so guess I owe you guys a poem
[Untitled] ((again :P))

The stars shine in the night sky,
marking the traveler's path,
like streetlights marking the road.
But this is no city,
there are no artificial lights.
The stars are visible here,
their light not diminished.
But they are still overshadowed,
though not to the point of non-existence.
One object even more defined,
the moon shines as brightly as ever,
brighter than the stars
but equally as beautiful
and just as fascinating.
Here there are two moons,
one in the sky,
a second on the lake.
Both as calm as the other,
staring in opposite directions.
However the moon on the water has a blemish,
a corpse floats across it's surface,
a life less than remarkable.
The night side is a thing of the country,
this body, an outcast of the city.
On this lake,
the object of the city,
in all it's horrific glory,
is outlasted by the beauty of the night.
