Wow! Version Vibrant is up! I jumped over to that side and took a little tour. I also made a worlds account, for future use, of course, just like when I made this MyO account. Hehehe, I remember this Podcast from our team that said someone should use the URL theotaku.com/worlds/endofthe, hehehe... Sorry, but I don't think that world title is my cup of tea. Anyway, pissed off at the "only" bus company that travels from home to work because of their erratic schedules - either too early to catch my regular sched, or too freakin' late, making me late even! Had two consecutive tardiness this month already. We have this maximum of 5 tardiness or you get suspended. Stupid bus... *sit in corner* Making me use up my buffers... And what really winds me up about it is that it's not my fault I am late - I wake up early... real early... Ah, at least I have V V to cheer me up today! ***Additional Post *** I can't fix my Avatar... It looks really pixelated coz it's less than 100pixels. I need a replacement... Darn, I had used that since I got here, too...

Last night, our region was shook by an earthquake... But it was not very strong that buildings collapsed or anything... but it sure was a shaky... Felt like I was on a ship, and a lot of stuff were swinging around... Some say it was tectonic... But I have no info on it... Anyway, that's all for now. Ah, I sure missed MyO. All the while, I thought another Otakulypse happened. Whew! I sure want to see this V V soon. See ya!

I am slowly redesigning my sites... I want to redesign my website, give it a new look and content, because I haven't updated it in more than a year now. However, I can't get a hold of a good design concept yet. For now, I am starting with practicing my web graphic design skills which have taken a backseat ride when I got a job, hehehe... See yah!

I am looking forward to this weekend... Finally, I'll be having a break on Monday, thanks to a Philippine holiday. I just heard it on the news yesterday. Lately, I haven't had much vacation because weekends are occupied by classes. Though last week our profs didn't meet us, I still had projects to finish. I know, this is a very early post for the coming weekend since its practically the middle of the week. That just shows how I am looking forward to it. I am hoping I could grab a pencil and just sketch in a corner, or probably just finish the Audio-Visual presentation (AVP) that I need to make on March. Anyway, be seeing you around!

Last Saturday, I attended what I thought was some sort of musical night celebration for the 60th Anniversary of our school. However, when I got there, boy was I surprised! I barely saw anyone my age… I was expecting students to be going there. It turned out to be some sort of reunion! For crying out loud! I’m too young for this stuff. Everyone that was there was old enough to be my parents. If it wasn’t for the tickets that my prof sold me, I wouldn’t be there. Thankfully, my friend was with me and it didn’t feel too awkward. It sure was embarrassing though, to attend a grand reunion when I just graduated college almost a year ago… I thought there’s supposed to be an unwritten law that says it’s supposed to be ten years or so… hehehe… On another note, I haven’t bought a new flash drive yet, but I am now considering purchasing an external hard drive – both bigger in size and capacity, but more secure, I guess.

I give up... I don't think I'll be able to get my flash drive back. What really pisses me off is that I have a lot of files in there that can no longer be replaced - like photos and other works... Man, this really is a big pain. Curses to the one who took it with no intention of returning it. I'll be buying a new one this weekend, and this time, I'll be strapping it to my body wherever I go - but not as a necklace... I don't like wearing it around like some sort of accessory... *Sigh* Maybe I'll get something better in return for the one I lost - like some karmic equivalent trade, hehehe... but still... *Sigh*

I have been searching everywhere for my Flash Drive... I first asked around on the department store where I left my stuff if any of them saw it, if it had happened to have fallen out of my bag by some sort of accident. No luck. They said that if that were true, they would have turned it over to management. But nothing was turned over. The guy that was on-duty on the day I left my bag in the evening was inside so I couldn't talk to him. I went home and did a "top-down" search of the house in case I have left it in some weird spot where I could not remember... You know, one of those times where you act without remembering... Nothing. I then did a little experiment with an AA battery and some ID cord. I simulated my flash drive in my bag, in a position which I am sure it will fall out. I shaked it around, moved it like I'm picking it out of the baggage counter. I even tried to intentionally let it fall from the pocket section, but it did not fell out. Everytime I opened my bag, the dummy was there. That sort of removed my "accidentally fell out" issue. Only two things are possible, I did not place it in my bag - which I doubt because I was supposed to have a report that morning which didn't happen, so I think I had brought it since I had made a little presentation to go along with my report. The next is some idiot saw the flash drive poking out of my bag from the baggage counter and had a brainstorm to pocket it. The least possible cause is it falling out of my bag by accident. I am hoping that it is somewhere in the house, probably placed in a corner I couldn't remember, that I did not take it with me that day... If so, it could be gone forever. Oh, I forgot to mention, I went to that store in the morining and evening, so I couldn't identify exactly when I lost it because I was able to check only at night. I plan to go to the store again today to ask about the morning guy if he saw anything *fingers crossed*. If it accidentally fell out, my files will point the finder to me if he intends to return it(hopefully). If it was stolen, I got no chance, for I have no solid lead. Plus the store has this statement where they will not be liable for any lost items deposited in their shop. Curses. Humanity sucks and I am one unlucky guy.

What was supposed to be a good weekend for me became a disaster! I lost my 2Gig.Flash Drive! I have no idea what happened… When I inspected my bag after depositing it in a department store baggage counter last night, it wasn’t there. Stupid me forgot if I had placed it there this morning because I was in such a hurry to leave. This morning I had a lot of places I went, and so I don’t know if it fell somewhere there, too. But I am hoping that it was in the last place I left my bag last night – you know, it just accidentally fell out of my bag… I just hope that no cursed idiot pocketed it – either taking it from my bag or by it picking up when it fell off. I have a lot of important files in there – and no back-up copy yet! I shouldn’t have left it there in my bag in the first place… I should have taken it out and carried it or something… But yesterday, I sort of forgot. Unlucky day… unlucky day indeed… I am hoping to drop-by the store today and I really hope that it is there… depressing, really… and it was brand new, too… crud! My mind is all jumbled-up and I feel rattled… I hope I still find it… I really do…

Yesterday was an annoyingly unlucky day for me. Although I managed to survive without too much permanent damage. On the way to work, I fell asleep while the bus was already close to the office. When I opened my eyes for what seemed like a few seconds, I realized that the bus has passed my workplace! Darn it! I quickly got off the bus and took a ride back. At least I wasn't late. Better take my regular dose of caffeine before heading off to work, eh? Going home was not a good experience, too. As I went out the door of our office, the bus sped away. I wasn't even out the gate yet. That means I had to wait for 20 mins or more before the next one comes. Surely, after standing around like an idiot, here comes the next one. The bus was a rust-bucket excuse for scrap metal. It was a bumpy and uncomfortable ride with me hoping that the next bump in the road wouldn't split the bus apart. At least I managed to get home in one piece! What a day...
