We are on Week 43

Date: September 07, 10:47P.M.

Anyoung, minna! Hello visitor #free hit counter! Welcome to Anyoung, Watashi no Ai formally known as Happy Oranges also formally known as Death By Cup Noodles. I'm your hostess, Munky! I decided to rename it because I moved this site (I previously had it on a xanga which was annoying to update sometimes) and because I gave it a new refreshed look with new refreshed songs. "Anyoung" is a greeting in Korean and "watashi no ai" means "my love" so together you get, "Hello, my love!" Tis so cute! [super loves] Neenerways, hope you enjoy the songs I have up. I upload all kinds of songs so that there aren't any language or genre barriers. I try to update every weekend and provide a sample playlist when I'm not lazy, busy, or tired. Ah, stealing will not be tolerated. Anything here you pass off as your own, you shall feel my uber virtual smite-y-ness [super wink] so don't do it. If you feel the need, contact me whenever you feel like and we can chickadee/chickadude chat about anything. Music, boys, girls, meanies, anything! Welps, happy browsing/listening!

Yup, there's rules. I know rules suck but I have to have them and you have to follow them. They're simple:
& NO direct-linking.
& DON'T keep the songs for more than 24 hours for these are just samples.
& SUPPORT the artist if you like them by buying their album in stores or from websites like YesAsia or Amazon.
& I WILL UPLOAD on a different hosting site for you if MegaUpload is being mean to you but you need to have patience with me. Getting the songs up first is top priority.
& REQUESTS are OPEN. Instructions for requesting are on the "Playlist" page. Read them carefully.
& I am in NO WAY RESPONSIBLE for viruses or spyware that you find on your computer.
& REQUESTS FOR AFFIES/LINK EXCHANGES are open but I don't accept an inactive, pornographic (art is fine), super swearing, unorganized, racism, etc. sites.

Gahh! I have to postpone it ONE MORE TIME! I promise, this is the last time. I will stay up until 3AM if that's what it takes to get the rotation up. I just have a lot of homework to do right now so it'll be up tomorrow. I promise, promise, promise!

Title: Discovery by BoA Kwon
Genre: Pop
Album: Valenti
Duration: 4:24
Language: Japanese, a little English
Rating: 7/10
Comments/Description: I absolutely love the beginning of this song just for the orchestra and the background music. I still don't like it when BoA makes attempts at English. She can hit the notes but she shouldn't sing in a language she can't speak. This doesn't have a heavy amounts of English like some of her other songs but overall, this song is very pretty. I gave it a higher rating for the orchestrated musical score.

Title: Piano Concerto No.1 Op.11 E Minor 2nd Mvt : Romanza by Chopin
Genre: Classical
Album: Stairway to Heaven
Duration: 3:45
Language: No Lyrics
Rating: 10/10
Comments/Description: Chopin is a musical genius; the Yiruma of his time. Well, no surprise there. This is a beautiful score that consists of a very calm rhythmatic style with hints of upbeat staccato movements. Absolutely beautiful.

Title: Spring Breeze [望春风] by David Tao
Genre: Pop
Album: Taoism
Duration: 2:58
Language: Taiwanese
Rating: 10/10
Comments/Description: Dude...I'm so obsessed with this song. If anybody has the romanization for this, please send it my way! I love his singing! I believe he's singing with the group he put together, Tension (but I'm not quite sure). Some might agree with my sister that sometimes they're overdoing it with the scaling in their vocals but I love it. This song (as I've read) is a Taiwanese folk song and he turned it into a pop song...but I think it has more of an R&B vibe to it so...I don't know. You be the judge. Hehe.

Title: Maestro by Hans Zimmer
Genre: Soundtrack
Album: The Holiday
Duration: 3:54
Language: No Lyrics
Rating: 1,000,000/10
Comments/Description: I was so obsessed with this song for such a long time and every time I hear it, I feel so...free. Seriously, there's no words for it. It's absolutely beautiful. I love every second of this song. Hans Zimmer is a musical genius. Of course, he's the composer for Pirates of the Caribbean. Why wouldn't he be? For the movie, The Holiday (which I really recommend you see for a feel-good chick flick), Zimmer moves aside from his fast-paced scores to this softer and more uplifting composition. I must say, he outdid himself with this one. Absolutely breathtaking and incredibly beautiful is all I can say.

Title: You And I Both by Jason Mraz
Genre: Rock
Album: Waiting For My Rocket To Come
Duration: 3:39
Language: English
Rating: 100,000/10
Comments/Description: I don't know why this is listed as Rock. It's more of an Alternative song. Anywhee, I found Mraz by chance. I was just looking through last.fm and I saw Jason Mraz and was like, "What an interesting name." Yes, I live under a rock. I had no idea he sang "The Remedy" or "Curbside Prophet" because I LOVE those songs and I've been looking for them for a long-arse time. Any alternative fans must, MUST, MUST listen to his songs. His lyrics paired with his melodies make it as if they're a match made in Heaven. Very awesome.

Title: 发现爱 (Love In The Air) [feat. Jin Sha] by JJ Lin
Genre: Pop
Album: West Side
Duration: 3:43
Language: Mandarin, a little English
Rating: 1000/10
Comments/Description: This tis a song that was recommended from a friend. One of "our songs". Hehe. Anywhee, I must say, tis is one of the cutest Mandarin songs I've heard in my entire life. Cute little instrumentals as background music, adorable lyrics, two very talented musicians, and what do you get? A song that can kill with its cuteness.

Title: Stop Drop Roll by LAX
Genre: R&B
Album: --
Duration: 3:11
Language: English
Rating: 100,000/10
Comments/Description: This song was also recommended by a friend. Haha. I love, love, love this song despite their typical R&B-girl with technilogically-tweeked squeeky voices. The style and beat and just everything about it is pretty much awesome (except the aforementioned).

Title: Got To Give It Up, Part 1 by Marvin Gaye
Genre: Disco
Album: Practical Magic Soundtrack
Duration: 4:13
Language: English
Rating: 1,000,000/10
Comments/Description: OK, we all know that I love to dance and what better music to dance to than disco songs? Except Techno. They're on par. Hehe. Anywhee, this song is a CLASSIC. No, Marvin Gaye is a CLASSIC mastermind! Everybody knows this song, whether you're from the 70s or you watched the Charlie's Angels movie and remember this, you should know this song. If you don't, now's your chance. Haha.

Title: Kiss-and-Ride by Namie Amuro
Genre: Pop
Album: Genius 2000
Duration: 3:49
Language: Japanese, tiny bit of English
Rating: 100,000/10
Comments/Description: I love the T-Pain style that the recording people did to Amuro's voice along with the very, very slow-sway-ish-ness of this song. It kind of has an olden day+modern day feel to it which I love. Ah, if you know Amy Winehouse, this song is like the Japanese version of "Love Is A Losing Game".

Title: Teardrops On My Guitar by Taylor Swift
Genre: Country
Album: Taylor Swift
Duration: 3:36
Language: English
Rating: 1,000,000/10
Comments/Description: This song shouldn't be listed as Country because it's more like an Alternative song. Taylor Swift is a musical genius. I love all of her songs and this was the one that killed the charts first so for those who have never heard any of her songs, you MUST listen to this. Almost every girl can relate to this song, if not now, then at one point in her life. The lyrics and the melody are absolutely PERFECT. To a tee. There's no doubt about it. You MUST take this song. You must!

Title: 200 Pound Beauty Soundtrack
Genre: Various
Album: 200 Pound Beauty Soundtrack
Duration: 32:14
Language: Korean
Rating: 1,000,000/10
Comments/Description: I must say, this is one of the best compilations for a soundtrack I've heard. It's definitely the best Korean soundtrack I've heard. These are all original songs made for the movie and they're really awesome. I really, really love ALL the songs. Those of you who watched this movie should know that (in my humble opinion), Youme (the girl that plays Ammy) sings better than Kim Ah Jung. Kim Ah Jung's voice is great and everything but it's not as strong as Youme's so it's meant for less fancy vocalizing-requiring songs. Youme has more control of her voice. Sometimes, you can hear the shakiness in Kim's singing. So I say she sings super Pop-y songs better. Oh, and if you haven't watched 200 Pound Beauty, you really should. It's one of the best Romance/Comedies I've watched.
