The pain...the agony...the torture...

Wow...I haven't done anything here in, like, three days. O_O

Pretty boring day today. ><
And almost emberressing...

In Art, we were given the assignment of what type of business we would have if we did open up a business over the summer. I got my inspirations from the vacations of San Antonio; I remember last year, especially, when we were walking along-side the river-way; the sun was shining, the flowers and plants glowed in its light, the river seemed to have a beautiful natural rhythm of its own, and the restauraunts next to it were alive! I remembered that, and began drawing...

Good thing it's only a rough draft. ^_^;

In Tennis, I played against Kirby.

In Science, we worked on our review. I got farther, too. ^_^

In Pre-Algebra (Oi...><)
I didn't do much, I had to admit. But even though I am the Carpenter, and I simply CANNOT keep a blasted toothpick still when I'm trying to put glue on it! So, I just sat there, doing whatever I could, even though it was really quite a small help (ie-holding a toothpick while the kid next to me's trying to cut it).
Today was the last day, so...
Erica started saying swear words ('h' word, 'd' word, 'f' word...) Me, I don't like using swea words. You'll never see me typing them in these posts, nor do I say them aloud. So, when she kept on repeating swear words at random, I couldn't help but chuckle a little. THAT got her attention. She said that I didn't do any of the work, and that she and scorch did all the work (no offense to scorch; I have nothing against him)
But what she said was a lie...
I DID help build parts of this bridge, and so did Steven (the other kid in our group).
I told her that we all worked as equally as we could and did our own part in our own way; but she wasn't satisfied with that. I got a little irritated, but I tried my best to keep my cool...

So, I told her off, as politely as I could. O_O
Yeah, I'm not so good with words, but it did finally shut her up. Although, when we were dismissed, she was still trying to show me that she hadn't surrendered just yet, when she was saying (in a pretty loud voice, so I could hear) that she had voiced her thoughts, and she thought that I didn't do any of the work and was only trying to take the credit for myself...

...?

You call that teamwork? Earlier the first week when we started building, it was evident that although Stephen was the Project Manager, Erica was easily taking charge. She and him argued a lot, and I once commented that we weren't acting as a team should. Stephen said he thought we were (in his opinion, to be more specific), but I quietly thought that we weren't acting as one...

...

Well, you make the decision of who's right and who's wrong. All I wanted was to get this project done and get a good grade. <_<
I'll be SO glad when it's over; personally, I'd rather work on the review than on bridges, It's much quieter that way...

Anyway, in homeroom, we watched the rest of Shrek 2.

In lunch, I gave my mangurines to Kirby, because she forgot her lunch while fretting with her dad about her clothing for the NJS awards ceremony; poor thing. ^_^;

*pats Kirby's head*

The good thing is that I wasn't hungry afterwards, so...^_^

In English, we continued our vocabulary cards. When I was cutting, I pinched my finger with the siccors...
Yeah, it burned for about a minute...><
It's still all blistery.

The rest were just awards ceremonies. I got three awards: One for joining the Robotics club (of course, you should know by now that I love LEGO, thanks to BIONICLE), an A/B honor roll certificate; I made all A's with only one or two B's, and they were high B's, and a keyboarding certificate of 58 words per minute (actually, it's supposed to be 60 words per mintue, since that's as high as I got, but what I think was that she put what our last goal was, so...it's okay, I'm glad).

Kogatana got a free year book from his friend. Since I'm being hurried here to take a shower, I'll have to end this pst here. Later...
