Mr Workman!

I have a teacher who (I swear) has a mental problem. He tqalks to his pencils, newspapers, air, etc... He plays with his fingers and talks to himself. He's freakin bald and he is retareded! He's weird and freaks me out !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
