It probably wont be saves, they will butcher like like they do most of the stuff they show on tv.

probably talking about sending everyone to another dimension and what ever censored bullshit... Well, looks like no more downloading from Animesuki.net

skeletonmf:hahahahah another dimension! that always made me crack up. of course, that's not the worst thing funimation did to that show. remember "hercule"?

no, hercule was there to begin with. Its just he was called Mr. Satan.
I don't think its such a bad name change... Mr. Satan never would've gone over on american TV after all... I'd bet the dvd subs use the right name anyways...

ZODDGUTSU:Yeah I saw that news at narutofan.com that an episode would be shown at somewhere in New York area. Since it's being shown legally then someone must have lincense it. But no one has said by who... yet.

word look up time!!!
The Japanese words "shounen" and "ai" individually mean "boy" and "love," which is exactly what shounen-ai means, boy-love. It refers to anime and manga that focus on love and romance (as opposed to sex) between boys or men (typically bishounen).

Some shounen-ai is pornographic but much of it is not. Examples of shounen-ai include Gravitation, Seimaden, Earthian, and Mirage of Blaze.

Of late, it has become increasingly popular in North America for shonen-ai titles to be labelled "yaoi," both by fans and distributors.

Shoujo-ai : —ˆ¤ y‚µ‚傤‚¶‚å-‚ ‚¢z

Literally "Girl - Love", Shoujo-ai refers to stories that feature romantic ties between female characters. Not to be confused with Yuri, which refers to lesbian pornography. The differences are that Shoujo-ai focuses on the relationship and often does not contain any explicit material (the romantic relations may even exclude sex).

Shoujo : — y‚µ‚傤‚¶‚åz

(n.) daughter; young lady; virgin; maiden; little girl.

Should not be confused with shojou (‘ó) which means a letter or note, or shoujou (Ēó) which means the symptoms of a disease, or shojo (ˆ—) which means specifically "virgin" (while shoujo can mean virgin, shojo only means virgin). However, it is commonly spelled as "shojo" due to romanization issues.

"Shoujo" is a demographic indicator for anime and manga aimed at girls. However, among Western fans, it is often misinterpreted to mean "an anime with the stylistic qualities usually associated with shoujo". In other words, shoujo is associated with a visual and storytelling style rather than with a demographic. While it is true that shoujo anime and manga traditionally tend to have a strong focus on relationships and character development, it is far too diverse to be pigeonholed so neatly. Weiss Kreuz, for example, could at first glance be mistaken for a shounen anime with its good guys fighting bad guys. But the emphasis on bishounen (as well as the hordes of female fans) make it clear that this is an anime aimed at girls, and therefore shoujo. And while some shoujo can be totally devoid of any true antagonism, other will feature soul-blithering drama.

There is a popular subgenre of shoujo called mahou shoujo, or "magical girl". While there are many subgenres of shoujo, this one is predominant enough to warrant a special mention. In said subgenre the heroines receive magical powers, usually for the purpose of fighting evil in the name of love and justice. Elaborate transformation sequences and cute costumes are a staple of magical girls. This subgenre also tends to feature more action than traditional shoujo.

(n.) boys; juveniles.

Demographic indicator for anime and manga aimed at boys. The most obvious and common example of shounen is "fighting" anime, where extremely powerful warriors duke it out amongst each other with various forms of martial arts and superpowers. Typical examples of this include Dragon Ball Z, Flame of Recca and Rurouni Kenshin.

Giant Robots or "Mecha" are also a very common form of shounen. What began with Mazinger Z eventually evolved into Gundam and Macross. Even though they are huge hulking machines that should have limited mobility, mechas often display a flexibility and range of motion comparable to humans. For this reason, it has been commented that mechas are more an extension/extrapolation of the knight/samurai's armor than an anthropomorphization of tanks/war machines.

Despite a great increase in sophistication through the years, shounen anime remains largely centered on the resolution of conflicts through combat. However, that is not to say this is the only thing. If nothing else, this is proven by the large quantity of romantic comedy "harem" anime where a large cast of attractive females are vying for the attention of the (indecisive) male protagonist, like Tenchi Muyo! and Love Hina. Other examples of non-fighting shounen anime are the sports anime like Initial D that are starting to make an impact in the West.

Above violence or combat, one could say the overarching characteristic of shounen anime is a fast-paced story where action and adrenalin are privileged over plot. Of course, there are exceptions to this, like the serious romantic stories of Oh My Goddess! and Boys Be...

Japanese serialization of Hiroyuki Takei's Shaman King in Shonen Jump has been abruptly halted and publication the final volume (volume 32) of the manga, originally scheduled for December 3rd, has been delayed indefinitely by the publisher. Shueisha is reported to having stated that they will publish the 32nd volume of the series if they receive evidence of demand from approximately 50,000 people.
A discuss of The toipc by me.

"50,000 units should be a piece of cake for a hit shonen series to sell, so that indicates that Shaman King must have really fallen out of favor in Japan."

"Seriously whats the point in delayin the LAST volume, might as well just print it, that's just being troublesome to the fans of the series"

"http://world.altavista.com/babelfish/trurl_pagecontent?url=http%3A%2F%2Fcherrysoul.easter.ne.jp%2Fforever.htm&lp=ja_en Anyone"

"That hardly helps at all."

"The only reason I could imagine Shaman King not doing well is if the focus went back to Manta, because he's like the Jar Jar of the series, and drama just doesn't work well with him, as you can see in the most recent American Jump"

"I wouldn't say Manta is the Jar Jar of the series... I like it better for having him in it. If he wasn't present, it'd be just another kids with superpowers battling for stuff comic. With him in it, it's unusual, because it's kids with powers as seen and felt through the eyes of a powerless kid... which is interesting because it doesn't force the unusual as the norm in the world of Shaman King.

On the other hand... I think that Hiroyuki Takei must have done something to annoy his editors, because there is no reason that something of at least that amount of fame wouldn't have just the last volume printed. I also feel bad for Mr. Takei, as he has a family to support and has always been one of my favorite people in the Manga world...

I'm going to write in my support. If you can, please do so as well"

"Yea I have to agree.

He's like us in a way, he doesn't have any real super power, he freak out when something abnormal happen. Basically, without him and his innocense, it'll be just anotehr super hero unrealistic bs beating the crap out of each other. Would the comic be better without him? Probably not."

(this was discussin that me, and some friends had.)

Mark Barbour writes, "4Kids did indeed announce that they'd be running Yu-Gi-Oh! GX in 2005, but there was no indication on the series length. What they did discuss the length of is the previously unannounced "Pokémon Chronicles" -- [Pokemon Housoukyoku?] -- which they said would be 22 episodes for its 2005 season." After verification of the 4Kids conference call, we have verified that Mark is indeed correct and that we made a mistake regarding which show Al Kahn was referring to when he discussed its length. Al Kahn stated, "two new television shows to run in tandem with the shows that are currently running on Kids! WB although these shows may or may not run on Kids WB!, Pokémon Chronicles, a brand new episodic show on Pokémon with 22 episodes .... and Yu-Gi-Oh! GX.

what is hentai
Hentai : •ĻeŌ y‚Ö‚ń‚½‚¢z
n, sexual perversion, sexual pervert; adj, sexually perverted)

In Japanese "Hentai" refers strictly to sexual perversion. However in North America this word has been adopted and is used to refer to pornographic Anime. In Japan pornographic Anime is called Poruno Anime (Japanese prnounciation of "Porno") or Ero (From erotic/eros). Some pornographic Anime is also referred to as bishoujo, based on the character design style of the female characters, however not all bishoujo is pornographic; Sailor Moon, Sakura Wars and Meiking are all bishoujo, but only Meiking is pornographic.

Because the word hentai is derogatory, fans of Ero do not approve of its use to refer to pornographic Anime.

Women and girls will often call a man "Hentai" when they believe that he has purposefully done something to them, or thought of them, in a sexual manner that they do not approve of. In Anime this is often used for comedic purposes when a male character accidentally finds himself in a position that embarrasses a female character. This gag is very common in Anime such as Ranma 1/2, Love Hina or City Hunter, where the unlucky male is often subjected to extreme pain (possibly involving a baka-hammer) after being called "Hentai."

ABOUT HAYAO MIYAZAKIc
Hayao Miyazaki has been hailed as an ganimation magician,h ga stunning visual artisth and gthe Disney of Japan.h His films are praised for their originality, dazzling animation and epic storytelling, earning him a place as one of the premiere animators in motion picture history.

He is one of Japanfs leading filmmakers and an icon in the field of animation. His popularity continues to grow greater and greater around the world.

Several of his films have been among his countryfs top box office successes in recent years, including gSpirited Awayh (Academy Award® winner 2002 Best Animated Feature) which is the most successful film ever to play in Japan. Many of his films have become a beloved part of Japanese popular culture, in much the same way that Walt Disneyfs work has been embraced by Americans.

Born in Tokyo in 1941, Hayao Miyazaki majored in political science and economics in college, but chose to take a low-paying position as an animator at Toei Animation after graduation.

He was a diligent and talented employee who impressed his superior, Isao Takahata, and they worked together in the 1960fs and 1970fs making TV animated series and animated features, with Takahata doing the directing and Miyazaki doing the animation.

Miyazaki directed his first film gCastle of Cagliostroh in 1979. Takahata collaborated with Miyazaki as producer of Miyazakifs animated films gNausicaä of the Valley of the Windh and gCastle in the Sky.h Separately, Miyazaki worked on gMy Neighbor Totoroh while Takahata directed the acclaimed animated film gGrave of the Fireflies.h

Miyazaki and Takahata founded their company, Studio Ghibli, in 1985. gKikifs Delivery Serviceh was made soon thereafter and became Studio Ghiblifs first widespread popular success and
paved the way for expansion of the studio in one large house on the edge of Tokyo.

Many of Studio Ghiblifs animated features that followed were blockbuster hits in Japan. gPom Pokoh (directed by Takahata) and gWhisper of the Hearth (directed by Yoshifumi Kondo) were the top domestic hits during their respective releases in Japan. gPorco Rossoh (directed by Miyazaki) was the top film of the year among both domestic and overseas films released in Japan. The adventure tale gPrincess Mononokeh (directed by Miyazaki) became a sensation in Japan that became the #1 grossing film in Japan of any film up to that time. gSpirited Awayh (directed by Miyazaki) has since broken all box-office records in Japan. gSpirited Awayh is now Japanfs #1 film of all time, surpassing even gTitanich and gHarry Potter and the Sorcererfs Stone.h Miyazaki has since applied his talents to the upcoming animated film gHowlfs Moving Castle,h which will be released November 20, 2004 in his country.

Known as a hands-on craftsman whose influence is felt in virtually every frame of his work, Miyazaki makes films that closely reflect his tastes, interests and concerns. His beautiful animated vistas are alive and flowing, with lifelike color and movement. His stories contain unusual characters, intricate plots and emotional pathos rarely found in most feature animation, combining with his visual style to create films revered throughout the world by animators, animation fans and critics alike.
