 Spiritus Mundi...
I can't stop listening to "Teardrops On My Guitar" by Taylor Swift...which should prove how emo I was being today and yesterday. >_< I'm pretty much out of it. I HAVE to be because if I don't get some sleep I will fall over. XP
Oh, dear. I was very proud of Paramore's performance at Whiskey A Go Go during the VMAs. They were excellent.
THIS, on the other hand, I am still slightly furious about:
I was SOOOOOOO upset when I saw him. I watched all the VMA crap for a total of three hours on Sunday and THAT is how I'm rewarded? He looks so...ugh! Drake looks so nice, with his glasses and everything, and then Joshy-mon looks all greasy wearing SNEAKERS of all things. My God.
You can call me a bad fangirl all you want, but I am NOT happy with that look he's got going on there.
School was as bad as Joshy-mon's hair. T_T But I suspect it will be fine tomorrow, as long as Emo Sachiko is gone for awhile.

 *sigh*
Man, today has been pretty bleh. We went to church this morning and someone actually talked to me. It was an older gentleman named Bobby, I think, and he was talking to the guy I sit next to in the pew, Adam, and he started talking to me when I sit down. I never talk to people at church...so it was different. Not even to Adam and Danny (the other guy in my pew) who are around the same age as me. Well, Adam's only a freshman, but still. We go to the same school and everything, I found out last week.
I missed Code Geass last night. T_T Ten minutes before it came on I decided I was too tired to stay up, so I set my VCR timer to tape it. Unfortunately, I didn't set it right so it didn't tape. That's the first episode I've missed since it began. And, yes, Krystal-san, I have seen Moribito, but I can't stay up that late to watch it. The woman I saw on there was very pretty, the bodyguard lady. If only I knew how to work my own VCR...
Not much to say on the sinus front. I'm still just slightly bothered by it all.
Oh, the weather's taking a turn to the colder side. *smiles wide* There's nothing I love more than Autumn.
I found a new band. All girls except for a totally hot drummer...*drools* I have a weakness for drummers. They're called The Bridges and their song "Pieces" is in my playlist. I bought their CD yesterday when I went early birthday shopping. (My b-day isn't until the 16th of October, you know, so I don't actually get my presents yet. *^^*)

 Saturday
Well, my sinuses were threatening to incapacitate me last night so another Saturday would be ruined, but I'm fine. I've been sneezing way more than usual and I've almost lost my voice a time or two, but that's nothing to worry about. I feel fine enough to do my weekend chores. Later.
I finshed my bibliography for American History yesterday. *sticks tongue out* I hate research papers. I don't even have a decent topic. I don't think I've ever picked a decent topic when it comes to those papers...maybe because it's so hard. T_T I had a time period of 1840-1865 and I had to figure out something that happened I could write about persuasively. Argh, no more thinking about it!
I forgot about my Algebra, so I have to do that today. ^^; Just a couple of problems.
Hm...nothing but Code Geass on tonight. I have to watch a Beaver episode and an Andy Griffith, but I think that's all. No...I have to figure out what Beaver episodes I have on that one tape. I'm not as free as I thought. :P 'Cause I also have to do some Avatar fanfiction writing...
*shrugs* Ah, well. I can't rest, it seems.

Happy Friday!
*checks tally* Well, mark one for "good" day.
Seriously. I have no complaints about how today went. Even having to do a presentation in English was okay. It was a satire on Degrassi: The Next Generation and people actually laughed because they thought it was funny! Whaddya know?
So...I guess it's the magic of Friday. Good going, Friday, for being so wonderful.
I do have some research paper work to do...and some Algebra. XP But I won't let that slow me down!
P.S. I don't think I've gotten to thank Krystal-san for the gift yet on The O, so, thank you so much, mi amiga!!!!!

 Hello.
My cold mysteriously died by Sunday morning. That has never happened to me before. Usually, I get sick and I stay that way for weeks. I guess everyone's concern chased it away. Thanks! ^^
Yesterday was a completely ordinary Sunday. The only thing I did, really, was decide to dig out my Ned's Declassified School Survival Guide episodes (which are spread across 15 tapes) and begin to get them in some kind of order. That is a big job, it turns out.
BUT! On one of my Ned tapes I found something that I knew existed but I thought I had been too dumb to tape!!!
*drum roll*
JOSHY-MON (and Drake) AT THE KID'S CHOICE AWARDS FROM A COUPLE OF YEARS AGO!!!!!!!!!!!
It was the only thing I taped from that whole show! I can love myself again, at last! *^^*
AND! I have even more incredible news. In addition to a performance by Paramore, Joshy-mon and Drake are going to be presenters at the VMAs September 7th! *heart stops at the thought*

I'm sort of playin' hooky today! I didn't feel like I could handle going to school today...so I didn't! Look at me, sitting at the computer instead of in American History.
...I may come to regret this tomorrow. But I really, truly believed I'd have a nervous breakdown if I went today. ^^; I probably would have been better off missing tomorrow, though, since that's damn pep rally day. XD
So, nothing has happened/will happen to me. I'm sure you're all thrilled.

I'm feeling all pessimistic and grumpy. I wasn't going to update, but commenting only took 7 minutes! So I had the time...I have nothing "good" to impart to you, however.
I did come up with an idea for a story, though. And I found the plans for a cool story in an old notebook and I want to pursue that. I REEEEEAAALLLLY need to start writing more. *sighs* I feel so crappy right now.

Iconator.com is soooo distracting. I couldn't stop looking at avatars, even though I was fully aware I was wasting precious seconds of my life. Isn't it funny how that goes?
We went out yesterday, but I was at odds with my mother, so I wasn't in a good mood. A Laurel & Hardy marathon (I don't expect anyone to know who they are) kept me busy taping all day...and there were even The Three Stooges for an hour and a half. >_< I was chained to my TV FOREVER. And I had to tape Code Geass so I could go to bed at midnight, so I haven't seen it yet. Why can't it come on at eleven?
