It's Been A While
Please read carefully:
Federal Pell Grant Pell Grants are paid twice per semester for students enrolled in 9 or more units
Payment
Schedule
If you are enrolled in 6 to 8.5 units, you will only receive the 1st payment for each term.
Semester & Payment **Enrollment Requirements for Check Disbursement Payment Date 
Fall 2009 -
1st Payment
If you enroll in 6 or more units - You will receive 50% of your Fall Pell Grant Award  8/21/2009 
If you enroll in the following units your 2nd check will be paid as follows:
Fall 2009 -
2nd Payment

If you do not receive your FIRST payment before the date scheduled for your second payment it will be combined with your second payment.

6 to 8.5 units - You are not eligible for a 2nd check.

9-11.5 units - You will receive 25% of your Fall Pell Grant Award October 2009
12 or more units - You will receive 50% of your Fall Pell Grant. October 2009
Spring 2010 - 1st Payment If you enroll in 6 or more units - You will receive 50% of your Fall Pell Grant Award  January 2010
If you enroll in the following units your 2nd check will be paid as follows
Spring 2010 - 2nd Payment

If you do not receive your FIRST payment before the date scheduled for your second payment it will be combined with your second payment.

9-11.5 units - You will receive 25% of your Fall Pell Grant Award March 2010
12 or more units - You will receive 50% of your Fall Pell Grant. March 2010
**Late-Starting/Short-Term classes will not be counted towards your enrollment until the class begins. You must enroll
in your courses at least 5 business days before your payment date in order to receive your check. 

Confirmation of all financial aid checks are sent to Delta College student e-mail accounts. Please check your student email account to confirm the mailing of your check.
