Well, here I am, finally in the Greater DC area. I tell you, it was an interesting trip getting here, considering the fact that at around this time last night, my flight was still in transit to Atlanta when it should have landed an hour earlier. XD Needless to say, I missed my connecting flight and was stranded in Geogia for a whole night. :) Fortunately, the airline I was flying gave all of us that missed our flight free hotel vouchers, so I didn't have to sleep in the airport. XD

Still, I finally made it here in one piece and I've given everyone the Otaku Attraction for this week. There's nothing too major that can't wait until after I attend the Wizards game tomorrow (!!!), so until then, my duckies. ;p

Well, at about 6.30 pm this evening, I'll be on a big iron bird headin' toward our nation's capital. See y'all in about a week and a few days. (Though there are the news posts, of course, lol.)

Many things are going on here at theO. What're the details? Well, I suppose you'll just have to wait and find out, won't you? ;p

Anyway, it seems to be somewhat of a slow news week for whatever reason. I was glad to post all the licenses the other day, especially because I know there are some titles that I'm going to be on the lookout for (Millennium Snowby!! Bisco Hatori is love. X3). It's a good list, lol.

I've been in the habit of watching a lot of old Disney movies lately. Just last week I watched The Lion King, The Rescuers and The Rescuers Down Under, then I watched Beauty and the Beast last night (BB music for the WIN). Adding to my Disney frenzy, I saw a commercial last night during RAW (!) for the Peter Pan Platinum Edition. Needless to say, Kei want. lol I was terribly sore when I missed the proper window for the Lady and the Tramp Special Edition (though I can probably get it off Amazon just fine), but I'm definitely going to try and get ahold of it in the stores if I'm able. Following the Leader is an awesome song, lol.

(By the way, this whole Battle of the Billionaires thing is damn funny. The match between Bobby and Umaba should be an interesting one. But the funniest thing about the whole show last night was the qualifier match between Jeff Hardy and that other cat. Something Benjamin. I don't know.

Anyway, this Benjamin guy apparently prides himself on being all aerial and stuff [which is damn impressive for a brother, in my opinion], so imagine the irony when an unscripted slip happened during the middle of the match. XD He went to the top rope from the outside of the ring to try and hit Jeff for a flying clothesline [I think] and he just slipped and fell on his face. It was great. They kept replaying the scene from every possible angle and JR and King tried to play it off in fine form, but you could tell from how much they were trying to explain it that it was unscripted. I love it when things like that happen. XD)

Well, things should be interesting next week, since I'll be on Spring break...in Washington DC. lol I haven't figured out how news will go, but I do know that I'll have some access to the 'Net while I'm over yonder, so that's a plus. On the good side, at least I'll be on the same time as the server for a while. XD

That's it from me. Y'all take care. :3

For those of you that haven't seen the front page yet, according to ANN, the dub cast for the Tsubasa anime includes Vic Mignogna as Fai and Chris Sabat as Kurogane.

That news....PWNS EVERYTHING.

I am so incredibly happy right now that nothing can possibly put a damper on this evening. Imagining Chris and Vic bickering back and forth as those two...it's a fangirl's dream. XD

I really want to collect the series now. :)

I will say that it actually feels nice going back into the groove of things. Add to the fact that it seems like I hit one out of the park today with the Otaku Attraction, and that makes a damn fine comeback. :D (Thanks so much, Miss Anonymous!)

Anyway, I presume that this weekend will be fairly busy news-wise, as people will probably be making a lot of announcements at the New York Comic Con, not to mention the fact that there will be the winners of the American Anime Awards to announce. I'm really pulling for Vic and Greg to pull out on top in their categories, not to mention Laura (anyone who can play Sana that well damn well deserves Best Actress in a Comedy, hands down).

We'll see what happens. :3 See y'all later.

Well, it's official. Come Friday, things will be going back to normal. Here's to hoping we can get back in the groove of things with a busy news day. :) (Though, thinking about it, I might have to dig hard to come up with an OA, lol.)

Maybe now everyone can finally start to settle down and we can get things back to how they were. Lord knows things need a revert like whoa, lol. XD

Well, it seems as though things are beginning to look up on our end. There have been some folks that have been kind enough to lend us a hand (and a Wii), which was extremely kind of them. I'm sure Adam has thanked them a million times over, but one more can't hurt. ;)

Anyway, things are starting to get a bit hectic on my end, what with papers and other things starting to be due and mid-terms right around the corner, not to mention Spring Break. I'll be looking forward to the rest, but I also have a few things to start on, namely my comic. I do plan to continue with Plushies at some point, but it looks like until I get a new computer or something, it'll be a while yet before something decent to look at makes it's way over there. :/ Bear with me a bit more, won't you, fans? lol

That's all from me. Take care.

Well, we've established 100% that AnimeFF is run entirely by morons. Although there is a lesson to be learned here:

When you're already likely going to be facing fraud charges, harassment typically only makes things worse on you.

If they do actually try to take this to civil court, I will probably record me laughing at them and post it here, as it will likely end up meaning jail time for them after they're forced to pay restitution to everyone they've hurt in this entire thing.

Huzzah for the power of verbal and written agreements.

Well, we're still under lock down and Adam's posting more about this Jeff cat every day. While it's nice to see that our members support us so much, it's also a bit disturbing to see some of the lengths they'll go to try and "bring Jeff to justice," as they say.

Don't get me wrong, I'm really happy that everyone wishes to come to our defense. However, despite the fact that he's done a copious amount of wrongs to many people, he's also a human being and is entitled to certain rights and whatnot. Should he ever be caught and arrested, he'll have a chance to explain himself and his actions and one shouldn't pass judgment just yet. Of course, if he says he did it for shits 'n' giggles, then more power to the "welcoming committee" of the jail.

But we'll just have to wait and see if that's the case. :)

Anyway, moving on a bit.

Reading through the comments, I saw that a member suggested us starting up a Paypal account so that people willing to donate to try and make up the loss ourselves can have a chance. This is a good idea, but I (as well as Adam, probably) feel that asking for handouts from the memberbase just doesn't feel right. You all shouldn't have to right the wrongs done by others. It's a lovely thought, but we'll try to figure out another way to make things up. I do want to thank the person that brought it up, though.

Well, that about wraps everything up that I wanted to say. You all take care. And thanks again. :)
