"The Prophet of Dreams"

The Prophet of Dreams
Has come to haunt us
Do you feel his touch?
The cold hands
Of certain death
Of grisly bones and such
He gently waits
With baited breath
At the end of the hall
For the lovers to come
For the two of us to come
So he can tell them all
So he can watch us
Suffering in Secrecy
So he can watch us twitch
For he loves to see
The lovers suffer
To see them squirm and itch
Everyone knows his name
They know who he is
This old Bone Keeper
You've seen him before
Everyone has at least once
Have you not seen the Grim Reaper?

"Sunlight"

O sunlight
Engulf me in your radiant light
Whisk me away from this place
From the dark depths of my putrid soul
Shine your rays upon his smiling visage
Reveal him to me
Glide over the face that punctures my dreams
He is always visiting me at night
I want to see how he looks in light
Instead of the gloomy darkness
That follows me wherever i go
O now look at him
He is so beautiful
A being hand-crafted by gods
And brilliant light shines on him
Illuminating everything I want
Everything I have
And everything I lost

   Poem
okay here's the deal: i am a very good writer. i love writing Novels, short stories, plays, poems, and songs, and i plan on making my career out of it. here is one of my best poems i think so far. it's about my mother, who hates me and i hate her too. she makes my life hell. here goes:

"Silent Screams and Prayers"

My blind suicide
Do you know what you do to me?
I keep having to hide
From the horror that keeps me
Bound and gagged
Such a reflection of hate
Her victim hanged
By a string of bloodied tear drops and fate
Has the woman lost her mind?
Oh mother dear, how you hurt us
Feelings of love and hatred intertwined
Hurt and drain she must
Live on in silence
Your screams awaken the demon
Lest you get thee hence
To fight that unnamed heathen
Love is a strange word to the child
Who has never felt anything
Except for the numbing of her mind
Fighting a battle she cannot win
She prays every night
Prayers to die
No more does she want to fight
She wants to escape to a refuge in the sky
