   GRADUATION

I changed my them to a graduation one (see they’re all holding diplomas!).I am officially a ninth grader, a high schooler, and not an SSSAS student.*tear*.Even though it’s very sad that it’s over today was a lot of fun.
The breakfast they had for us was yummy and I snapped a picture of everyone at our table (including one of Sydney pouring orange juice onto her plate).
Then we had graduation and it was pretty normal except Haley nearly tripped and Miss Meatheny called Stephen Gregory by accident at first (Greg had just gone before him).So yea.After that we had the reception in Fort Ward Park and we got so many pictures of me and friends (including one wear Eric’s head is in the way of all of us).
Then after that was the party at the Cordia’s which was a blast.When I first got there my friends were just sitting on a brick wall so I went to join them and we just talked some …then we passed a volleyball for awhile.Then all the volleyball people kicked us out so they would have good people playing so we stole the ball and had a game of keep away.Then we ate and while we were eating I noticed there was a trampoline in the backyard.Courtney and I (‘cause no one else would come) went to the trampoline.When we got there a few of the popular people were on it but then they left we went over to the trampoline.Then a bunch of the boys came and got on and Courtney and I just sat on the edge of it.It was really funny because the guys kept attacking each other and then Andrew’s (seven year old) sister came on and tried to enforce that only three people (counting her) were aloud on at a time.When more then three people got on she’d yell at them and kick them and push them off.It was really funny.Then Jamie poured water on Everret so they had a fight in the trampoline.It as Japan vs. Israel (Jamie’s Japanese and Everret is Israeli).Wow that was funny.Then Andrew’s sister let Courtney and I on then decided that only girls could be on the trampoline and every time Daniel tried to get on pushed him off.So funny.The party was a lot of fun though amazingly hot… all of our nice brand-new dresses are probably ruined now from sweating.^^

I went home with Sydney and Stephanie and got two last pictures (filling the card).

I got home at 1:30, took a shower, changed into casual clothes, and hear I am now.

…oh yes.And everyone has to go here.I was looking through the school photo album and found these pictures from our camping mini-course this year.

   Just graduation left...
Today was quite fun …and I didn’t do as bad on my finals as I thought I would. I got an 85 in math (that’s because she gave everyone 12 extra points), then an 80 in English, an 88 in Science, and a 90 in Spanish (which means I will get an A average for the year! Yes!). I took lots of pictures and I’m going to try and put together a photo book with them. Then I got lots of people to sign my year book! (Chris signed with “left me hanging” ….he holds grudges x.x …and Andrew signed “A hot air balloon”^^;;). Maybe if I were on the upstairs computer I could post some of the pics I took… but my moms working on it now. Maybe tomorrow… after graduation. It’s so odd to think that I really only have one day of being an eighth grader, going to a middle school, and being in Saint Stephen’s & Saint Agnes’ school left. I’m going to miss everyone so much… but the pictures will remind me of them (especially that ‘lovely’ one of Bobby…)

The power went out twice last night… I couldn’t get to sleep because the thunder was so load and annoying.
When I first got to the school because I saw people in kaki shorts and thought I had dressed up for no reason… but they were all guys all the girls actually did have dresses on. They had us get on the buses by advisory which sucks since none of my good friends are in my advisory, Mrs., Ruberg’s, or Mrs., Schnare’s (the other two advisories we ride with). I ended up sitting with Caroline and behind Vicky and Gweny… and I bugged Vicky for the whole ride. The boats we were going to turned out to be in DC (for some strange reason I thought we were going to the harbor in Old Town). There was another school that was on our boat …they were on the bottom deck and we were on the top deck. They didn’t have to dress up and got to wear jeans. We think they probably all thought our school is really preppy because of the way we were dressed. The boat was really nice and we got food.
They played a slide show the whole time… it had pictures from everything that we did in middle school like the sixth grade medieval fair and all three years of mini courses and all the community service things and even pictures taken in advisory… then they even had things from lower school… and all our class pictures *makes face* I did not like my picture from this year. But they had all the pictures from our play last year! Yay! I was even shorter then…
It started storming so we had to go back in to the dock to wait for it to get a bit calmer and they couldn’t let us out onto the deck… but then we got to leave. It seemed like every time I went to go up to the deck they were sending us back because of lightning x.x. At one point I got really bored and I told Sam so she tried to find a guy to dance with me… and when she found someone he walked away. So know she’s never gonna try and find someone to dance with me again!^^ I spent most of the dance playing bingo and I won a blue stuffed animal dog once then the second time I won I couldn’t choose between smiley face cards and a set of water balloons with a shooty thing and two water bombs… I choose the cards though (they were smiling! How could I not choose them??)
The bus ride back was fun. I sat with Caroline again and Vicky and Gweny were to our left and Chris and Andrew were in front of us and Drake was in front of them. When Chris noticed I was right behind him he asked what was up so I showed him my cards and he told me that was really cool but it would be cooler if I had a cell phone so I gave him my cell phone and he asked for a high five but I wouldn’t give him one. He gave the cell phone to Drake to call his parents but Drake couldn’t figure out how to work it because my phone was to smart for them. Andrew had a balloon and wouldn’t stop singing so I took it from him and then he started begging for it back and Gweny told me to give it to him because it’s the only thing he has… then Chris took it from me and gave it to Andrew… then he let go and I took it back… so Chris kept trying to take it from me (usually I got it back from him one time he wrapped it around his hand and I broke the string which hurt him) and when he did get it back he would give it to Andrew who would give it to me… then Chris would look back a few minutes later and I would have it again. Chris had won cookie dough balls and I wanted some but he wouldn’t give me any since I wouldn’t give him a high five x.x. So yea. That was our bus ride.
Wow this was a long post… I’ll stop now.

Uuugh I’m so sticky and hot.It’s seriously like 80° out.And since that bird broke the window we can’t keep the air-conditioning on because it’ll just go out side… ugh.Hotness…. Maybe we can go to the pool sometime today.My parents wanted to go to Blue Knob the past weekend but they couldn’t because (even though the boys have the day off) I have school today.My little brother laughed when my mom said that …until I told him I was going to a dance on a Yacht.^^So yea.The invitation to the 8^th grade dance says that we should wear casual cruise attire… what the heck is that???Oh well most people I’ve talked to said they’re wearing casual summery dresses… except Natalia she’s wearing a skirt.Aggg… this sucks we have to dress up x.x.I just hope I can find shoes that don’t require heels to go with my put fit.

We are going to the pool now so bye everyone!

Woops never mind this one won’t be going to the pool for about a week.So I guess I can talk more… how do you think brown hair would look colored red?It seriously looks really good!The other day my brother decided to color my hair with a red sharpie… (It was only a little strand in the front… grown out bangs).It seriously looked really good!…We ended up spending almost all of the weekend doing yard work x.x.Not fun.Then on Sunday the Internet died so I couldn’t get on at all.Now today I’m just gonna be bored and maybe see if my mom’ll take me to go buy the third FMA DVD.

It's been a loooong time...
Wooh!!! NO MORE FINALS!!!!! *Parties*. I’m so sorry I haven’t been on for a week! We went to South Carolina for the weekend so I couldn’t get on then but now finals are over and I have the rest of the summer free! So happy!
We had our Science then English final on Tuesday then Foreign Language on Wednesday and Math today. We also had graduation rehearsal today! That was fun! ^^ And Michael fell out of his chair halfway threw the exam today XD that was funny. Anyways I don’t want to go through everything that’s happened in the week I’ve not been on so I’ll just talk about today…
The Math Exam was *dies* awful just awful… enough said. …It was also really boring because I finished halfway through the amount of time we ad to take it and I had no book to read so I spent an hour just sitting there.
Then we had 30 minutes while anyone who hadn’t finished had the ‘grace period’ to finish and we went out side to Fort Ward Park and acted spazzy and I took pictures… then we had more time out side after the 30 minutes were up then we went to do the graduation rehearsal… I hate being so close to last in the alphabet… I was in the last row so that meant after the rehearsal we were last to get food. X.X.
But eating was fun… the subs we had weren’t that great but oh well! ^^ We played never have I ever …then we went in and had ninth grade elections (we figure out who won on Wednesday) and saw a (really bad) slide show of pics of our grade.
Then I just hung out with a few friends while we waited for Katie’s mom to get there (even though we got out at 2 she didn’t get there till after normal school got out^^) and Vicky and I decided to gossip about people when they were right by us! ^^ Then the extended day people came out to Ft. Ward and I went over and played Frisbee with Daniel and Carla.
On the ride home Katie and I were talking about the math exam and year averages and I started looking threw my math papers to find my trimester grade and when I passed by my Chapter 6 test I said ‘Oh look there’s my really bad test!’ (I got a 75 on it), so Mrs. McLean asked to see it and while she was looking at it a bug flew on it so (since she couldn’t flick it off with her other hand since she was driving) she held it out the sun roof and… it blew away. …So know people all over Alexandria can see how bad I am at math! ^^

Woo! One day of school left! We had our last chapel today and I NEVER HAVE TO WEAR A DRESS TO SCHOOL EVERY THURSDAY AGAIN!!! Yay! But it still was sad that I’m never having a chapel again. We sang one song that I know but can’t currently remember and is really bugging me as our opening hymn and our closing him was ‘Lord I Lift Your Name On High’. We sometimes have people sing or play instruments in chapel and a few of the chorus boys sang ‘Lord I Lift Your Name On High’ at the mike. Wow that was funny. We got the Lit Magazines today… actually none of Mrs. Wanamaker’s classes got them because she forgot to hand them out but since we’re in her advisory when we saw the box we all took one. And it was finally nice enough to have track! We were going to have an intermural(sp?) track meet on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday but it was to rainy on Tuesday and Wednesday to have it then. So instead we just did the last event the 1200 crazy relay thing… but they changed it to a 2000 since that was the only event we did. Our team (the white team) won!! Woo go us!!

Well I suppose since I’m on know I might as well post.Even though it’s very late and if someone had thought to come and visit my site today now it’s probably way to late for them to.X.X Oh well.

Anyways.I had way too much work yesterday to visit everyone’s sites.So incase anyone wanted to visit my site I posted a quick apology for them to see.If anyone’s reading this now I’ll re-say this.I probably will not be able to get on until the end of next week.So yea… just incase anyone wanted to know.I have to go practice violin and take a shower now…then I’m off to bed.Good bye anyone.

Yay! I finally got the first volume of the Fullmetal Alchemist manga and the second volume of the FMA DVD! Anyways this is my last week of school before finals PLUS my Internet is being really messed up lately. That’s means I might not get to everyone’s sites this whole week and next week. I wasn’t able to get to everyone’s sights yesterday and I’m really sorry I will try to make it to everyone’s today but I didn’t study for finals at all last year and that wasn’t good (I got C’s!!!) …I’d like to do well on finals this year!^^

I really shouldn’t be on since we were out until past seven and I still have all my homework… I have to completely redo the roller coaster scientific illustration. X.X Blah. Oh well. OMG! So sad today was our last Monday as middle schoolers! And this is our last full week/real not finals week of middle school! It’s so sad. *Tear*. And we had our last morning meeting… and our last homework check in math… and it’s so sad!!! Wah! Oh in algebra class we all got to sign our name on Mrs. Johnson’s wall! Yay! During track we talked about what names would fit all of us… they said I looked like a Rebecca… but then Louise though I should be Calamari… so I’m calamari, Julia’s escargot (sp? …You know! The fishy eggs!), and Louise is sushi!
After school we took Mocha to obedience training (which is why I only just got home) and my mom dragged me off to buy a graduation dress.
