Looking for Feedback
I'm beginning an anime story that I would like a little feedback on. Below is the story outline:

Kinia Alicad (KEN-NI-YA AL-LI-KOD) 14 years old, 5’1, 115lbs

Basic Story - Evil military leaders who want to use Kinia’s chess skills for world domination. First as a human computer, used to decipher opposing forces moves based on military strategy and human behavior; then later, hopes of a new weapon of mass destruction. After attempts to recruit Kinia under the guise of a college scholarship program fail, numerous kidnap attempts are foiled not only by Kinia’s ever-growing power and skill, but also by her small group of assorted friends. Leaders plot to have chess champion push Kinia over the edge to reveal her secret power to the world. Thus giving them an excuse to have the military intervene in the name of national security. The current chess champion and his associates/admirers plus his apprentice are sworn enemies of Kinia Alicad. They have been on top of the chess world for five years straight but the current champion cheated to get there. He and his cohorts are willing to do what ever it takes to stay on top. They are used by the military, but they do not see past their greed and lust for victory at all cost to notice.

Powers to be developed - Chess protégée. Can take herself and her opponents out of the physical realm and into her own world set up like a chessboard. The opponents are forced to take up the positions on the board while Kinia controls the play of the opposite pieces. The strategic movement of her chess force defeats her opponents. The attacks cause damage to the receiver in the physical world. Later in development, Miss Alicad manifest her ‘chess board’ in this world and controls the 16 pieces accordingly. The final stage of the maturing process is the adapting of the pieces powers into herself to be welded with great force and accuracy.

Villains and enemies –
General Zeine (Military Leader who wants Kinia), General’s two aids - Nimzo, Giuoco, (Look like twins-henchmen), Captain Yolando Lakewood (Inforcer of General’s will), Doctor/Scientist Dr. Kardon (General’s advisor), Politician - Anna Marie Alekhine (General’s inside man to sway Superiors), Champion Boris Vasilievich Spassky (National Chess Organization), Apprentice - Ruy Lopez (Another child prod Ki-na’s main competitor), Three hoods Nicholas Vanbuskirk (Apprentice’s classmates and followers), Champion’s sister Tina Spassky (Annoying force behind Brother’s climb to the top-short to the extreme violent and better at chess than her brother), National Chess Board Member (Champion’s inside man for cheating)

Friends and Allies - Chess club president - Machgielis (Max) Euwe (idiot that knows everything about chess but can’t win a game no matter what), Youngest chess club member girl - Carroa-Kann (picks on Pres and semi narrator), unknown internet chess opponent (counsel, escape from the now - plot twist op), Uncle Benoni Alicad (teacher), park boys - Benko, Reti, Evan, (Kinia’s internal thoughts acted out), cousin not into chess - Catalan, (moral support and physical fighter), bad guy that has crush on Kinia - Gruenfeld (used as informant for both sides)
