SATURDAY..^_^x
Hey guys. It's finally Saturday! Yay! I'm just trying to find some sort of rest and relxation, because it's going to be a grueling week next week. I have to find some college aid and submit it before friday of this upcoming week. I did alot of interesting things in school this week, such as Peer Mediation, and eating disorders. I know what eating disorders are of course, but there were some things that I never knew about them, such as what they do to the inside of your body. Organ, by organ.

But on a lighter note, there are some good moments such as my cascade of hugs that I got from my buddies, And eating some good quesadillas. I think I spelled that right. Anyway, they are SO GOOD!!! I want some, now! *stomach growls* So I saw a few career choices that you guys made yesterday, and it gave me an oppurtunity to get to know you guys. Some were intersting. Here are some shout outs for today.

   PEER MEDIATION IS GOOD!! ^_^v
Well today was a busy day for me. At school, my 5th period English class was to do a presentation on peer mediation for a freshman class. It was very interesting. they played a game called "peanut", which was basically a game that shelled peanuts were pased out and they were todescribe what the peanut looks like from the outside, and from the inside without opening it. This game came from a story about the issues of conflict between peers. The nameless character from the story said,

" Why should I care what this peanut looks like from the inside, a peanut is a peanut."

The moral of this game was if we were not to care about what peanuts look like in the inside, then why can't we look at our peers, and people in general, the same way?

Then we all played a game called THE LINE GAME. The class was given index cards and they were to write anything that they wanted to know about their peers, but did not have the courage to ask. Then a long line of white tape was put on the floor vertically, and if the statement applied to anyone, the would take a step forward on the line. There were alot of interesting things subjects called such as; I have went to jail, I know someone is is battling an addiction, I not living to my full potential, and the subject of abuse. Someone even wrote " THIS IS BORING" on a card. It was a very interesting game, and I was not bored one bit. ^_^

And finally, we took the woed, " RESPECT" and found words that represented the term respect.

   MORE GLOMPING!! ^_^
My day was an okay day today. It was sooooo cold this morining! It was about 57 degrees.*SHIVERS* It's a shocker considering it could get that cold, considering i'm in Florida. well school was oaky, too. I saw some more friends that i haven't seen in forever, and they glomped me too. LOL. My friend Jacob told me how much he missed seeing me and talking to me and alot of hugs were shared. Then towards the end of the school day, he points at me and says "aha! i see you twice in one day!" And gave me another big hug. He's cool. And then I saw my beloved little pint-sized freshman friend grey, and she freaked out when she saw me. Again, I got lots of hugs. I hate lunch like a pig today. I had those chicken nuggets and fries. *MMMM...FRIES* with ketchup, too. And a cookies. Chocolate chip. Now I'm hungry again! LOL. I'm gonna go raid my fridge, and visit sites while I eat, because I'm like that. LOL. Later! ^_^v

   FRIENDS ARE GOOD!!!! **^_^v**
It's been a long time since i've seen my friends during school. i saw two of my good frinds, Zoie and Josh, and they screamed my name, " ASHIA!!!!" and did a mad dash down the hall and glomped me. * MAJOR GLOMP* Josh hugged me from behind and I felt like my stomach was going to cave in!!! *owwwwieeee!* But regardless of the pain, That really made my day. I love them both. I love all my friends. There was alot of stuff going on with concerning school that I have not been talking to you all about lately. I didn't want to talk about it. I was really depressed, and felt betrayed. I don't really want to go into detail, but let's just say that was basically shunned by three teachers of mine. Betrayal is the one of the worst things that a person can ever go through. It takes a toll on the mind, and the body. I felt like I just didn't have the strentgh to do anything. It felt like it was irreversable. That's why it is always good to hold on to the people who care about you the most. My friends love me to death, or else they wouldn't have attacked me the way they did today. LOL!!! I just want to say to you all how much I appreciate all the buddies that I have here at MyO and thank you all for your kind words and long-distance hugs.    UGH! SO SICK ! (of soap operas! ) >_
I don't feel so good today. My stomach was hurting earlier today. *Blah!* But I'm feeling little bit better now. So that is good. I want to take out some time to get some things off my chest. SOAP OPERAS. Do any of you watch soap operas? Well I used to watch them alots in the past but I'm kind of watching them now, but, I really don't know if I should continue watching them again. I usually get so disgusted at the events that take place in them that I just don't watch them at all to spare myself the pain. I watch the ones on the ABC network, All My Children, One Life to Life, General Hospital, it's like the stuff that happens in any soap opera tends to depress me and leave a mark on me. Is it because they remind me of the real world, and the issues that people go through everyday? Or do they hit close to home with issues that I'm going through? I feel that if the fans were to write to the creators, then they would have power to change it, but would it solve anything? It could make mor sense out of what they are displayng. Let's say for instance there is one woman and two males. The woman is pregnant and she happens to be married to one of the men. But here's the catch...that man is not really the father of her child. The other man is. But the audience does not want to see the woman with the other man, but they want to see her with the man she is married to. The woman does care alot about both men, but feels that the other man should know. How would you react to something like this? Just a question to throw out there. ~gwinggirl100 aka. Ashia Humbert

   GOOD DAY TODAY!!
My BG is up now as you can see. I know that my music box is no longer on my profile, that's because I'm fixing my site a little bit. More like fung shuei. Think I spelled that right.

My day was okay today. I was alittle depressed in the beginning but I feel much better now. I feel like getting another site, but I feel like one is just enough. I want to change the entire layout, but I don't know how to find the right one. I'm still looking into it though, but in the meantime i'll put up a few more BGs before that happens.
