So sleepy ...
Yeah, mentaru is very sleepy, after having had to stay up till 6:00 am listening to my friends talk and trying to ignore them so I could try to get some shut-eye.
I saw my friend Leigh yesterday at her little party she threw for the four of us: herself, me, Rachel, and Morgan. It was really good seeing her again, but she's going back to New Mexico on tomorrow. So we watched Dodgeball and PLAYED dodgeball (which I didn't feel like participating in; I'm not a sporty person), then played a kind of Pictionary game, which I did not feel like participating in either. (Hey, I've got this strange fear of looking or feeling or being judged as stupid. I don't like people laughing at me, even if they are my good friends. I only want them to laugh if I'm making them on purpose.) And since I was being so unparticipational (if that's a word), they went around telling a story, where I was the main character. It was a kind of odd story, and it was very funny, and I'm not going to tell it to you because you wouldn't understand, and then I'd have to explain.
We all began getting tired of the story, so it ended and we decided to play UNO. And then we watched Moulin Rouge, which made us all very sleepy. But, of course, we couldn't go to sleep because then we had to move upstairs where the TV was instantly turned on and kept me from getting any sleep until it was turned off. >.< BAH.
So, yes, mentaru is quite sleepy. But she is not going to take a nap because she will sleep when she starts to get really drowsy.
But, I must catch up on some of my other sites now, so I wish you a Happy New Year and I hope you have lots of New Year-y fun!! ^^ (And try to get SOME sleep. You don't want to be a zombie like mentaru-chan. ^^)
