Last Saturday we visited the most famous Buddhist temple in all of Malaysia (the name of which I won't attempt to type). Back when the Malaysian economy was extremely weak the government was about to leave the temple in ruins since it was on higher ground than the state mosque.

Luckily, as the economy sprang back up a number of Chinese business men were able to bribe the administration into allowing the temple to go back into use.

The entire grounds are larger than my school grounds and there're huge stone carvings engraved into the walls and such.

Cool thing to see.
