Yes, I have indeed been busy.

First and foremost: Happy Belated 16th Birthday Nathan!! ^_^

But yeah, as the title of my post suggests, I have been one busy bee for the past few days�so that explains my recent absence from MyO. Not that I didn�t miss you guys. I felt bad for abandoning everyone. >_>;

*Sees everyone�s angry glares*

Heh. Sorry! Do you want to hear a brief synopsis of events?

Thursday: I had to work after school, plus talk to my boyfriend�s mom about Friday�s plans. Work wasn�t too bad�but my feet hurt so badly after only half the night was gone. x_x

Friday: Nathan came home with me after school and we went to see a 4:50 showing of Blades of Glory. It was so funny! I love Will Ferrell! Him and Ben Stiller are my favorite comedians. After the movie, we went to Nathan�s grandma�s house to celebrate his birthday with the rest of his family.

Saturday: It was officially Nathan�s birthday, and he came over to my house to spend the day with me while his parents went to a wedding. My parents and me gave him his gifts. I got him a forest-green Emerica (it�s a skateboard company) shirt, a matching wallet because his old one was really beat up, and the AFI CD DECEMBERUNDERGROUND. My parents got him a 20$ gift card to FYE. We watched Cowboy Bebop and made out most of the day, but later we played Frisbee in my backyard, then went to my neighbor�s house and played basketball with her. In the evening after his parents got back from the wedding, we all went out to Damon�s to eat birthday dinner. I actually got first place on the leader board in the clubhouse! And Nathan got thoroughly embarrassed when a waiter came to our table, stood on a chair, and shouted to the whole restaurant that it was his birthday! His face was beet red. It was so adorable. =^_^=

After dinner, we went to the mall where Nathan got a Norma Jean CD with the gift card my parents gave him, and we visited a bunch of my Sears/work friends for a while.

Sunday: Went to church. Came back to Nathan�s house, hung out and ate lunch. At 3 pm we went back up to the church for Bible Quizzing practice and Truth Minors Class with the pastor. In the evening we had Youth group. Back at Nathan�s house, we played more X Operations (which, by the way, Nathan downloaded onto my computer so now I can play it whenever. Yay!) and his mom caught us kissing. Oops. ^^;; He did a good job of brushing it off and making her forget about it, though. Kudos to him�because if I had spoken up�I would have made things worse.

Well, that�s my *extended* weekend in brief. Now I�m off to visit everyone who updated in my absence. Ja�ne!
