.mp3" volume=100 loop=1 autostart=false>
Enya
Caribbean Blue

Start: 7:35 PM CST

Allos! Ah, school was really nice today! At first though, I was stressing because at the Homecoming Dance, I broke feathers off it. And what a stupid reason, right? But I'm a perfectionist, and ugh...

I was sleeping on the bus, and when we got to school, Aaron tried to teach me guitar chords, to somewhat avail. Tien borrowed my Geography homework, and I said hi to Carolina!

In IPC, we did a viscosity lab. With beads inside a test tube with a twist cap, and we measured how fast the beads move through the liquid. But I had to print my paper, so I didn't spend a lot of time with my group on the project...

In Transition, I sat with Karen, and Dondria started acting like we went through, made us share phone numbers (we added our e-mails too), and basically, she wanted to give us make-overs. Try to make me look like Nick Lachey, and tips for Karen on how to look like Jessica Simpson! Both of us were just bursting out laughing, and Karen said "But I don't wanna dye my hair blonde!!!" (Plus, we're both Asian, so...)

And...Quinton started talking about "friends with benefits". I thought it meant "friends," so I said "Yeah!" (Because everyone else kept saying we went out with each other...) But then I learned what it meant... The sub told me not to listen to Quinton. *sweats*

In Geometry, I saw Carolina again! Maybe I'm wrong, but I think she waved her hair... OH! I got into the classroom, but I realized I got the wrong binder, so I ran across some hallways, got to my locker, but my combination didn't work! (NOOO...) So I was late, but the teacher didn't count it, thank goodness.

In lunch, I sat in a cramped LONG table filled with people, by Niyathi, Shanna (who was pretty quiet), Chi, Jonathan, and Zack (who cut his hair). Um...I ate a strawberry ice cream, and the cold part actually FROZE to my mouth. There was a point where I was panicking... *sweats*

In Fitness, Kai kept "yelling" at me for leaving Kathy during the dance. He said, "If I were a girl, I would've slapped you."

Later...

Me: "Hey Kai, you said you would slap me if I were a girl?"
Kai: "No, as a man."
Me: "So you're going out with me as a man...?"
Kai: "No, if I were a girl."

Yeah...confusing. Also this:

Kai: "I can't believe you left Kathy for a DEAF girl's MOM...!"
Me: "Why are you putting the emphasis on 'deaf'???"
Kai: "I'm NOT! But you left her for a DEAF girl's MOM! That's even WORSE!"

He's confusing, right?

Basically, I played volleyball with Dominique, Nicole, and Lauren. This girl on my team kept saying, "I think he's gay." (She was RIGHT BEHIND ME and acted like I wasn't there!)

Later, one of the girls on Lauren's team got annoyed, so she switched teams, and I switched there.

Dominique kept slamming the ball into this one girl's head. Lots of pulling and yelling at her... *sweats*

A girl on that team, one of the friends of that girl who called me gay... Well, when the volleyball went out, Kai caught it, and he handed it to her, and she said, "Hey, sexy..."

I saw Kai and Raul walk off laughing...

There was a group of girls talking about me during gym... *sweats* Like, I was tired, and resting, and they were talking about how hot I was...? (What...? I'm ugly!)

Well, school ended, and I headed to the bus, where I talked with Aaron and Vy most of the time. Too long to explain...

I biked home in the rain. (I was about to bike to Aaron's house, but I didn't have the chord notes, so he wouldn't let me come along...) I saw Andrew! (The psychic one!) He was letting his dogs out into the bayou to run around for exercise! He got taller...and his voice got a bit deeper. *laughs*

Well, when I got home, lots of eating, and I've been talking to Vicky and Karen. I just did laundry, and I'm here...

Tired. Must wash more stuff!

Listening to Radio Disney on my radio right now! but it's on AM, and it's very unclear... WAH.

   Crazy Homecoming Week!

<bgsound src="http://prophecymoon.tripod.com/cab.mp3" volume=100 loop=1 autostart=false>

Caribbean Blue

Start: 7:25 PM CST

OY. Summarization: CRAZY WEEK.

Friday

Well, in Gym today, Huan sprained his ankle while running, and they had to take him from the gym to the clinic in a wheelchair. I got his clothes and backpack for him, and he had to go home... Poor Huan...

In Digital Graphics, I had a nice chat with Geraldine! I tried using my ASL more, and I think I got the hang of the structure. (But I switch between SE and ASL and it gets confusing. *sweats*)

In English, we did more of our country projects, and Ema brought in Romanian pastries as her food for her country! (Romania!)

Geometry... A lot of people had to leave since the Homecoming pep rally was that day, and we presented our Geometry projects...from...like, two weeks ago? I loved J.J.'s, The Geometric Real World... And Thi and I were gonna do the Vietnamese techno/Spongebob one, but since that didn't work, we switched to my colorful/Spongebob version.

Oh my gosh. Kevin and I kept talking about infinity and layers of infinity! And he tried explaining it to me on the board... (No, we weren't studying about infinity! We just talked about it for fun...) And so...we made next week's warm-ups...very...stupid. *laughs*

Do Now: Solve for x:

x = (infinity)^(infinity)

A1. (Made by me!) Jenny had infinity apples. Bob had infinity apples. If Bob gave 1/16 of his apples to Jenny, how many apples would Jenny have?

B1. (Made by Kevin!) If the apples were exposed to a radioactive isotope and lost 20% of their mass, what would their weight on Jupiter be if the sun exploded and the apples were sent into orbit? See diagram A2. (So you know, the diagram made no sense too. *bursts out laughing*)

For some reason, our teacher, Courtney, and Emily kept talking about pee... UGH, you don't wanna know. *sweats*

Ah...after I got off the bus, I walked home with Aaron, who taught me a few basics to the guitar, and before I could carry it home, I had to go ALL THE WAY HOME, then come back. (The guitar and backpack wouldn't fit at once.) That took...20 minutes. By then, Aaron was mowing the grass. He let me borrow his guitar, and I went home. UGH. I REALLY hope I don't break it. I'm broke, and doing this will just add up the debt to my mom...

Well...that day was the Moon Festival!! NOO!!! But I couldn't go... I was too busy practicing guitar...and my mom...was...eh.

Saturday/Homecoming Dance!

Ah...we went to the orthodontist's around 11 AM and I got my braces' rubber bands changed to orange and black (Halloween!) and I have a chain on my braces now... (It's used to hold your teeth together.) That's a sign that my orthodontia will soon be over! (WHEE!!!) Oh! My mom gave Dr. Ho mooncakes, and he said "thanks" for them.

After that, we headed to Burger King... It was so confusing! My brother had these coupons to get a free burger for every burger... And so...we ordered 3, plus the tickets, which equaled 6 burgers, but they didn't include an extra fries and soda, and I just got confused... OY.

So...the rest of the day was homework, practicing guitar, and talking to Vy. (At Vy's house on Friday, there was a study group/party thing...)

So...after 5 AM, I started to get ready for the Homecoming Dance! I showered, put on my clothes, found my gloves, and opened the bag with my mask in it! (Actually, Diana did it.)

It was a mask, with rainbow and silver sequins (I think that's what they're called...) with black and white feathers (like a zebra!) in a lion fashion around the mask.

So my mom drove me to Kathy's house around 6:38 PM, and I went in. Kathy was eating, all of us exchanged compliments on each other's costumes/clothes. But Nam wasn't formal-dressed. Just...black tennis shoes, blue jeans, and a black jacket. Chi had a light blue (different layers/transparent-almost) gown with strapped high heels. Kathy was wearing a black gown (transparent-almost) with strapped high heels and her red "phoenix" feather mask!

Oh! Chi's mom and dad, plus Dai were there too!

We took a lot of photos, with and without masks.

Then we headed off to the dance!

OH MY GOSH. I have to tell you. That night was CRAZY. I'm NOT EXAGGERATING. Here, I'll explain.

Kathy, Nam, me, and Chi got out of the car and tried walking through the back. Of course, they didn't let us out, but they did let us walk across to the front, where we gave out our tickets.

Of course, Nam didn't HAVE a ticket, and they didn't let him in because he had blue jeans. Chi, being his date, also left him.

The later story: Chi and Nam didn't want to hang around for four hours, so they HITCHHIKED a ride with a RANDOM STRANGER to the corner of the highway by Zach's house and walked there...

Chi: What if someone kidnaps us...?
Zach: *jumps out from behind* HI GUYS!

-----

Kathy and I were gonna take pictures. The pictures costed $16, but Kathy didn't want to spend the $20 she got from her mom.

The later story: When we DID decide to go take the photos, Kathy couldn't find her $20 in her purse!!! We looked around, but couldn't!!! OYY...

-----

Well...at the beginning of the dance, the feathers from my mask started breaking off. SHOOT. WHY?!

I saw Dominique (the girl) there! She looked so lovely... her hair was down (instead of in a ponytail like it usually was) and she was wearing a black gown. She tagged along every then and a while with me and Kathy.

AHH!!! I found out Dominique knows ASL!!! She says she doesn't like to let people know that. And she wouldn't translate for me...

I saw Geraldine sitting with her Deaf friends at the corner of the commons, and I went over and talked with her. I met her friends, Carolina and Miriam. Also, another ASL teacher there! We had a small chat. (I used what little sign language I knew. *laughs*) I kept coming back every now and then...

Dancing with Kathy was so fun! It was hard to do some of them... (Rhythm I got down. Moves? She said I looked kinda stiff. *laughs*)

I also slow danced with Dominique once.

Kai and Vy; we finally found them! Kai was wearing a suit and bow tie, and Vy in a lovely sparkling blue-black gown... Kai kept pressing himself against Vy's back and hugging... (They did that too much!)

I later went dancing with Geraldine and her friends. The ASL translator came with us and showed us some dance moves. *laughs* And when a slow dance came up, I danced with Geraldine. The lights flicked on though, and I thought the dance had ended... (But truth was, most of the guys and girls dancing together were pressing REAL CLOSE to each other while dancing...)

Ahh...there was also the Macarena, which I forgot how to do. Miriam and Carolina helped me with that...

At the table, Carolina and I talked to each other through her Sidekick. (Typing to each other.) But Miriam and Carolina had to go somewhere... The ASL teacher left, and Dominique left with her mom a little bit earlier than that. Geraldine said her mom was outside and that she had to go home, but I wanted to meet her mom.

Her mom's Vietnamese, and we talked a lot with each other! It was nice. *laughs* She says I'm the only Asian friend she has. (Really??? I thought there were other... Huh...) Miriam and Carolina came down, and sat on the bench with Geraldine and we signed (talking through sign language) to each other, until Alex told me that Kathy was looking for me.

YEAH. Kathy was looking for me! She had been looking for me EVERYWHERE. Ugh. We started to dance, and the conga line pushed down the poles that had balloons tied to them and held up banners.

Well, Kathy was taking a picture, but she SLIPPED on soda on the floor, and BANGED her mouth on the metal pole and knocked it down, and her digital camera fell down and broke into pieces! Kathy and I looked for her pieces, but we found them all, luckily. (We were so scared because we thought we lost the memory card, where all the pictures were! But it really was inside the camera all along... *sweats*)

Well, Kathy's mom picked us up, along with her sister and dad, and we drove to Zach's house, where we picked up Nam and Chi. And I was SCREAMING about Chi and Nam hitchhiking to Zach's house. (Read what I said earlier...)

They drove to their house, Chi's parents picked her up, and Nam's dad drove me home.

I got home around 1 AM in the morning, took a shower, and headed to bed...

It WAS a CRAZY DAY, right?

Sunday/Today

I woke up around...9 AM (?) and started doing my homework. I ate lunch, changed clothes, and my mom drove all of us to church.

At church, Andy was playing a Super Mario song! It sounded nice! But it got old after a while... Dalena and Andy were fighting with each other, and while they were fighting, Dalena's soda shook up and spilled all over the piano! But Andy found a towel and cleaned it up. (Problem was: It looked like he peed himself. He yelled to passerbyers, "I PEED ON MYSELF!")

Later on, I took a Viet Ngu test to choose what class I could go to next year... After finishing it (even way PAST the bell for Confirmation class!), Thay Qua (?) put me in Lop 7. Yay! I think...?

In Confirmation, we heard a testimony (on tape) about a girl who hung out with a group, thinking she could make them better. Instead, she became like them, drinking, smoking, doing drugs. And there was a point where her guy friends invited her to a motel, and she drank something, and became unconcious. There, she saw heaven and hell, and what would happen.

We got these pressed coin thingys! (Put in a penny, twist it, and it becomes flat and is engraved with something!) Ours had the Ten Commandments, but one was wrong and made everything out of order...

Life Teen mass started...15 minutes late, and the singing today was a bit different...

I said bye to everyone, and when we got home, Suc Fah and Suc Kung (with their daughter?) were parked in our garage, ready to buy fish.

And Diana and I ate...and now, here I am.

--------------------

Weird weekend I've had, right?

   A SEVEN DAY POST?!

<bgsound src="http://prophecymoon.tripod.com/cab.mp3" volume=100 loop=1 autostart=false>
Enya
Caribbean Blue

Start: 9:09 PM CST

Hiya guys! I AM SO SORRY!!! I haven't been on in seven days!!! (Also called a week!!!) WAH. I've just been REAL busy to the point where I can't even get on anymore!

So instead of torturing you guys, I'll try to summarize it as much as I can...

Don't read this. I mean it. Just comment.

Last Friday

Well, we went back to Port Arthur to visit! Yes yes. The first stop was at the 9th Grade Center, where I kept trying to get in!!! But the woman there said she wouldn't give me a Visitor's Pass because some guy was going around killing people... Later, I asked again. This time, she said I needed to wait for the principal to get back from lunch...

So anyways... My dad picked me and Diana up from the school, and we headed to Kim's Seafood! Diana and I walked to her old school, Booker T. Washington Elementary, and we met up with her old teachers! Ah...she took a picture of two of her teachers... (But later, she found out she didn't SAVE it, and got real depressed.)

After that, the whole family went to Grand Buffet, but I was literally telling them to eat faster so they could drive me back to 9th Grade Center. My parents yelled at me, but yes, my mom drove me back. (My dad got a ride with Duc's dad.)

Um...by then, it was 2:15 PM, and she wouldn't let me in... She said I needed the student's parent's signature to get in. (WHY DIDN'T YOU TELL ME AT FIRST?!)

I just gave up in the end...

So anyways, we headed to Central Mall...and wandered around.

Passing by the Silverball Arcade, I found Symone. WE WERE LITERALLY GAPING AT EACH OTHER'S FACES!!! (I didn't tell her I was coming!)

I also met up with Alexis and their friend, Edward, and we all had big hugs, laughing, saying "OH MY GOSH!" repeatedly, and so forth!

They were going to go see The Covenant... We called Alaina, and she was SCREAMING that we all met up with each other at the mall! We told her to come and I would pay for her movie...

(Why were we so excited? If you haven't heard, Port Arthur is two hours away from Houston, and I usually only come to visit every 6 months... Last time I missed the deadline, so...yeah...)

We went shopping around... Edward likes to talk to the people who work at the stores... *laughs* (The guy working at GameStop wanted to quit his job SO BAD.)

Then we bought candy at Candy Craze and put them into Chinese takeout boxes. (I met up with Javier!) But Ricky came and got me, and I was dragged home... WAH.

We were dragged to our dad's boat, where we talked...and then we went to one of my dad's house, where me and my brother and sister were stuck in the car drinking...red soda.

And then we headed home...

Saturday

I biked to Kathy's house around...3 PM! My parents were having a nhau with this man who spoke Vietnamese, but sounded like he was SCREAMING at people...and his wife. Of course, I left to go to Kathy's study group party. Um...there was Sue, Alex, Sobia, Janice, Chi, and of course, Kathy!

I ate pizza and drank soda, and pretty much, everyone was on the computer.

I saw Kathy's rabbit, Snowball!!! It bit Kathy though... We were trying to get him to eat his zanahoria, and he just crunched at the long, orangey goodness. (I started saying, "Comer mi pies...", which means "Eat my toes..." to the rabbit.)

Well, Sobia left first, and then Chi did. The rest of us stayed over for dinner, and we had food! It was like a biscuit-like food... Can't remember the name... It was in Spanish, I think. Gorditas, or something like that.

So the rest of us, Kathy, Kathy's friend, and her little sister were sitting outside on the porch, eating food, listening to the radio, and talking about the music. (Kathy explained to us the meaning of that song... "Every time you come around, my Londy Londy brigde wanna go down...") YEAH... *sweats* (The fire effect for her lighting was cool.)

We started watching Inuyasha 3 (the movie), but Kathy's parents had to head to Town Square, so Kathy's dad drove me home.

And...when I came home, I found out my brother ate my Burger King!!!! GRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR.....

Sunday

The beginning of Viet Ngu! Ah, it was so nice seeing everyone again! Dalena, Diana (friend), Khang, Sonja, and so many others! It was VERY hectic, with people walking around, not knowing where to go.

THEY PUT ME IN GRADE 5 for VIET NGU! (I'm supposed to be in 7!!!) Chi took a test later, and she was qualified to study Grade 8, but took 6 because Natalie was in it.

Dalena and Khang kept pulling me apart. Dalena didn't want Khang around "her friend" (that's me!), so she even FOUGHT him to get him away. Basically, when I was with her, we tried to get away from him.

Khang and me asked a TON of people already. We're not allowed to change grades. WAH.

Well, I was late for Confirmation today! *sweats* I forgot what we did... Um...there was a skit, with Co Dung being a party girl, but Bao (who was Jesus) who wanted to go to the party with her, she yelled at him and told him that she didn't need him in his life. (Very good acting. *nods*)

OH!!! Guess what I found out?! Na Nhi's back in Confirmation! (Her mom tried to kick her out because she thought she wasn't "mature enough," but after TONS of begging, she let her back!!!) I ran with Na Nhi out of the changing room, and into the row where Chi sat, with me, Natalie, Diana...and Diana's friend. (With pulled back hair and glasses...what's his name.)

Church was fun! After that...we headed...somewhere...I think.

Monday

You're LUCKY I can't remember that I did on that day... OH RIGHT! IT WAS TWIN DAY...

English... We had country presentations! UGH! I didn't bring mines! Or even START! But THANK goodness I didn't present mines that day...

In Geometry, I made a 74 on a test... WHAT?! But the teacher sent us to one of the other teacher's classes so she could yell at the students who made lower than a 70. (I was only 4 points above! *sweats*) So...Thi and I had fun times doing our signs and saying "GOD IS GOOD!" "ALL THE TIME!" thing, and Danny, Michelle, and some others started playing BC.

Tuesday

Fat Tuesday! Kathy came wearing a mask, and I wanted to wear it SO BAD!!! Everyone else was wearing Mardi Gras beads, and I felt so BAD I didn't bring any...

Umm...I FORGOT TO DO AN IPC ESSAY! SHOOT... I tried to finish it during Transition, but that was a bit hard...

I stayed after for Robotics... Um...we went through the T-shirt designs. We're thinking of leaning towards Janice's design! But we're still thinking... (I think I annoyed her when asking about stuff... *feels sad*)

It was a nice trip. I finally learned her name! Her name's Niyathi! OHHH... I tried to practice accents with Geoffrey. At first, I was doing sign language, and then we switched to other languages.

A stupid question I asked, "Do you use your nose to breathe when you talk?" (Sounds stupid, right?)

Wednesday

Um...college day. Right! UGHHH... I went outside with Travis and played soccer with him and four other guys (3 vs. 3!), and I got my shoes DIRTY... My socks were all soaking wet, so I stopped wearing them. So I only wore wet shoes... Travis scared me. He said you can get athlete's foot walking around the locker room without shoes. (WAH...)

I talked with Geraldine about Fruits Basket today. At first, she thought I was talking about a fruit basket! (Translations between different languages...UGH.) You see, I saw Jessica reading Fruits Basket Vol. 11 (or was it 10?) and we started talking a bit about it. And her two other friends, Cien (or was it Sienn? Something like that...) and another girl (can't remember name!) just talked about it.

I tried talking with Geraldine, but it was hard, and I told her translator that maybe I should learn ASL, and Geraldine told me a site where I could find ASL words and signs... So that was helpful. I know a lot now, but not enough to speak in sentences. *sweats*

English...we're starting Animal Farm! Yup... We also talked about the Cask of Amontillado... VERY scary/sick story!

OH! We did more of our project presentations (we presented info about a country--mainly government!) and Danielle brought food! Sopas, I think it was. I'm not sure... But even though it was cold, it tasted...okay. *laughs* A bit too dry for me. (Me and her were the only ones that used the limes! Nicole used some later...) So Nicole and I were trying to walk through the CROWDED hallways trying to eat our Mexican food... *sweats* (That girl...Nicole's friend...with the dyed reddish-brown hair, said that it smelled bad...even WORSE than curry. *sniffs* It didn't smell like anything...)

In Geometry...uh...I sat by Thi and all of us studied triangles that day. Yup. She also gave me a chocolate bar and two cookies! YAY!

I stayed for Guitar Club, and looked around. Aaron wanted me to do stage lighting effects because their concert is coming up soon, and they need stagehands. So yah. But watching them play guitar looks so fun! And Lauren started teaching me how to play! (Even though she says she's HORRIBLE at teaching! *laughs*)

I scared some people with my psychic powers. *sweats*

OH! Ariel (Raul's girlfriend) started hugging and trying to get Raul's attention. He finally did later and said, "TRAVIS! WHAT ARE YOU DOING WITH MY GIRLFRIEND?!" (Me: *mouths words to Victoria and Lauren* What is she doing???) Raul then added, "You can do better than that Ariel!" (EH?!)

I loved everyone's singing and stuff. Moriah's going Holiday by Green Day, some others are doing Hotel California, and Victoria (guitar and vocals) and Hilda (vocals) are doing this country/Christian song... Very pretty...

It was SO FUNNY!!! All the guys were trying to sing Holiday, and it just sounded weird... *laughs*

OH! Raul trying to rap. *bursts out laughing, hard*

Ah...this concert sounds like it's gonna be fun.

While sitting outside at the table with everyone practicing guitar, Victoria was teaching me how to walk like Captain Jack Sparrow. Dominic comes up, grabbing my soda, and opens the lid, trying to drink it, until we all scream to him that it's mine. Then she starts pouring all the Coke out. (HEY...I wanted to drink that.) Anyways...I drank the rest, and when he saw it was empty, he grabbed the Coke bottle, and THREW IT AT MY NOSE!!!! (He started screaming nonsense about how all the rum was gone... *sweats*)

Victoria and Dominic are Jack Sparrow impersonators, so ya know.

Ah...on the bus, I had a talk with Suga' (Anita's nickname to him! *laughs*), Anita, Geoffrey, and Aaron about religion... *laughs* The bus driver said, "Hey...are you discussing religion on my bus?!" Gay people/psychic people going to hell, Buddhism, Catholism, Hinduism, etc. Very interesting.

I stayed up until midnight trying to bake brownies! I started at 11 PM, headed to bed, came back down past midnight (with my mom telling me to watch it bake!), but I was so sleepy. OH. We had no eggs...so yeah. (I now know that eggs make food more...spony and sticks ingredients together easily...)

Today/Thursday

Victoria went around the cafeteria wearing her Jack Sparrow suit again!

Transition... I tried working on my IPC report (that was ALREADY TWO DAYS LATE!), but our Trans. teacher kicked everyone off the computer. So I just talked with Laura, Karen, and...another girl. We were discussing things about cheaters. The question: "If someone cheated on you, but later wanted to get back with you again, would you do it?" Then our IPC teacher (Mrs. Brown) jumps into conversation and starts saying that she would've told him off. *laughs*

In lunch, some random person (two, actually) asked me for the brownies I was gonna give Thi. Also, one of the lunch ladies asked, "What is that?" and pointed to the box of crushed-up brownies. *sweats*

So at the table, I gave Thi the box, and Shannon, Chi, Niyathi, and the others started eating it. They loved it. *smiles* Chi said that if I were to join Culinary Arts, the teacher would LOVE me. *bursts out laughing*

Oh, I bought my Homecoming Dance ticket today! The girl giving out tickets couldn't spell my name right... (I said "G," but she wrote "Z"... Eh...?)

In Geography, I found out Tien transferred to Travis High School... NOOOOOOO!!!!!!!!!!!

That guy said he saw me making out with my girlfriend. I don't HAVE A GIRLFRIEND. What the heck does he keep talking about...?

Fitness...I played kickball around the end of the game with Lauren. A girl in the audience asked if the clothes I was wearing now was my "dress to impress" clothes. (EH?! It was a blue tye-dye with blue jeans... But she said she was talking about a guy with a suit. ...No one was wearing a suit except Raul, and he wasn't playing kickball.)

After school, when I got home, my mom drove me to Party City! It was so COOL!!! I got a witch's wig, a Mardi Gras mask, and my mom bought stuff for Tyna's daughters. (Two mice plushies!)

Then we went to Wal-Mart to buy...stuff. I taught my mom some ASL, but she didn't want to learn. But she was using some of it on the trip home. *laughs*

Well, I just finished reading Chapters 1-4 of Animal Farm. Good night!

   A Five Day-No Post!!!

<bgsound src="http://prophecymoon.tripod.com/cab.mp3" volume=100 loop=1 autostart=false>
Enya
Caribbean Blue

Start: 8:25 PM CST

OH MY GOSH... I haven't posted in FIVE DAYS!!! Can you believe that? Now, I'm not gonna start spamming you with stupid information, but I'll give you the basics.

You don't have to read the post if you don't want to, but if you just comment saying "hello" or something, that'd still make me feel happy.

Sunday

Um...I went to Confirmation II class. We had a little soft worship thing at first, and then we headed towards class, where we took a test on the things we learned the past few weeks.

OHH! Jennifer came by and gave the whole class doughnuts! YAY!!!! At the end of class, we got doughnuts. Of course, Elyssa didn't want hers, so I ate it (tearing the part she bit off already). It's kinda funny too, because Jonathan was talking about not wasting food earlier... *laughs*

OH! Then I started to get into a conversation with Jonathan about what to teach. Someone said something about gay people... And he said in the Bible that was wrong. But I replied, "But didn't say to love one another, no matter our differences?" He replied, "Jesus said to LOVE one another, not LUST one another." I just nodded and pretended I understood.

But when a gay person likes a person of their same gender, does it always have to be LUST? (Lust is SEXUAL attraction, if you don't know that...)

We had mass, and I sat in the mid-back of the church, with Chi, Na Nhi, and Diana! Diana kept singing this song:

If cryogenics were all free
Then we could live like Walt Disney
And live for all eternity
INSIDE A BLOCK OF ICE!

Oh! And Diana kept talking about the guy in front of Chi with AWESOME HAIR. Later, I found out Tung (Na Nhi's "wife") kept trying to TOUCH IT.

And I also found out that Chi thinks it looks like L's hair from Death Note.

After church, we drove around the ENTIRE area looking for POSTER BOARD!!!! Then we found it in the Walgreen's by our house. (Stupid us.) We also kept eating raisins and singing Chinese songs while driving around town... *laughs*

Then, when we got home, we went to go get the mail, Diana and I started running towards the house, screaming "RUN!!!!!" with our brother behind us. *laughs* We're retards. *sweats*

Monday

In Digital Graphics, we were fixing around the picture with Jessica in the Jurassic Park picture. Then, I saw Geraldine on a website looking at Inuyasha. So I pulled up WordPad and typed in "Do you like anime?" She read it for a while, and nodded.

And so we got into a long typing conversation! I found out she went to First Colony Middle School, and she was born in London, England.

But here was the weird thing. She had she had friends there who spoke lots of French but little English. (I replied to her, kinda smirking, "I thought English people spoke English!")

Because if you lived in England, wouldn't you know English more? Unless you weren't born there...

But it was kinda hard talking to her... It was fun though. Oh, and then she was signing a story (with her translator translating) about how on Saturday, she went biking with her sister, and two dogs started chasing her... *laughs*

I really do wanna start using my ASL soon. But I need more practice. *smiles* (You may think it's hard to talk to deaf people because of language differences, but once you know a way to speak to them, you learn you have a lot in common with them, just like any other person you would meet!)

In Geometry, we went to the Computer Lab! UGHHH... I was almost late because I forgot where to go! We took a bunch of tests online, and e-mailed the results to our teacher's e-mail. And that's our grade.

OH MY GOSH. In the whole class period, random computers started doing weird things. Like the CD drive kept opening, some computers started shutting down, and so forth.

How, you ask? One answer: hackers.

Yes, people were hacking! It was J.J., K.K., and...a few other people. You see, all the computers in the school are LINKED, so whatever you do on one computer affects other computers. So YEAHHHH...

Me: Is EVERYONE in here a HACKER?!

Teacher: Haha, you have GOT to teach me how to do that! You guys are the "Future Hackers of America"!

*sweats*

I stayed behind school and we decided! Our mascot for Robotics is the Kraken!

Tuesday

I went to go look for a book that taught ASL in the library. Of course, all of them were checked out. SHOOT.

I found out Na Nhi's mom is making her quit Confirmation!!! You know what her mom said? "You're not getting married until 30, so you have all that time." (But she's gonna have to take it all over again if she does that!!!)

Na Nhi is one of the most RELIGIOUS people I know! I can't believe her mom would do that... I later learned that it was because Na Nhi always came early to church because she thought her mom drove her to church early because she was busy. But her mom later found out Viet Ngu didn't start, and that she only came to talk with her friends. And because of that, her mom thinks she isn't "mature" enough to finish Confirmation... (HUH...?!)

I've got to help her... I'll talk with the teachers, and I'll even pray so she can stay... UGHH... We've got to convince her mom to think otherwise!

Fitness was WEIRDDD... We went out to the track to walk, and guess what? Kai said a bunch of people from other high schools/middle schools have SEEN his video! (WHAT?!) And he sees random people go up to him and say "Hey sexy." and he finds that weird. (I would too!)

Also, for homecoming, Kai said he bought a $300 bow tie. WHAT THE HECK?! Then Kai and Raul got into an arguement between the differences of a tuxedo and a suit... And when Raul needed to explain and use an example, he said, "Kai, take off your shirt." Of course, Kai was wearing an outer shirt. STILL...that didn't sound right...

Barbara thinks I'm weird because I say "hi" to her in the hallways. That's not weird. (I grew up taught to say "hi" to everyone I saw that I knew. It's considered polite, and if you don't say "hi" when you see someone you know, you give them this impression that you're avoiding them... So I knew her and said "hi," but she found this as weird... Eh...?)

We were also talking with Lauren! Ahh...such weird chats we had. Now if I could only remember what we were talking about...

Wednesday

*bursts out laughing* In DGaA, we went to pose for our pictures! For me, I was gonna be in Harry Potter, sitting on a stool with the Sorting Hat on my head.

Jessica's was FUNNY LIKE HECK!!! She chose a movie (don't know the title), but the scene was a man holding a girl on his shoulders, and she's kicking and screaming and crying...and there's a house by them.

Jessica's gonna be holding a belt and standing right next to the door. (DO YOU KNOW HOW FUNNY THAT IS?!) She's gonna WHIP the girl with a belt for being bad... *laughs*

For English, we had a test! Then we went over irony and sarcasm. Our teacher asked Rehman to use a sentence with sarcasm. Rehman stated, "I love English." She replied, "Ye--WAIT A MINUTE. No, that would be WRONG because deep inside, you really DO love English." *bursts out laughing*

In Geometry, we had a test, and that took a WHILE. I didn't even finish it! (Three questions I didn't do.) And I gave Thi back her washed tuppenware. She says she needs me to wash it because the water pipes in our house are broken and the only thing that actually works is the toilet. (Poor Thi... She looked so sad on Tuesday when I told her I didn't want to wash it for her anymore... *sigh*)

Today was Brad's last day here. He's moving. Anita gave him a hug, and we shook hands. He's gonna be in Hawaii until he can move to his new home, which he hates, because he says it's filled with white people... (What's wrong with that...?) He claims he's not white, but really a brown person inside. *bursts out laughing*

Oh, my dad came home today! We had a dinner of fried shrimp and rice, but I didn't eat a lot... I was learning ASL (and practicing it--with my mom yelling at me, saying I wasn't deaf and shouldn't learn ASL), and I talked with some other people!

Here was one conversation:

Someone: I need to organize my binder...
Me: Binders are a sin. If you own a binder, you're committing a sin. If you touch a binder, you're committing a sin. If you LOOK at a binder, you've condemned yourself to HELL.

Stupid, eh? (But I actually did say that... *sweats*)

Thursday

In IPC, we had a buoyancy lab! And we also watched a very CORNY buoyancy video online that was made in 1994... It was so corny with the cheesy music and such.

In Transition, I sat in the back, trying to research Vietnam's government on the computer. I didn't understand ANYTHING. I went over to the computer by me, and the girl was looking up Japan's government. Hehe, they asked me if I was Japanese. *sweats* Oh! One of the girls was half Korean, and her name's Karen! She let me borrow one of her books to read, but I didn't finish it.

OHHH...do you know they've banned Harry Potter from schools? (YES!!! Soon, they're taking them off the shelves. The Harry Potter series is gonna become an illegal book series!)

WHY? It's because Harry Potter books uses witchcraft and wizardry, and they think these books can make children want to learn magic. And to them, Magic = dark magic = Satan.

YEAH... Why not ban Cinderella? The Godmother has magic powers. She's obviously the spawn of Satan...

Other books banned:
A Wrinkle in Time (has references to Christianity)
The Giver (weird government)
The Outsiders (gang fights, etc.)
How To Kill a Mockingbird (uses the word n**** TONS of times)
James and the Giant Peach (I have NO IDEA WHY...)
Harrison Burgeron (weird government)
Flowers for Algernon (has a mentally ill man as the main character)

DUMB PEOPLE. Banning books for dumb reasons! ...Hey...wasn't the burning of books one of the steps before putting Jewish people into concentration camps...?

World Geography, we had a test!

In Lunch, I found Na Nhi in the other line! She has B day 2nd lunch now!!! YAY! She's with me!

Hehe... It's funny. When I was with her, I was mouthing words and using my hands as symbols to explain things. Like, I was mouthing "Do you want me to go to that line?" and using my fingers to show direction...

Haha, people around me thought I was deaf. *laughs*

I sat with Na Nhi, who was with her friend, Brad, who kept calling her "anorexic." She is NOT anorexic! We're BOTH pigs!!! We eat a LOT! I told Chi that Na Nhi had our lunch now, so Chi, Jonathan, and Zach went to sit with us... Chi and Jonathan had a poking fight... Yeah.

Aaron's REALLY upset that I'm not the happy, peppy, jumpy person I usually am. I'm not always like that. I'm usually tired (since school started)...but I try.

OH!!! When I was coming back from Lunch to Geography, a guy in my class said, "Hey, I saw you and your girlfriend making out in the lunch. You were going at it like-WOW!"

I was looking at him like this: o_O?

I kept pointing to myself and saying, "You mean me?" And he said, "Yeah." I replied, "I don't have a girlfriend... I don't know what you're talking about..."

He must have me confused for another person. *sweats*

In Fitness, we all sat in the bleachers. Raul, me, Kai, and Lauren. Of course, I spent part of the class playing volleyball with Nicole and the other girls... *laughs* It was so fun, but my wrists became RED...

OHH!!! At the beginning of the class, Kai said, "Vote me for Homecoming Queen! I'm gonna be the most SEXIEST person there NOT wearing a dress!" *bursts out laughing* I'll vote for him... *laughs*

Later, he STILL kept talking about it, saying that his role model was Queen Elizabeth and the greatest well-known leaders were women like Cleopatra. *laughs*

But I never realized how PERVERTED Kai can be... *sweats* Is it just me?

He's like a different person EVERY period. *laughs* But I guess that's a good thing...

Lauren wanted to throw a volleyball at Kenny, who was sleeping on a mat. She WANTED to throw it, but Raul did it. He missed. (He was SO CLOSE TOO!) He tried again, and got even CLOSER to him (two feet away!) and STILL MISSED... Of course, Kenny thought I did it, and threw the ball at my head. *sweats*

I also accidentally slammed a volleyball into Lauren's head... *sweats*

And Kai thought Lauren was a boy!!!! He said, "You're a girl?!" She replied, "Yeah..." He replied, "ME TOO!" (Remember? He's running for Homecoming Queen... *laughs*)

Well, I got on the bus after that. I sat with Mohammad (his birthday was today!) and Aaron! Aaron was still upset that I lost my peppiness, and he said ever since Brad left, I've become the emo kid. (WHAT'S THAT SUPPOSED TO MEAN?!)

Then they started talking about my sexuality... And saying, "We don't care what sexuality you are. Anything's fine with us..." and stuff like that.

A guy by our seat had a jester hat! I put it on and started shaking my head! Tien wore it, asked Angelie to take pictures, asked me to wear it (took pictures), then asked the original guy to wear it (took a picture). Haha...

WEIRD THING MOHAMMAD SAID TO ME: "You look sexier without your glasses on, Travis..." (He was joking though. But it sounded WEIRD...and SURPRISING that Mohammad would say that... *sweats*)

Well, when Anita and I got our bikes out, an announcement from the elementary school started in a HIGH-PITCHED, BABY-VOICE way, "Wemember, the choice is yours!!!" Anita and I just busted out laughing... (We were acting retarded part of the bike ride... *sweats*)

OHHH!!! I'm going to Port Arthur tomorrow! I told Alaina, and she's so excited! But she has school tomorrow... So I'm going to the school and getting a visitor's pass. Yeah...

It'd be SO COOL to see everyone again! I miss them SO MUCH, and my parents NEVER let me go back to Port Arthur anymore! (Last time was SPRING BREAK!!!!)

So it's gonna be GREAT!

Alaina opened a chat room so I could meet John! Alaina and I basically talked about our old times... *sigh* But then I started posting, and kinda drifted from the conversation...

I can't WAIT to see her again. I'm gonna go sleep so I can be there...

Bye everyone!

DAMMIT, I need to make my posts shorter. Bye!

   Planet Zero, Shopping, and Weedflower...

<bgsound src="http://prophecymoon.tripod.com/cab.mp3" volume=100 loop=1 autostart=false>

Caribbean Blue

Start: 10:42 PM CST

(This was written on Saturday night...)

Hiya guys! Right now, it's just raining and thundering outside. Lots of rumbling. And I don't really feel like posting. Really, I'm anxious to read my sister's library book Weedflower by Cynthia Kadohata. She's also written Kira-Kira, and I just cried that whole day after reading that book...

I'm only on Chapter 8 of Weedflower, but you can tell it's going to be sad. It's about a girl, named Sumiko, who is the only Japanese girl in her class. And she is constantly being made fun because of it. And because of that, she has no friends. But she lives on a flower farm, where they grow flowers for a living, and that makes her happy at the end of the day, no matter how bad she feels. But one day, Japan bombed Pearl Harbor, and it marked the start of the start of war between the U.S. and Japan. Sumiko's family is sent to an internment camp in the Mojave Desert, one of the hottest places in the world. The flowers from her past life are gone now, and all that's left are the dust storms in the desert and the barracks that she has to call her new "home." Sumiko later learns that the camp is on an Indian (Native American) reservation, and even here, the Japanese are unwanted as they were back in their home. But she meets a Mojave boy who just might become her first real friend...if he can ever get over the fact that the camp is on his tribe's land.

Sounds good, right? It's starting to get good so far...

Anyways, about my days!

Yesterday/Friday

Today is Brad's last day on the school bus. He's moving on Wednesday, and he's going to be living in his aunt's house until he can move to his new home... It's going to be sad without him... *sighs*

In IPC, we did...I forgot. But I have to come in for tutorials on Monday... On my dimensional analysis work, I made a 50! YESSS... Even though I UNDERSTAND IT, I still get a 50!!! WAHHH...

For Transition, we had to get our picture taken for our yearbook! NOOO... I didn't even KNOW it was Picture Day!!!! You see, they planned Picture Day on the second week of school... But the photographer couldn't make it, so they rescheduled it...and told no one. I MEAN IT! Like, only TWO people in the WHOLE class knew Picture Day was gonna be today!!! BLAHHH...

So we all headed down to the auditorium, where we were waiting in line for our pictures to be taken. I saw Chi and Ashley in line!

I was chatting with Ashley and trying not to look bad. I swear, I had, like, five pimples on my face. (I had a chocolate binge earlier that week, and I still haven't recovered.) UGHHH...

Well, I took it...and waited in line for my picture to print. Ashley's looked funny... *laughs*

I was talking with some girls in my class. I was talking to a deep brown/blond girl in my class with a Brooklyn accent (Man, I need to learn names!!!) about how our pictures were gonna turn out horribly.

And the moment of truth... It didn't look bad! YAY! It was nice, and the picture was so blurred you couldn't even tell I had those pimples. *laughs* (Wait, the picture's blurred?!)

So we all headed back to class...where I tried to finish my Geography project...which was due today... BLAHHH.

In Geography...we took notes. And there was a point in the class where some people were talking, and he just bursted out yelling (with one curse word) to us to be quiet... It was REAL quiet after that...

In lunch, I sat with Thi and her friend Line (pronounced "Lin"!)! Thi wants me to wash her dishes everyday now... NOO. And she also wants me to bake her brownies too... NOO.

And the bell rang, and I rushed to eat all the food I had... I'ma pig yes, but I can't waste food. I love food SO MUCH and I was raised to not waste food. My mom says it's a sin to waste food in Buddhism...

In Fitness, Raul, Kai, and Kenny sat in the bleachers. I was sitting at first too, but I got off and started playing volleyball. I played with Lauren too! It was fun, but Kenny kept wanting to throw the ball at people. At first, he was trying to throw it at ME. But I blocked it. He said, "HEY! I was aiming for someone!" The second time, I saw him aiming at me, but I thought he was aiming for someone else, so when he threw it, it hit my head, deflected, and landed someone else... (WEIRD...)

By this time Lauren and I started playing with a purple beach ball! Dominique (I know her name now! Oh, and her elbow's healed now...) kept trying to steal the ball from us. (Like, when we hit it into the air, Dominique would jump into the air, catch the ball, and run off with it... *bursts out laughing*) She also kept hiding behind me, because Lauren wanted to smack her with the ball for always trying to steal it... *sweats*

Weird chats with Kai and Raul. Kai and Raul kept talking about their butts, and I just looked at both of them and said, "EWW, you guys are talking about each other's BUTTS!"

And then Kai went on talking about if you can move your butt with your muscles, then there's something wrong with you. (Actually, it's possible...)

Yeah, I'm gonna stop talking about... AWKWARD.

And Kai can serve! He can play volleyball?! o_O?

Yes, he actually serves STRAIGHT! I can't do that!!! Once, I hit it curved, and it bounced off the heads of three girls... (Who were, like, at least 3 feet away from each other?!)

I've noticed Dominique has a hearing aid...or something behind her ear. (???)

Well, after class ended, we all swam up to the commons, where band players were drumming and the cheerleaders cheering! The school is thinking of doing this oftenly. Having drums being played and cheering in the commons.

Of course, this caused incongestion in the hallways, and no one could get to their buses. *laughs*

I bought a strawberry popsicle, stuck it in my mouth, tried to run across the crowd, get to my locker, get my binder (WHICH I DIDN'T EVEN NEED!!!) and run to my bus. There were a BUNCH of people asking, "Where did you get that popsicle?!"

By the time I got out though, the popsicle was melting... (I finished it all with happiness! YAY!) Kai was waiting for Vy...who never came...

When I got on the bus, I found out she was already on there. I sat with Nancy, and we talked a bit at first, but both fell asleep--it must've been that we were so quiet.

WE WERE HOME EARLY... 20 minutes early! YAH! At first, I noticed my bike wasn't there! First thought: SOME STUPID KID STOLE MY BIKE!!! Then I remembered my mom drove me today... *sweats*

So I walked home... The bus driver offered me a ride home (seeing me walk on the sidewalk), but I said "no." I also saw my 8th grader bus driver and waved "hi" to her!

Well, I got home, played Gunbound with my brother. But I was rushing, since I needed to get to Mariah's birthday party! I showered, then changed my clothes. A black short-sleeved, collared, button shirt, unbuttoned (Anita says it's a polo shirt? I dunno...) with an arctic camo onside, and dark/faded jeans.

As I was rushing downstairs to get my shoes, I notice my brother and mom outside trying to take apart the tent...or whatever. My mom called me "girly/fashiony" because of the clothes I was wearing (The word was "dieu", but I'm not sure how you translate that...), and then yelled about how I wasn't helping taking down the tent.

Really, it was hard. First, the Phillips screwdriver wasn't the right size. And my mom kept yelling about that. (My dad screwed them in SO TIGHT...) And my mom couldn't pronounced the tool names right, so that got aggravating. She said something like "Blesh," and you're thinking, "What the hell did she say?!" Then you realized she said "Wrench."

After doing that until 6 PM (the party started at 5 PM!!!), my mom drove me to the arcade... She kept thinking it was at Mariah's house! But it's an ARCADE. Had to translate what it meant. I told her it was by Wok Bo, a Chinese restaurant, but she thought I meant it was AT Wok Bo. BLAHHH...

So we got there! Planet Zero Anime Center. I went in, and I see Bi Ling and Mariah with a group of her friends standing by the DDR machine (the SuperNova version!) playing! I joined in, and played! YAY!!!

I also saw Zach and Kaleb there!

Then we all went to walk around. The place was SO COOL. Games everywhere, video game mannequins hanging about, fading neon lights at the bar area, and anime props!!! (I saw a Final Fantasy VII Potion Bottle I wanted to buy SO BAD! But it was...$20. WAH.)

Aaron's friend (I don't know her name--she had curly hair and braces) started taking pictures of people posing by a Metroid Prime character. I posed as a dead person (under the character's gun) and one of Mariah's friend (a girl) comes up and says, "OH! MY HERO! You saved me..." and by this time, I started CRACKING UP. Kaleb kinda did the same thing... *laughs* (Mariah was trying to take a picture of me DEAD under that Metroid Prime character's gun, but here I am LAUGHING. YES, I DIED LAUGHING.) In the end, they just made a video. *sweats*

That guy (in my Programming class!!! The black guy who's always wearing that letterman jacket...) was sitting on an orange bristly couch, and I put my hand on top of the couch. Then Zach started to say, "Now put your arms around each other. Yeah... Now sniff each other's hair... That's it... And now madly make out with one another..."

Me and another person: o_O...

Don't worry, we didn't do ANY of it...

Kaleb and I got addicted on Para Para Paradise! It's like DDR, only you use your hands--Left, Northwest, Up, Northeast, and Right--and you basically use your hands to move! It is motion-sensored--so you don't have to touch anything. MAN...did we PLAY IT A LOT. We came up with our weird dances, and we just did a bunch of things to it! *laughs* I blew off...$8 on that game, probably, but I LOVED IT.

I bought a Fuzion Float from their bar, expecting it to look like some kind of smoothie. Was I wrong. It was basically an ice cream float on strawberry seltzer water. The girl who worked there (Denise?) asked me how was it, and I replied, "It's good." Then, after taking my drink, I walked off and ate somewhere in the middle of the arcade. I didn't want to move around because, one, the drink could easily spill, and two, it was such a hassle carrying the whole thing--spoon, plate, cup, and trying to make it not spill. Zach taunted me saying, "Aww, look at you... You're lonely..."

Oh! They sell pocky there... YUM.

Everyone was in a dark room (I couldn't find anyone at first!!!) playing Truth or Dare! I was playing with a blue laser light, but I also joined in. One of Mariah's friend dared Mariah to touch this guy's (dunno his name) "thing" if you know what I mean... I don't know if she did it or not. There was a lot of "whoo-ing" from what I think meant she did it, but I was too busy playing with the laser light... (I see dead people...)

Yes, it was VERY awkward. That girl kept telling people for their dares to touch other guy's "things" and if they touched themselves at night. *bursts out laughing* She was all perverted... *sweats*

Oh, we sang Mariah "Happy Birthday" there too!

Bi Ling had to leave... She left a little bit BEFORE Truth or Dare. Her mom came to pick her up, so yah. (Her mom works at Dental Castle. Ooh.) And seeing her mom, I'm thinking she's part Chinese/Hispanic. Yahh...

People say Bi Ling looks like Yumi from Puffy AmiYumi (SHE DOES!!! Except with streaked bleached hair...), but her voice sounds like Ami.

Imagine that. A girl that looks like Yumi (real life) with streaked hair, but a voice like Ami--the one from the cartoon series. Oh, and braces! And that's what Bi Ling looks like.

Oh, that perverted girl? She says I look like Cyrus from Yu-Gi-Oh! GX. EH?! She says my face does... (But I have no light blue hair...) She also says I look like Miroku from Inuyasha without my glasses. *sweats* (This talk of anime look-a-likes? This was RIGHT when we were by the bar...)

The bar table's light changes colors... Ooh.

My dare? I had to LICK Mariah's forehead. WHAT?!?! They dumbed it down for me--I had to lick her shoulder. But I still didn't do it. They pushed me towards her, but all I did was kiss her shoulder...without my lips. *sweats* (They THOUGHT I did it... *sweats*)

There was a time when Kaleb took my card and thought it was his card... (HEY...) But I got it back! And I even CHECKED to see if it was mines...

A girl (Latino) tried to play PPP (Para Para Paradise), but her card was scratched up...so yah. (And she had 50+ points stored on it!)

OH...Saturday, Denise (the girl who works there) said they were having a movie night for Fist of the North Star...

Not only is it an arcade, it's also an Internet cafe, a "bar," and an anime movie night area... Nice.

At the end, everyone was tired, and started resting on a red leather couch, and one of Mariah's friends sat under a guy (Mexican/Spanish) while he was laying down on a couch. (That sounds wrong for some reason.) And we just talked...about stalkers.

Well, I played my last game of PPP, and then I looked behind me, and it was my mom LOOKING AT ME, SNICKERING. (EH?!?!) Well, after the game, I hugged Mariah, told her "Happy Birthday" and left. Oh, my mom said they were laughing at me while she was watching me... *sweats*

When I got home, I ate chicken and played a bit of Trickster Online with Diana! But my stomach started hurting. Remember that drink I bought at the bar? Yah...I ate nothing with it, and it REALLY upset my stomach, and--I'm just gonna leave it at that.

I told Enin that, and he said this: "HAHAHAHA!!! YOU DRANK AL-KEE-HAL! TRAVIS, YOU ARE NOW A MAN!!!!!"

Me: "...But it wasn't alcohol..."

I stayed up past midnight listening/download DDR: Mario Mix songs...

Monday/Today

Urm, I woke up somewhere around 10 AM, and I got on the computer and told Alaina to call Hong. Hong was eating, and she was about to go to Hong Kong Mall! In the main room, Ricky was upstairs playing video games, and my mom was downstairs in the kitchen, and my mom was arguing with Ricky. Ricky's always complaining about never going anywhere, and yet, when he DOES get the chance to go somewhere, he doesn't go. Stupid, huh?

Well, I asked if my mom could drive me to Hong Kong. Well, she agreed after a lot of questions. So I showered, got Diana to come along...BUT...

Diana wasted my time making me watch Final Fantasy videos, and then I had to eat, clean, and change my clothes.

So...that was...11 AM. And by the time we were READY, it was 1:15 PM...

She called me and said she left. NOOO!!! I got depressed after a while, but then my mom said she would drive me to the mall! So I wanted to go to First Colony Mall!

And we drove off...not knowing where we were going... (I've never been to First Colony Mall, and I thought I could find it. STUPID ME...)

Well, after getting gas, my mom and I decided to go eat at a restaurant called ThaiSiam. It had a cute little chili pepper as its "S" shape... Aww...

So we went in. IT WAS SO PRETTY. The lighting was through glass lanterns, and there were wooden altars everywhere, with Thai dolls standing about. There were grapes hanging from the walls too, by wine. So we ordered our food. I got a chicken dish (forgot the name!), and my mom and sister ordered a Thai-styled stirfry...

They first gave us a salad, with a dressing made from peanuts and coconut. Yum. 20-something minutes later came our food. Yay!

I loved my food, really. The sauce was honey with chili peppers, so it was a sweet-and-sour thing going on. The chicken was spicy, so that added more to that flavor. Of course, my sister and mom didn't like their food. My mom (later, outside, in the van) said she hated how they used sweet-and-sour together like that. UGHHH. What a critic.

The restaurant got MYSTERIOUSLY quiet after that. Then I realized WHY. The restaurant is only open for lunch and dinner. Noon-2 and then it doesn't open again until 6-7 PM. We were (with another family--Indian descent...) there, only because they allowed us to finish our food. The waiters were starting to get ready for the dinner thing.

We got mints. Yay! Ohhh...and the waiter asked me if I wanted ice cream. Couldn't rejecting that, I ordered a lime mango ice cream. (My mom didn't know because she was in the bathroom.) But then my mom came out wanting to leave, so to finish it fast, we split the ice cream in three. (Of course, a lot of the ice cream fell off the plate due to my mom trying to move it to my plate... BLAH.)

Then, in the van, my mom started complaining about how the food tasted, and how the check wasn't right, and how she was never going to come back there again. Personally, I liked it, so eh...

Thai food is closely related to Viet food, from what I can tell. So is the talking language. I remember Diana noting how pretty the Thai written language looked, and my mom just went like "Ugh..." and started saying how it just looked like a bunch of scribbles. (Can't she just like something without being a critic? And in some other people's opinions, Chinese looks like a bunch of scribbles too, so hah!)

Then, I called Hong to tell her I was coming towards her house! But we got lost. It was because, one, Hong didn't know her mom's apartment's house number. (Hong doesn't live in Houston--she lives in P.A., and she comes to visit her mom once a month...) So my mom started to ask a lot of questions, and we FINALLY found the apartment number. (We asked her to look at her mom's letters--and find the address.) So yah! I got out, we hugged, my mom tried to park, and Hong told me how scary she thinks my mom looks...and talks. (I agree!)

But Hong needed to get to a wedding in 30 minutes. SHOOT. You know what my mom said? "You've seen her face. Now let's go." IN THOSE EXACT WORDS. (HOW MEAN!!!)

So we left...and headed to Ross...where I started "pigging out" on the clothes. I picked out...10 shirts? But in the end, I only got to buy 3 of them. *sweats* My mom just went through all of them and just stated how ugly they looked.

After finishing that, Diana and I wanted to buy scarves! Diana got a silk brown one, and I got a woven brown one... I'm gonna be a WITCH for Halloween! But my mom said they were ugly, and said it was the kind of scarves "those Pakistan women" wear. (So those hujabs those Pakistani women wear are ugly???)

She let us buy it, but it's coming out of our own money... Eh.

We went home, and I got on! I started practicing on my Halloween costume, and I got help on Enin with how to do a white mask! I need oil-based makeup...and powder. (I walked around the house, trying to gather all the ingredients and tools to use, but I gave up in the end. it didn't turn out as I liked.)

I talked with the group! Vicky, Catarina, Hinaru (WHO TALKS NOW!!! IT'S THE END OF THE WORLD!!!), and Enin (who was getting "kinky" off of everything we were talking about)...

...Wait. Enin was wearing spandex while wearing toe rings and riding a carousel???

And Vicky went to go buy "horanges," the fruit that Catarina made up that starts with the letter "H."

Vicky: "Do you sell horanges?"
Store Clerk: "That's not a fruit, ma'am."
Vicky: "LIES!!!!" *beats the crap out of the store clerk*

*laughs* That was funny.

I just went up and down the stairs this whole time. Diana got gum stuck on her books in her backpack! Someone put it there... o_O!

It got stuck on her English spiral and her book, Weedflower. So we started scraping... Plus, my mom helped me on how to clean it...with duct tape.

And I've been up here (Diana was up here earlier talking to the MyO group...) reading Wildflower, and it's getting good. (Read the sypnosis at the beginning of this post if you want to know what it's about.)

And I've been on the computer posting...since whenever.

I'm gonna go now! Bye!

In Georgia, It's Illegal to Hang Giraffes From Telephone Poles!

Hoya guys! 'En phat'tra kiel'se basa?

(I totally made up that sentence... *laughs*)

Anyways, I am so tired now. I wanna sleep... That's all I think about now. SLEEP.

Yesterday/Wednesday

Well, guess what?! I was sitting with Aaron and Dominique, and guess what? Dominique brought his PAJAMAS to school. He wasn't wearing them, but he had them. He's sleeping over at someone's house to be closer to the bus, ya see...

Anyways, I went upstairs to my locker to put up some of my school stuff, and I came down...

Guess what I saw...?! IT WAS DOMINIQUE, DRESSED UP AS JACK SPARROW!!! YES!!! He had the hat, the hair, and the clothes! ALL EXACT!!! (And genuine!) I just went up to him, and he kinda gave me this "Jack Sparrow" look. You know that look with those staring eyes and the chin kinda up high with the slow walk? YES!!! (He even called himself the "black Jack Sparrow!" *laughs*) Then he strutted around the cafeteria to let everyone see his costume. I wanted to try the hat on, and I did! GAHH... People say I look like a girl with the hat on!!! (Na Nhi saw it, and she was just EXCITED!!! *laughs*) Chi says it looks weird... The hair's itchy though. BLEH.

In IPC, lots of...work. What did we do again...? Ms. L is permenantly taking over the classroom. (Mrs. Brown for A days, Ms. L for B days... BLAH.)

In Transition, I spent the whole time in the back, getting help from a junior (I think) about my Geometry homework. He helped a lot, but some things were so confusing that even he couldn't help me... (Then I went on the computer and checked around for things on what to fix and la.)

Off to Geometry! Uhh...what DID we do...? Study guide! RIGHT. Madiha kept getting distracted by our talking... *laughs* OH! And our Geometry teacher DIDN'T have to go to jury duty... Here, let me tell you the story.

He arrived there around nighttime and waited for...an hour. After that, the people asked if they had an excuse for not being here... There were 60+ in line, and our teacher didn't even bother to get in... So after an hour or so, they split them up into four cases. 1, 2, 3, and 4. Case 1, they didn't choose him. Case 2, they didn't choose him. Case 3, they didn't choose him. So by that time, there were only 60 people then. So he started thinking, "Oh, I'm gonna be in this one." Guess what? That trial got cancelled. *laughs* Poor him... So he waited for that whole night and he didn't even get in the trial thing... Good news, he doesn't have to come back for 18 months. Bad news is, what a waste of time. But he did spend it grading papers, so yah...

In Lunch, I sat by Chi and Jonathan! I asked to sit outside, but they didn't want to. It was such a nice day. Warm-cold, with little winds. It was breezy, really. But noo... Chi and Jonathan wanted to stay inside. BAH.

Oh, and I have to wash Thi's tuppenware. BLAH. (I scared her by calling her name "Thi..." in a ghost-like voice. I was upstairs, looking down, and she kept looking left and right until she realized I was above her... *laughs*)

In Fitness, we played kickball! Of course, some boys were moved to different teams to make it fair. So Kenny and I were on one team, and Raul and Kai were on the other. I pitched sometimes (after a long waiting with Malcolm) and that guy (Suzanno, I think...) thinks Tara looks like Kate Moss and should be a model. *bursts out laughing* Random, but okay...

Oh! Lauren's friend! She hurt herself jumping in the air trying to catch the ball! She fell on her left elbow, and it tore something. (While running around the school, she just came out of the clinic, with her arm wrapped up and she was holding ice to it.) Poor her...

Oh, after Fitness, I realized I didn't have my binder! OH MY GOSH. IT HAD SO MUCH OF MY HOMEWORK!!! *cries* I ran into the gym (from the bus ramp!) and it wasn't there! So then I started to run upstairs to my Geography room--until I realized it must be in the bathroom by the gym. So I checked. It wasn't there... I checked the gym again. Not there... Again to the bathroom...not there.

So I started running upstairs to my Geography, and he wasn't there! Someone told me to go find a custodian to open the door. I ran around looking for one. After a talk with the second custodian I found, she told me to ask the assistant principal. After finding one of the assistant principals, she was of no help. There was a meeting in the commons, and she had to do a speech...

UGH. I checked my locker. It wasn't there. THEN--I guessed. If it wasn't in the gym, and it wasn't in Geography, I should check the other classroom I was in! IPC! (Yes, I only have four classes a day--2 of them are in the same room.) So I checked, and found Mrs. Brown tutoring students about dimensional analysis. I found it! It was under my desk... After taking it, I ran out the door. *sweats*

All this time, I thought someone had stole it... *sweats*

Well, I missed the bus, so I went to Robotics. They were going over designs on the robots.

And then we went to a different table to graph out the robot. I kept sharpening a pencil I found--and other people tried to sharpen it too. It went from a full pencil to a NUB in a few minutes. OY. Zach called it a "retarded pencil". *sweats*

He also kept asking people if he wanted to buy a soda from him! (When he was at the soda machine, the machine gave him two drinks.) So he kept asking for money. In my head, I wanted to buy it, but I knew I shouldn't drink it. In the end, Zach drank it all. DAMMIT.

Well, I biked home after Ms. Davila dropped me off at the school. They were having Open House at the elementary school.

OH! It was funny! Dominique was panicking because his favorite show, "America's Top Models" was beginning in five minutes, and the bus couldn't get to his house in time! The bus driver said, "But that's a girl's show!" Of course, he says even guys watch it. Hey, I like cooking and sewing, so eh.

So when he did get off the bus, he was so happy his dad wasn't home and RUSHED to his house.

His dad doesn't want him watching it because they think it's girly...

Today/Thursday

I was almost late for the bus. Hehe, I nodded off after turning off the alarm and woke up 45 minutes later. I suck, roights?

Oh...tomorrow will be Brad's last day on the bus. He's moving, remember I told ya? He'll still be here until Wednesday though. OH! Dominique wants him to dress in the "most emo-ess clothes tomorrow"... *laughs* I wonder what I should wear...

Which reminds me. I NEED AN IVY HAT!!! Does anyone know where to buy one? Or a beret even!

I sat with Anita, Danny, and Madiha today! Kaether had a "How to Learn American Sign Language" book, and I was interested, so I asked him if I could read it. It was fun practicing all the symbols! And Danny even looked up some insulting words to say to Madiha! *sweats* I remember looking at the table to the bottom-right of me, and there was the group of Deaf (the book says I should capitalize Deaf... According to the book, "Deaf" and "deaf" are two different things...) people pointing to me and doing sign language. (They must've thought I was talking! But I was just practicing! *laughs* Vy said I gave them false hope. *laughs*)

In P.E., we played basketball as a group. Then, I went to go practice my shooting, with two other guys. Then, a Mexican person (yes, I know he's Mexican--he's also part of that group that says "Chino" to me a lot... *sweats*) helped me shoot, and yeah!

OH! While jogging, some guy called me "white boy". "Hey, you, white boy." I replied, "But I'm not white!"

Do I look white...?

In Digital Graphics, Geraldine's translator wasn't here, so she had a Hispanic woman translate, then a man came in to substitute. Richelle was still looking for a movie to be in...

Uhh...I was trying to help Geraldine with the photo editing, but of course, she couldn't understand me... So I asked the translator to translate. Also, I asked him about sign language (I still had Kaether's sign language book! He let me see it, but when I went to return it, he was gone...) and some of the things about it.

Like this:

ASL: Book I have.
English: I have a book.

In American Sign Language, the thing you're referring to is the word you use first. Then you elaborate on it... I see, I see. And really, both ASL and English are separate language themselves, making it more confusing...

OH! I finally heard Geraldine speak! (This was my first time hearing it!!!) When I was waving "bye" to her, I heard her whisper "Bye". (Really, Deaf people can speak, but I think it's that they can't hear what they say... Something like that.)

In English, we were talking about rules and how they affect our society. Now let's talk about this weird rule:

In Georgia, it's illegal to hang a giraffe from a telephone phone.

I told them that (while we were explaining weird rules) and everyone just started exclaiming about how stupid it was. Yah, it really was. Then another question directed from my question was, "Are there giraffes in Georgia?"

Then we went over vocabulary.

One of our vocabulary words was progeny, which means "children". Our teacher was talking about her niece's hamsters. She started off with 2. Then she ended up with 8.

It took a while for everyone to register this, but when everyone realized what she had said, everyone bursted out laughing. The guy on the left of me said, "Sweet, sweet lovin'!" *bursts out laughing*

Indefatiguable was another word.

Teacher: Indefatiguable means to not tire out. Like that Energizer Bunny. It keeps on going and going...
Me: Didn't it get run over by a car...?

(The last commercial I saw with the Energizer Bunny was it trying to drive THROUGH a moving car... YAH...)

In Lunch, I sat with Tien, Chris, Angelie and the others. We were talking about how fat and piggy we were. *laughs* Then, a black guy came up to our group and asked Tien, "Do you wanna go to homecoming with me?" He also asked Angelie and Jennifer. Of course, they rejected him too... *sweats*

So I said in a sarcastic voice, "I'll go to homecoming with you..." But he said, "Great! You do know I'm gay, right?" And then he starts feeling on me, and I'm just grossed out, pushing him away. Tien and Chris were just surprised, yet laughing. He left though... (I'm scared now. *shivers*)

In Geometry, I sat with Michelle, Danny, and Kevin! I couldn't sit with Thi, but I did return one of her tupperwares! OHHH... The one I forgot to wash yesterday--it grew mold over it. (I was holding it up, and a girl by Thi said "EWWW...")

If you don't know by now, I'm Thi's dishwasher. *laughs*

Kevin and Michelle were doing each other's homework. Kevin kept trying to duplicate Michelle's handwriting... He also kept looking at an albino mother sheep nursing her baby...with milk. He kept LOOKING at it OVER AND OVER... We called him a pervert. He lost the page, and he found it again...

He also told us a story about how markers mated with each other to create new colors! UGHHH... He's so perverted! He also did it with his mechanical pens!!!

I fought Michelle with rulers.
Me: *tries to grab Michelle's ruler*
Michelle: HEY!
Me: I will fight you to the death for it! *pulls out two rulers*
Michelle: *holds her rulers in a sideways attack position*

Yah! And we had a project to do...in...like, 20 minutes. So Danny and I rushed! I made it pretty, he did the calculations. And when the bell rang...we realized. He did the calculations wrong... NOO!!! We rushed to clean the room up, I rushed to my locker, then down and I saw Lauren's friend (with the torn arm!) and we just waved "hi" and I zoomed off. (I saw some girls near us giggling about us... *sweats*)

And there I was...rushing towards my bus, which had almost started moving. Sweating, I sat with Vy and we just talked most of the time, including about going on a trip to Vietnam!

Ah...then it was mostly sleeping... I woke up, and Vy woke up a bit later, and we realized it was 4:30! (I usually get home around 4-4:15 PM!!!) But we had to wait at a school, since our bus driver was LATE and had to be somewhere else. Another bus driver picked us up, and we headed to our bus drop.

Dominique said his mom knew he was gonna be an actor when he grew up. 'Cause when he was 2, he had this fake cry to get what he wanted. Once, his mom copied what he did (fell to the floor, started kicking, and crying) just to show him how embarassing the situation was... *laughs* I can understand HIM doing it when he was little, but his MOM?! WEIRD.

Anita and I waited for Destiney to come, and all three of us biked towards Anita's house! We were talking like "white people" for part of the ride. Destiney hurt her ankle in track today... Aww... She was hurt biking, so she limped while pushing her bike...

After reaching Anita's house and biking off, I heard Anita (or was it Destiney?) giving off a scream... Eh...? *is startled*

When I got home, I drank some water, and went on my laptop, played a game of Gunbound with my brother, then I played MS with my sister for like, 3 minutes, then got off, and now I'm downloading Trickster Online...

Hong called me! She said she's gonna be in Houston for a wedding! And she's gonna be at HK4 for a dentist appointment! But shoot. It's the same day as Mariah's anime/arcade/DDR party!!! SHOOT. I'm scared. Bleh. Really, I'm not sure which one to go to...

Gotta go now! Byes!
