RPG time
Yay, we're starting up a new RPG at the DotM forums. I'm happy. And Kindigo had us set some ground rules, because God knows we'll need them. Especially since nearly all of our characters are Mary Sues. It would be like "clash of the Mary Sues" as Kindigo said, and a big black Mary Sue hole would consume everything. Pretty good summary of it all, I'd say. Especially...coughs. Elemental. Cough. Nothing against her, but...jeez. Some of the things she does in REAL LIFE, and in stories...Korin is such a Mary Sue. Not that Heru isn't, but...not as much. Korin scored 78 on her Mary Sue test. I got 36. Still a Mary Sue, but not nearly as bad.
I could not focus in geometry at all. I kept drawing paralells between Helena and my story, FTSIY. Helena inspired FTSIY, so it's helping me write it and manage to blindly fumble around for a plot. Like Kiki says, "grab what little plot there is and run!"
Oh, and also...I MIGHT GET A NEKO!! A LITTLE KITTY! Thalo-chan's cat had a kitten. Just a kitten. A boy. A little, teeny tiny grey boy kitty. I love it. And Thalo-chan told me I had first pick. And...atashi no oto-san wa sore o kankou! He didn't flat out say no like I thought he would...he sounded like he might go for it. I'm thinking of naming it Takkun. Like the kitty in FlCl, for those who don't know.
