A story, an mini-update, and some awesome art ^^

Note: Most of this post was written yesterday but posted today ^^'

Hey minna! ^o^ Posting gets harder every time I delay it. Perhaps I should have a posting schedule…

I’m doing alright trying to enjoy my summer and improve the person I am in the mean time :p. We can all be better people, so why not give up a few things? ^-^

*Is trying to say much in least possible grammatically correct sentences*

Ah, and on Saturday it was my baby brother’s birthday ^^. He’s now a year old XD.

Manga
I’ve been reading Kareshi Kanojo no Jijou (a.k.a. Kare Kano). It’s rather enjoyable, although it is long. When I’m done, maybe I’ll go read Lovely Complex :p!
Anime
I’m downloading Bleach and Naruto now. Need to catch up ^o^. I have been watching Ouran. It’s the kind of anime that leaves you smiling for a while ^-^. It’s refreshing… Hikaru! *Hugs him* Soon, I’ll be done the series! Yey!
Anime-related/ Japanese Music
ALONES by Aqua Times, the full version, is now out! ^^ I downloaded it. You should check out Aqua Timez Himawari, Ketsui no Asa ni, and Sen no Yoru wo Koete! XD They’re great.
UVERworld’s awesome too! The guy doing the vocals (Takuya I believe was his name) is awesome!! You should check out their D-technolife (=love), Colors of The Heart (= love!), Chance, and Endscape.
Yui Horie: Life, Rolling Star, and Feel My Soul. XD Yui’s so kawaii!
Other songs: Tsumasaki from Bleach (a must-have ^^), Happy Material from Mahou Sensei Negima (thanks Madarame2!), Beck’s Flashback by AKFG ^o^, and One More Chance by Yukie Nakama (Madarame2, this one’s cheerful ^^).

Madarame2-chan, Mugen is a cool guy! I never did say Jin isn’t cool…he is! But for some reason…I’m a Mugen fangirl lately ^o^.

The “story” I had to tell ya :p

Well…it was funnier months back when it actually happened but here it is:
I went to go look for Twilight, a book I’ve heard good things about, in a bookstore. We went to a branch of that bookstore we haven’t been to before. I delayed asking the helpers if the book arrived yet. Then I decided to go up to one and ask about the book. He looked like Einstein with his messy curly dark hair (oh and he’s an oldie, for those who wanna know). The man smiled and said, ‘Cana help-pu?’ I said, ‘Yeah. The book “Twilight” was supposed to arrive by now. Do you have it?’ The guy was like, ‘Twi-lid?’ I was like, ‘Er, yeah. Twilight.’ I kept thinking, ‘You better not say you don’t have it…’ He said, ‘Oh okay. It’s downstairs.’ The guy gave me directions to where it was. I nodded, thinking I would just find it on my own later (I do that a LOT and it gets me in trouble :p) I thanked the guy, who replied with ‘You-velcum’ and went to look for it downstairs. I thought, ‘Maybe it’s downstairs because it’s a new arrival?’ since I usually didn’t look for it there. Anyways, I didn’t find it downstairs. I asked another guy for help (he didn’t know about the book) and in the end I went back upstairs. I told the guy I didn’t find it and it turns out he thought I was looking for the TOILET! I couldn’t believe it. Luckily, I didn’t care much. He went on for a minute about how he ‘tod I ment da doilet’ because back in his country (he said he was from Sri Lanka) they refer to it as ‘toilet’ whereas here they said ‘washroom, bathroom, comfort room…etc’. I was like, ‘Thanks for the info’ (in my head). Ah…my family/ friends laughed about it later, lol. Then I went 2 weeks later (I think) to another bookstore (the branch I usually go to) and I told my sister I was going to ask this guy about the book. I told her, ‘He’d better not think toilet again...’ and my sister swore she’d laugh if he did. I told her I would too. And it turns out, he said ‘Downstairs’. I clearly said, ‘I’m looking for Twilight the book’ and he said ‘Yeah, downstairs.’ Great, huh? I laughed and calmly told my brother. *Sigh* I wish I can go back and do that again…maybe I will go up to another Sri Lankan worker and ask him. Heh! And I didn’t even get the book. Order cancelled. Oh well.

Here are some Deviant Art art for you to enjoy! (It is so hard to choose a few to show!):

Questions:
1- Do you like honey? Me: Yeah ^^. But I like it best with peanut butter sandwiches.
2- Do you like milk? Me: A must in any household! I love milk! XD (I’m so not Ed, lol)
3- Do you like mustard? Ever tried it with mayo and ketchup i.e. all three in a burger/sandwich? Yum-yum! I like mustard. Of course in a reasonable quantity i.e. just enough to taste it in the sandwich ^^.
4- Harry Potter fan or not? Me: Not really. I haven’t read any of the books or watched the movies much. I may check it out sometime though.

*Laughing* Don’t mind me *giggles* I’m just finding some things funny…no no, nothing related to the Otaku…*giggles* Life can be interesting sometimes…

Order of the Day: Giggle! ^-^

*Waves* Thanks for the visit! XD

   Update on the Shock-a-topic

Hello there old and new buddies. Heh…I see some of you found my “freaking out” amusing, some thought it was a pleasant surprise, and others wished me good luck. However…I don’t think I’m going to see her which was why I was upset about it, kinda…Plus, a surprise like that would’ve been pleasant if ASH-chan told me. Some girl told me at 2 am and she said she was going to come back and I waited for her to until like 7 am (i.e. didn’t sleep) and she didn’t come so I got mad at her because she always leaves for good when she says she’ll return…anyways, the next day I went through trouble calling her school (I have a Lingo i.e. net-computer-phone system device thingy that I can use to call some countries).Ha ha. Like it will be open then i.e. I count the hours since we’re 8 hrs apart. (I did call several people too to try to get some info out of them but to no avail). So then the next day, I caught them on time after the second call and asked all about the trip and they told me without even asking me who I was XD. They told me that they’re going to be in my county for two weeks. I was happy with the news…but it was for nothing. It’s not like she’ll visit my city. *Sigh* And Dad’s preparing to go to Canada and America in a few days so it was not like he can just go ‘Hey let’s take a drive over there’. Plus some people don’t understand how important friends are…(yes I got some ‘Don’t make a big fuss about it. You never fussed about your family members like that…’). But all in all, it was impossible. I was kind of mad at ASH for a while (since she didn’t tell me…) but I guess now I’m neutral about it. Sad that I won’t see her but hey—at least I have more time to prepare for our reunion. I don’t want her to see my braces and teeth like this anyway, although she wouldn’t care ^_____^.

So…now to comment on some of your comments:
-I have met ASH before Magnus. Lol ^^. But it’s been 3 years since I last saw her. That’s for everyone to know who didn’t already know.
-Paige…I wasn’t really “spazzing out”…rather, I was more like depressed and silent, heavily sighing once in a while. It lasted like 2-3 days…thank God it’s over.
-Dad was nice about it but…no Raina-chan. I didn’t yell at him and didn’t bother trying to convince him. What’s the point if I go there feeling guilty and rude and selfish and just plain rotten? If my parents (or anyone else for that matter, especially them though ^^’) was upset with me doing something, I can’t do it and enjoy it at the same time. So what may look like sugar at first tastes like salt later (rather more like something bitter).
-Blue Eyes…it wasn’t necessarily good news. Overall, yes. Partly…like 1/5 th of it, nope.
-Do you really want me to tell you where I live Master Hiko? It’s somewhere in Asia…:p

So gomen everyone who wanted me to say hi to her for you -_-‘. Oh, and thanks for the “wishing good luck” part.

Besides that, I had a list of new songs I liked and wanted you to share with you. I also wanted to show you some AMAZING Deviant Art art and on top of that, I had a funny story from last year to share with you but this post is long enough. ‘Till next time dear friends and thanks for my new record of 17 comments! XD ASH-chan’s comment is missing for the first time…but I bet she’ll comment when she gets the chance anyways so…*Big smile*

Don’t worry about me because I am doing just fine! XD Just going through some good old Roy fangirlyness and new Mugen-love! :3 Mugen rocks! Oh...and yes, I got to like Samurai Champloo more now too. *Adds to faves* More on that next time too.

*Hugs bunch of friends*

!!!! How can life do such a thing!!??

I wasn't planning on posting, and if I was going to then I was going to add a lot of other things (like 'Happy Canada Day & my country-of-origin's Independence Day'--they're on the same day) but I can't do that! This is an emergency!!!!!!

I found out from a friend (I thank God for her!) that my best friend in real life ASH-Hikari, along with her fellow class of graduates, left 6 am on the plane to come to the country I live in!!!!!!!!!!! WHAT ON EARTH!!? I'M SHOCKED OUT OF MY MIND RIGHT NOW! ASH never even left Canada before!!! Maybe it's even her first time on a plane!! AND SHE'S COMING HERE!! I don't know why anyone didn't pick up...I called her before and after her grad...then poof! She leaves early morning the 3rd day! For how long?! I DON'T KNOW!! I couldn't see her this year and now SHE'S coming HERE! I HAVE TO GET MY DAD TO FIND A WAY TO GET ME THERE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Oh my God...

Today my brother's friends and their mom and dad left to that city as well as other neighbouring cities for a day. I looked at the buses going there just this night. And then THIS!! I WOULD'VE SNUCK IN ONE OF THEM IF I ONLY KNEW! *Takes a deep breath* I'll KILL ASH-kun for this!!!!! -_- No...I really won't...but STILL! I could've went with my brother's friends' family (he might've gone with them if plans didn't change)! What am I going to do!? I don't care! When dad wakes up (it's like past 2 am here)I'm going to bother him about it!!!!!!!!

Sorry I had to yell a lot of that in your ears...^^'

   Pretear-love! Manga-love!

Hello buddies! ^_^ I’m in a great mood! Mum took away the keyboard for a few days (since we overuse the net and computer in general) and it actually was for the best! My head’s totally clear now and I’m feeling a lot better. I’m totally in a good mood! Yey! I haven’t felt content in a while ^^.

I’ve been reading Pretear, the manga. It’s so pretty!! I love it! And…I just love it! XD Everyone who’s into Magical Girl manga/anime, this is one of my favorite!! It reminds me of Card Captor Sakura. And there are cute parts! Kya~! Mangas are awesome! I also downloaded the Kare Kano manga. I can’t wait to read it and see if it’s great! I want to download the Ouran manga later on too! Go manga! XD

I’m also watching Samurai Champloo. It’s not so bad. So maybe I don’t like the crude humor it has but hey, there were some funny parts and a lot of commotion ^^. So it’s alright. Who knows, I might like it later ^_^.

I’ve been tagged twice already (by Raina-chan and Shred)…so I guess it’s about time I let out my secret information! XD

1- I er…like Power Rangers. Honest! I’ve enjoyed it when I was young and I don’t think it’s all that childish…except the Zords and some of the fighting ^^’.
2- I’ve never been to a real theater before and actually watched a movie, eating popcorn. Honest! I’ve been to the IMAX Theater, yes, but that was when it was still new and only showed small videos on animals and nature…you know what I mean, ne?
3- Sometimes I don’t eat for 12 hours or more. It’s okay though. I don’t even eat a lot. Sometimes I think I’m on a diet unconsciously…which is stupid. But I’d eat whatever if I had the chance! But I’m broke…so not much junk food.
4- I’ve memorized most of the lines of the first two Lion King movies. What? It’s a family favorite movie so I watched so many times. Anyways…I like acting it out sometimes. For fun…
5- I like to arm-wrestle. Ah…although I’m not that great. Actually…I’m pretty bad at it. But I do it to challenge.
6- Foul language annoys my ears…
7- *Looks at TV* I hate the movie Election, which stars Matthew Broderick and Reese Witherspoon >.< It’s so annoying…
8- I always feel like I have to save everyone from everything. >.<
9- I wear braces. Approximately for 2 years.
10- We, as a family, never went on a vacation to another country and we’re not going to this year either.

It was disappointing (VERY disappointing indeed) to hear that I wasn’t going to visit Canada this summer either. Oh well…no! No ‘oh well’-ing it! I’m getting mad about it now…ASH-Hikari’s graduating tomorrow…and I can’t even attend. NO-FAIR!! And I can’t see her (and everybody else I wanted to see). I’m going to think of her while she graduates and call her after she comes back. What else can I do? *Huff* I’m alright now. *Is inspired by Pretear* I’m jolly still!

I was thinking of buying a drawing tablet. Any suggestions? I’m clueless really.

I’m keeping my layout for a little longer. *Throws about sparkles and magic dust to make everyone jolly* See ya soon! ^_____________________^

Oh and I want to thank Raina-chan for her daily friendly support and the wisdom she constantly shares with me. You're so great! *Hugs her*

Back with a hello :p, now a High School Grad! ^__^

Heya buddies! :p

Oh sorry I worried you Shishou! I was just procrastinating...so I didn’t update. First I was busy (you know as we all are with the end of school, exams, and grad) then…lazy. ^^” I did a bit of visiting though…but not enough. Gomen. I’ll try harder soon. ^______^

I’ve missed you all. So much has happened in the past month. Well, I warn you! This will be a VERY long post. Don’t complain later…

First of all, I graduated. Don’t really want to go into the grad party details. Yey for me. Now I’m just sitting around waiting for something to happen :p. Doing chores, using the computer and net, watching anime and reading manga—that’s pretty much all I’m doing. Mangas are fun! XD

Besides that…life’s been…I don’t know. Seems like the world is just covered in some black haze.
Let’s use porcelain as an example. I’m finding cracks on all the surfaces I thought were shiny and I’m finding the tar that got on some of the porcelain ornaments hard to remove…*sigh* But I’ll be alright. ^______^ My current motto: “Together, we can make the world a better place”. Inspired by HanTsuki. =^________________________________________^=

I guess I will give a list of some of the anime I’ve been seeing, manga I’ve been reading, and songs I’ve been downloading :p.

ANIME

Hanbun no Tsuki ga Noboru Sora (which means ‘Looking up at the Half Moon’), a.k.a. HanTsuki: Has 6 episodes. This is by far one of the greatest anime I have ever seen. I can cry just thinking about it. I felt my eyes water a bit after the first episode—blame that ending song + screenshots that follow! Just thinking about it makes me all sad. And thinking about the songs just makes my stomach knot. Hearing it makes it worse. I don’t know why it has this big of an effect on me…*sniff*. It’s an inspirational and very touching series. If you haven’t seen it, SEE IT TODAY. It’s simple yet amazing. A slice of life. *Sigh* Sometimes we can be so selfish…Go Yuuichi X Rika!! ♥ My current favourite couple in my current favourite anime.

Samurai Champloo: I’m on the 6th episode. It’s…weird. I thought it was going to be funny but I didn’t laugh much. I’m not even that fond of the openings and endings. Perhaps it’s not for me. But since I have a lot of episodes of this anime, I might as well watch it ^^”.

Ghost Hunt (1 episode…almost 1 episode anyway): It was interesting. I was upset when it stopped somewhere in the middle!! Grr…Blame my DSL -_-”.

Hayate no Gotoku (1 episode): Heh. It was a cute anime. Will see more. Supposed to be funny ^^.

Full Moon Wo Sagashite (1 episode…or nearly 1 episode): I love the opening song! ^_~ It’s so cute! And the dance in the opening too. Unfortunately, it froze midway. I’m planning on downloading it again. Cute.

The Melancholy of Haruhi Sumizuya (1 episode): Who’d let me not see it? I had to download it. Will see it all sometime.

Jigoku Shoujo (“Hell Girl”): I’ve been watching it lately, more like my steady anime right now. Even though it’s repetitive, I’m still watching it :p. Nice animation and I like the opening song.

Seto no Hanayome (1 episode): From the reviews it got on Anime-Eden, I thought “Why not?” and so I downloaded it. It’s supposed to be a very funny romantic comedy. It’s funny and cute ^^. And the animation’s nice. Will download more.

Gintama (1 episode): Weirdest anime I have downloaded in the past month. Aliens, spaceships, and samurais?! And a guy that reads Shounen Jump? I don’t know how it’ll all work together but the main character does somehow resemble Bleach’s Ichigo so…who knows? But I’m in no rush to see it even though I hear it’s got an atypical hero and lots of comedy…heh.

Also done little catching up on FMA, Bleach, Death Note, Naruto, and Inuyasha. Death Note rocks! ^__^ So cool. And FMA just leaves my mouth gaping.

And I did visit Wija-chan last week. I made her show me the Hare Hare Yukai dance. She’s pretty good. ^^ But she didn’t do it too enthusiastically since I was nagging her about it. Anyways…We watched Grave of The Fireflies by Studio Ghibli. Tragic movie. Slice of life. World War II, setting Japan.

MANGA

NANA: My second manga! I read the first prologue—I liked it. Nothing too dirty. Then I got to the second prologue—only the second!—then I had to stop -_-. I liked the 1st prologue…I am a bit similar to Nana in some ways and she is funny. ^^ Oh well…Wija-chan did warn me it was josei (for the older female audience).

Aoi Yori Aoshi: I’ve always wanted to see the anime. It sounded and looked cute. I didn’t know it was ecchi! (Thanks Wija-chan for letting me know) >.< Good thing I went with the manga first. It’s cute, especially Aoi. She’s so cute!! XD So far only a few “terrible” scenes. If it gets too er…dirty I’ll stop reading it all together. I think I’m on the 7th chapter.

Pretear: I’ve always wanted to watch its 13-episode anime. Pretty animation. I like it!

ANIME OSTs & other JAP-SONGS

Raven by Do As Infinity: Catchy ^^ and I am a fan of Van’s voice anyway.

I Love U, 1st opening of Full Moon Wo Sagashite by THE SCANTY: Very cute ^^and catchy.

Hayate no Gotoku, 1st opening of Hayate no Gotoku by Kotoko: I like it ^^. Cute too.

Eternal Snow by Changin’ My Life: A FMWSagashite ending. Pretty lyrics, pretty song.

Mysterious Eyes by Garnet Crow, one of the openings of Detective Conan: Lovely ^^. Thanks Raina-chan!

Shinkirou, an ending to the anime Black Blood brothers by Loveholic: I loved it from the first time I heard it. Very pretty! And it’s Korean too. It was fun learning the lyrics, which seemed more difficult than the Japanese. Thanks Wija-chan!

Hoshi Akari, 1st ending of Busou Renkin by Jyukai: Pretty. A must-have ^^.

Makka na Chikai, 1st opening of Busou Renkin by Yoshiki Fukuyama: Cool, upbeat, and catchy ^^.

Ayumi Hamasaki’s JEWEL: I like it. ^^

BoA’s DUVET, opening of Serial Experiments Lain: I didn’t know it was the opening of SEL until I heard it and I recognized it! –Note: I haven’t seen SEL, just saw the opening ^^”. Interesting. I like it.

Ichirin no Hana by High & Mighty Colour: Cool ^^! I found out later that it’s a Bleach opening …lol. And the lyrics are wonderful.

EMOTION by Tanaka Rie: ^_^ upbeat and nice ^_^

Realize by Tanaka Rie: Catchy, lovely. Like it! ^_^

Ningyo Hime from Chobits by Tanaka Rie: Pretty enough ^^”.

D-technolife by UVerworld: A Bleach opening, 2nd I think. I love it! Very catchy and awesome singing, tune, everything. ^______^ Go UVerworld!

Sakasama no Chou by SNOW: Opening of Jigoku Shoujo. Pretty. I like it! SNOW has a nice voice!

Raison D’Etre by Nightmare: I’m currently a HUGE fan of the lead singer

I also downloaded Hare Hare Yukai, Kanashimi no Yasashisa ni, and Rolling Star. All are upbeat and great. Go Kanashimi! It really grew on me.

Utada, Ayumi, and BoA are very popular and so I thought I’d download some of their most popular songs. They’re okay. I think I’m more a fan of the songs than of the singers ^^”. If I like a song, I like it. The group matters…but maybe not much. Or maybe it’s just these three. I do like JEWEL by Ayumi, Every Heart and Duvet and Amazing Kiss by BoA, but none so far by Utada. Maybe her songs aren’t to my taste. I did try Simple and Clean as well as Final Distance. If you have any suggestions or comments, let me know! I want to know why she’s so popular ^^. But she is pretty ^____^. Almost all of them are, our pretty little Japanese shoujos!

I got a lot of photos of (mostly Japanese) singers from www.last.fm. It’s a neat site! ^^

Oh remember how in one of my posts from back God-knows-when I talked about Ion Fortuna’s seiyuu? Well, I never did mention her name! (Thanks Wija-chan for pointing it out -_-“) so I might as well do so now. Her name is Junko Minagawa. There.

Ah, and since I’m SO into HanTsuki right now, I wanted to change my site to a HanTsuki theme. Any helpers? Oh and Esther really isn’t my favourite character in Trinity Blood or something. And Lordsesshomaru I didn’t like the name Esther. But she is pretty so I wanted to use her for a theme. Oh and she is pretty cute with Ion-kun! XD

Please welcome my friends Zetsumei Kage and Anime snow girl to the site! Oh and as for Anime snow girl, it’s her first time here and she needs all the help she can get. She’s an anime fan, although she is still a novice ^^’. She’s a sweet girl anyhow. So…sign her guestbook and say hello if ya can! Arigatou.

Just two simple questions!

QUESTION 1: Did you hear Ichibyo no Refrain, 1st ending of Getbackers, by Otoha? Did you download it? Do you love it? Well, for those of you who haven’t, what can we, those who have,
Tell them?

QUESTION 2: Do you think I should change my Esther theme?

Oh and thank you for your visit. Although I feel selfish and bad for not visiting many of you…oh and a big thanks for 530+ hits, 105 guestbook signatures, and for the 16 comments on my previous post. ^_______________^ *Bear Hug*

…Oh and a belated CONGRATS to ABlackPerson for being the 100th guestbook signer! XD

   New theme!

I’m in a nice mood now ^-^. Well, what new? First of all, I really want to thank Lys for making the graphics necessary for my new theme. She made me a banner too! Arigatou, you’re great Lys! *Hugs*

My new theme is of Sister Esther Blanchette from Trinity Blood. She’s one of the most gorgeous anime characters I know. Don’t you agree she’s very pretty? I like her with Ion. They’re very cute together. :3 =^-^=

Long April Fools recap:
I had a fun time on April Fools day. I usually ignore such days but how can I pass out such a day? I love prank-ing people! *Smirks* Yes…if you already didn’t know, I’m evil. ^-^ Anyhow, I had a physics midterm that day but all I can think of the night before was what prank I can pull. Usually, I just make up stories and make people believe them—nothing physical like putting a banana on their path, dumping paint on them, etc. :p That’s supposed to be a nice thing—aren’t I thoughtful ?:p Lol. So anyhow, one girl sat next to me and I just blurted (before she left to go find her seat) ‘Hey do u no why I prefer not to wear the P.E. uniform…pants and all?’ (note: even though I am surrounded by girls (i.e. it’s ok to wear pants around them)—it’s a school with guys and girls segregated—I prefer not to wear pants as I dress conservatively all the time, remember? So yeah—interesting to note that I don’t walk around in pants much :p). The girl asked, ‘Why?’ I said, ‘’Cuz I have a prosthetic leg. I got in a car accident years ago and well…I don’t want people seeing it so I prefer to wear a long skirt, etc. and not play’ (I don’t like P.E. much). So she started sympathizing with me and I said, ‘Oh I was just kidding. April Fools. It’s not true.’ And I wasn’t serious about the joke—I joke a lot everyday. But she took it seriously and sighed with relief. I was so happy. ^-^ Then I told her to tell the girl next to her about it. She had such a sincere look on her face, sympathetic too. I said, ‘April Fools!’ she was like, ‘Oh my God!’ then laughed. Then during class the three of us laughed and giggled in the back every time we looked at each other. I’m usually quiet and not too social (in group talks and class participation—I talk to those that sit around me and are interested to hear what I have to say…and if anime or Japanese-related things come up, then I’ll talk ^^’) so maybe I had taken them aback. (It’s my first and last year in this school, by the way) I smirked in my own corner. So then the joke started spreading. We had P.E. so we 3 went on a mission to tell the rest about it. While I was telling one girl (who was pouring her heart out to me:p) the other 2 left to go laugh about it in the corner. I had to keep myself composed (they say I’m good at acting and that they cannot pick up when I’m lying and when I’m not; me so proud *big smile*) then I let out one giggle after I had told her a more sweetened form of the story (car accident…when I was 12…etc.) then she was like ‘Are you okay?’ I then covered my face to laugh. She thought I was crying and said ‘Are you crying?’ Looooool!!! The pride and triumph I felt were unexplainable! Lol!! *Snicker* Then I laughed and the other 2 joined me and she was like ‘What’s so funny?’ …hah. What fun it was. We tricked a few more people (I added the “fact” that I used to be teased in my old school…and one girl who knew my old school and used to go there said, ‘I know how they can be’ and her face was screwed in a reddish, heartfelt kodak moment…! She said, ‘I’ll kill you’ when I was done. Basically the whole class got tricked on the 1st and the 2nd (as the day ended before I was done). I tricked my mom too, saying some weird guy followed me on my way to the school gate…lol! She had a fork whilst cooking pasta and she told me to get out of her face before she stabbed me with it! Ahahahahaa! I was like, ‘Mom! I’m sorry! It’s the day you get to trick people.’ She said, ‘is it? Well, ‘You know better than to trick me.’ Lol. She got worried ^-^’.

That was long. Oh well, if you have the time you’d have read that. Anyways…ah, happy very belated birthday to Sakura Kinomoto. It was her birthday on the 1st. I told Wija-chan that we should act like her on that day since it was her birthday. How funny it’d be if we had to act like Naruto in October (still the beginning of the new school year). We’d get expelled on the same day! For vandalism, etc.! Lol! But since I’m not fond of being too wacko in front of people, all we did was say, ‘Oh look! It’s a Clow Card!’ and act a bit clumsy. I was so pathetic…dropping my money on and things on purpose ‘cuz Sakura is a klutz. Lol. I was like, ‘Wija-chan, should I fall flat on my face here?’ But of course I didn’t. -_- Wija-chan sung ‘Catch You,Catch Me’…we agreed it was very hard not acting all sluggish and being energetic and smiling all the time.

Anime…well, I’ve seen Busou Renkin 1st episode and part of the 2nd. I like the OP and ED songs. It’s an enjoyable show. Kazuki (main character) has a sister that reminds me of Inoue. The animation is clean.

I also saw 2 and a half of D. Grayman. I like Allen! He’s h2 if you know what I mean ^-^. What else…there’s a guy with “that attitude”. Lol. They’re in all animes, aren’t they? He’s got long navy-ish hair and that ‘I’m-too-cool’ look.

What else…oh! I downloaded Inuyasha episode 1 & 2! Lol! It’s in English -_- I wanted to try out the subbed one. Anyone know where I can find them? Oh and even though I’ve seen up until episode 22 of Inuyasha, I was so excited to watch it!!=^^= =@-@= ♥

I also read my first manga Kimi wa Girlfriend (You’re my Girlfriend). It was so cute and pretty and I LOVED READING MANGA! Yey!! I’m definitely going to read more mangas!!! ^-^ :3 Thanks Wija-chan for giving it to me (i.e. in the USB, not the actual thing, lol). I love Kirie! ♥ Too bad life isn’t anything like it is in manga/anime, huh? -_-

I need one more guestbook signature until I have 100! Yey! I wonder who’ll be the lucky 100th signer.

Questions:
1- What do you do when something really annoys you?
My answer: I like to breathe out heavily and break something (usually I don’t though)
2- How fickle are you?
My answer: Very much when it comes to feelings, lol, but when it comes to thoughts, a lot less. But then again, it does take me ages to choose something as simple as a chocolate bar!

I think I’ve said much for today. Well…see ya and thank you for your visit.

   Back -_-

Hi...

Mood: Not so cheerful (‘cuz I gotta run off >.<)

The time I’m allowed on the computer is being made shorter and shorter…life is getting more and more annoying…grads coming up…don’t really want to go as none of my close buddies are there. But I’m going since it’s a one-time thing. I really don’t want to miss such a thing...and I can show ASH-Hikari and other friends a CD of the event so why not?

I was going to talk about my April Fools day…ha ha ha. I had fun then.

I was going to talk about how happy I am the Otaku works for me again…and that my cookies problem was solved. I was going to talk about the animes I’ve been watching and the very first manga I read and finished…but I’m not in a good mood (why? ‘cuz I gotta run off).

Been chatting with dear sensei-sama Raina ^-^. She’s so sweet. She’s been helping me out with my cookies problem. Thanks to Raina and her master Dark Phoenix, her friend darkeangel and her friends master hiko and sbsp13668. Also thanks to lordsesshomarou, Shishou, and anyone else I forgot to mention. ^-^ The problem actually solved itself. -_- I just got a new DSL card.

What a stupid post. >.<

Well, uh…oh and I have a Wentworth fanaticism these days. -_- Lol. And for the last time (to all those that think otherwise) Wentworth is s-t-r-a-i-g-h-t.

I just had to say hi. Oh and I have to change stuff for my 400+ hits…grrrr! So much I have to leave behind…for now.

Oh and I miss my ASH-Hikari dear tomodachi...I'm worried about her. *Sigh* I haven't heard from her a long while!! I'll try and call her long-distance for a second just to make sure she's alright.

See ya,

   Ola! ~Lots to say~

Have I got a lot to say! Gomen but I gotta post all about it. You are warned!!

I finally presented my project today (I know, a little late due to). My hands shook at first. I was nervous. But I was supposed to be the Countess, wasn’t I? I tried to summon some snobby/ self-confident part of me and well, with the teacher’s casual questions which led me to explain some points, it was alright. My voice was small at first. I was all sweaty later though ^^’. I timed myself earlier and my presentation was supposed to be about 12 minutes but it was like 16 minutes and the teacher notified me of it DURING the presentation. But luckily, I kept my cool. Yey! Arigatou for the support. You helped! ^_^

Well, what else is new? I watched Ouran HSHC episode 1 today and I already love it!! ^^ One never knows how good something else until they experience it for themselves. I want to change my theme to it now because it’s so PRETTY! I have 5 other episodes currently on my computer so I better get watching away! Yey for SHOUJO! *Girly sigh*

I also saw Death Note and I love it too! It’s so cool and intriguing. And I have a love-hate thing for Raito—heh. I saw 4 episodes only. I had a fit of laughter in the 3rd one. I know—one may think “Death Note—funny?!” But this is what happened. My uncle was watching TV in the living room and I was on the computer with my brother (which is outside the living room). He asks us if what show/movie in___(my language) we’re watching. My brother and I thought he was just delusional and, as he was asking us stuff and interrupting us earlier about this or that, we told him off saying it was Japanese and that he just heard something else. He comes to us convinced of what he heard and we rewind it to the part where Raito and Ryuk are walking then we hear ‘Demo _________’ (I ‘blanked’ that as I’m unsure of the words) and it actually sounded like Ryuk said a phrase in my language so I guffawed!! I had a good laugh, he he. In my language the phrase meant ‘DEMO we know’ but in the translation it was ‘But I don’t get it’. LOL! The meanings were reversed too!! Ah, so funny. My brother played it back and would ask, ‘Do you get it?’ or something in our language and Ryuk would reply ^^’. He claimed to have heard other phrases too, my uncle.

I still feel awkward expressing/defending my love for anime at school though. I gotta stand up for anime & anime-lovers!!

I also watched Bleach until episode 9. Ichigo *sniff* I like Ichigo. And Rukia. And Inoue!! I watched her say the famous quote: ‘If I were the rain that binds the Earth and the sky who in all eternity will never mingle, would I be able to bind the hearts of two people together?’ She’s so amazing, that Inoue. I love that quote. The epsidoes made me all teary anyhow. Especially when Ichigo’s mom says, ‘I’m truly proud to have known you…etc.’ Waah. Such a sweet mother. And I never would’ve thought Ichigo to be a mommy’s boy. Rukia is pretty cool too. ^ ^ I’m wondering if I should go with IchigoXRukia or IchioXInoue right now. I’ll give it LOTS of time. No spoilers please ^^!

I caught a bit of an episode of Homeless Girl Remi in Arabic on the television last week. (I love that anime!! Makes me tearful. It also has the cutest couple, Remi & Mattias! *heart*) And it had a part about her mother, whom she’s been searching for. Also, the Bleach episodes I watched were about his mother. And it just so happened that when I was seeing those episodes it was either before or on Mother’s Day (over here). Although I don’t celebrate a lot of celebrations (I mean, shouldn’t everyday be Mother’s Day ? ^^’) the teacher talked about mothers too and how we should make our times with them special ‘cuz we’ll leave them soon and these kind of touching speech and I thought, ‘Why don’t I work harder to make things smoother and sweeter between Mom & I?’. I don’t have super terrible issues with my mom but well…it could be a better relationship. So now I’m on better terms (for the time being). Yey! ^_^

On other news, Wija-chan’s grandfather passed away last Monday morning. I had an urge to give her a hug the next day, which I did. Hopefully, I’ll help cheer her up! I’ll give her that hug you requested Hikari-chan. I forgot again. ^^’ When you have the time, I’d appreciate it if you pay your respects to her on her Otaku page. Arigatou.

I discovered (thanks to Wija-chan) a site to download tons of anime songs!! I’m so happy…of course I’m a little old in discovering it (Gendou). I can download most songs quickly. It makes me upset (actually MAD is more like it *squeezing hands into fists*) that they don’t have Inuyasha and Rurouni Kenshin songs there!! >_<

Ah! I can’t forget to mention Wikipedia! I LOVE IT! *Sighs* It has so much info and on any topic. I looked up mermaids…cannibalism…oh and anime. (I hope I didn’t scare you there. I love to find out about things I wonder about…*shudders* Cannibals). Ew…let’s change the subject for a while.

Oh yeah! I felt like lately I’ve been confusing people. I’ll be very clear from now on (ha ha). I DON’T HATE CANADA. I LOVE CANADA. What I meant in my last post was that I think airports are dreadful because they make me nostalgic about Canada which I LOVE (Canada that is). But in fact, I like airports because they’re fun—traveling is fun! (I could go to Canada…he he) but airports aren’t nice because you have to say ‘farewell’ to people and who likes that? (Well, it does depend on whether or not you like the departing person…-_-). I confused you all the more, haven’t I?

Responding to your comments:

ASH-Hikari: Hope you feel better soon. I’m sorry I was a baka and forgot to ask you about that oral surgery last time ^^’.

Raina: I just posted it to test out my writing skills or something on you guys. But I’m not feeling that way particularly now ^ ^. Or when I posted it. But I do have my days. *Shrugs*

Arrekusu-sensei: It may have been deep but it wasn’t entirely me—okay, so maybe it was partly from my feelings then. And I don’t think I want to complete it. It may change to a happier mood which would ruin it. And I guess people write sad poems as most people are sad lately? I could write a happy-toned one sometime. And thank you for not thinking of me as a loserat life. I am. I don’t have a clue of what I want to do for a career/future. No ambition, no goal. And it doesn’t help me at all to have no optimism. >_<

ALL: Thanks if you commented on the poem. And Harrison was the blond guy in between the two girls and next to the guy in the maroon top. Who guessed right, congrats. Heh.

Ah, and congrats to Madarame2 and I for becoming Senior Otakus. And congrats to ASH-Hikari for becoming an Otaku Legend. Woots to us!! *Throws confetti*

*Laughs* Oh well. Oh yeah…back to the why-I-love-Wikipedia. Well, I LOVE looking up anime voice actors/ singers and I discovered all these INTERSTING things! I wish I can list everything here. Well, I guess I have to pick just one person for today: ION’S SEIYUU!

Well, she’s a she. Let me tell you some of her anime roles:
1- ION Fortuna! (Trinity Blood—DUH ^^)
2- Ryoma Echizen (The Prince of Tennis)
3- Joshua Christopher (Chrono Crusade)
4- Ryuuyu (Tsubasa: Reservoir Chronicle)
5- Ayaka Yukihiro (Negima!: Magister Negi Magi)
6- Ritsuka Aoyagi (Loveless)
7- Leon Elliott and Silphy (Black Cat)
8- Nana Osaka (NANA videogame)
9- Rei Kurasawa (FATAL FRAME 3 the video game)
10- and…*drumroll*…EDWARD ELRIC (in a series of drama CDs) ^_^

La la la…soooo many songs to choose from for my site. Well, if any of you would like to help/suggest anything for my new layout, feel free!

-_- Midterms and tests all next week…-_- Calculus test on Monday. Better get started eh?

Okay then, ja ne! And sometimes I don’t get the chance to comment on your posts so gomen. However, I do check your pages just in case something super important happens to you so that I know! ^ ^ Take care you all. And sorry about the long post. Expect another one soon!

   A poem & annoyances

I have a project to present on Saturday on Thomas More's "Utopia". How interesting -_-. I know my hands are going to shake for no reason. But I'll hold my ground and speak. I'll push myself as always. -_- Will I do well, I don't know.

And to clear the confusion...I am not in Canada. I just felt nostalgic, that's all ^^'. I saw my aunt off at the airport today. I mean, I never did go to that (dreadful) place for like 3 years and when I saw the airplanes...I wanted to go on them!! :< The adventure...:>

My parents confronted me about the net, computer...life. >_< They definitely meant well and they're right. I think I'm doing 'better' now. I hate being such a loser at life. How to win...that I'm unsure of. But I know it starts with me.

Oh well, let's stop here. I better get started on my project. Wish me luck!

And here's a picture of the Tru Calling characters. Can you spot Harrison? *Hugs* Hint: He's blond.

Here's the poem below.

Written like 2 years back ^^' in 7 minutes or so...

Do I still want to know?

Who could I be?
Tell me what you see.
Am I known by my name?
No, I have no fame.
Am I someone who's feared?
Impossible. I guess I'm just weird.
Could I be intelligent, maybe smart?
Who really cares? I don't even have a heart.
Are you my friend?
My questions have no end.
Is this all a dream?
I really am not who I seem.
Was I once at your door?
Oh, I should fall dead on the floor.
I must be nothing. I must be nowhere. I must have no one.
Why are you still here? Why aren't you gone?
Everyone I've known has left before I had grown.
Could my mind be too young to understand itself?
Wait. This must be confusing.
What kind of words am I using?
Ok. Maybe I should start over.
Should I look for a four-leafed clover?
Would that change my luck?
Would that make me a precious gem?
Could it truly change who I am?
No. I am not sure if anything could.
If there is something, tell me what would?
Imagination?
Just give it a rest.
Friendship?
Do I have to pick a best?
Power?
Are you sure?
Money?
Do you think I'm poor?
Beauty?
Just try to keep a mirror from breaking.
Singing?
Your ears might start ringing.
Strength?
I'm weak as a stick.
A doctor?
I figured. I must be sick.
Love?
Don't waste my time.
Sleep?
I try so hard to rhyme.
Hope?
I can't hold on to an invisible rope.
Revenge or Hate?
Have I kept you too late?
Maybe you should go.
My problems you mustn't know.
My emotions I shouldn't show.
I see you still haven't left.
Are you here to accuse me of murder or theft?
Maybe you now know.
Who am I?
I guess…I don't want to know anymore.
Sorry for sharing my sorrow.
I guess I wasn't meant to have a better tomorrow.

Hope you liked it. Was it good? And I'm getting so many guestbooks signitures so fast I'm surprised...I am making new friends so fast too. Well, thank you to all of you for your courtesy to the Countess (lol). *Hugs all she can reach* Bye!

Essay update and a smile ^_^

Hello buddies, how's it going?

Some of you have been bored so here comes a long post. Yey! *Hears the applauding OR imagines it* ^_^

I've been...weird lately. Life. Anyways, I thought I was going to wake up in a bad mood and feel sleepy all day (I slept past 12:30 am) but after I got into class, it wasn't so bad. These days I'm loving the weather so it's affecting my mood positively. I'm remembering a lot of Canada and getting nostalgic feelings...

Anyhow, I was happy today for two main reasons. Let me tell you all about it.

You remember my essay right? As it was the draft, the teacher was telling some people to rewrite it and fix it up. As for me she said ‘definitely no need to rewrite’ and wrote 'beautifully written' and 'nice' as comments. I was so happy!! ^_^

My English teachers all said good things about me through high school I was always of the top. But I do doubt my skills. Tell me what you think. Yes—the essay is up for you to read! (Actually, it’s below, lol):
_________________________________________________

Interpretive Essay
Topic: Fullmetal Alchemist episode 25, Farewell Ceremony

This episode is from the popular Japanese-animated series Fullmetal Alchemist. It is a tragic episode as is denoted by the title, Farewell Ceremony.

The episode opens with moving music. It starts with Lieutenant Maes Hughes stopping by to see Lieutenant Colonel Roy Mustang.

Whilst listening to the music, I remembered the feelings of sorrow and sadness that were accompanied by them in previous episodes. That added to the distressing mood of the show. At the end of the show, during Hughes’s funeral ceremony, a solemn song played. I felt that it sanctified the passing of that character, and only brought a sting to my eyes.

What made the episode even harder to bear watching was the focus on the soon-to-die. Being the last time we were to see the lieutenant alive, they focused on Maes Hughes, following his story through out the episode and showing us the characteristics of the man, that which I cherish.

All the characters that were aware of his passing were saddened, especially his family. His wife Gracia had the difficult task of bearing with her bewildered daughter and holding back the sobs. He was absolutely fond of his daughter and was his greatest treasure. He had said his farewell to his family just the night before, never knowing it was his final goodbye. Even Louis Armstrong, the largest of the men, was crying during the funeral, being a sentimental guy with a big heart.

Lieutenant Colonel Roy Mustang had a special relationship with Hughes. Hughes was a dear friend to him and supported him, always pushing him in the right direction. He, seemingly one of the most aloof of the characters, shed a tear or two. That helped force down the dam that was starting to be overwhelming.

The ceremony was large and honored the deceased, having now earned the title Brigadier Lieutenant. He was promoted two ranks, and surpassed the goal he was helping Mustang himself reach.

The cruelest thing about his death was the way he died. Always having been great when needed in action, he only hesitated to shoot the homunculi as it took the form of his beloved wife. I despise the homunculi Envy for that up until now.

It is hard to say whether or not I liked the episode when one of my favorite characters dies. I was devastated by his death. It is best to say I am sorrowed by it and at times, I would rather not watch it. However, it is an episode that reminds me of how devoted the now Brigadier Lieutenant Maes Hughes was to his family, friends, and the military. He was a hero, and there was a lesson to be learned there. He was a chivalrous man, an exemplar.
_________________________________________________

And that was a rushed little annoying thing I thought. But as long as I did well it's fine, right?

Then I sat with the teacher (I was free last period—no computer teacher) and explained (very badly—lol—and nervously a bit) the main stuff about FMA. She said she was watching it in her office at the end of the day on Wednesday and she saw little kids pop their heads in and whisper ‘Mrs.__ is watching cartoons’ (>_< anime= NOT cartoons…anyhow). Lol. Then she said she didn’t get anything (of course—she started from episode 25! Duh!) and asked if she wasn’t abnormal to not have gotten the plot. I told her she’s perfectly fine. She’s a cute fun lady. ^_^ I told her I was going to make her fall for anime. She’s so clueless of it and she’s going to ask her 15 year old son if he knows about anime. I bet he does. I even told her we memorize the songs and that the subs are better (she likes the dubs) and blah blah and she’s impressed. Oh and you know the funniest part? How would she understand anything if she didn’t watch past the opening!? Lol! She didn’t know the part with Hughes and Maes in the dream was just the beginning. She didn't know Hughes died. And as I explained, she confused the brothers. ‘Who lost a leg through the equivalent trade?’ and when they showed Ed and Al in the train scared of seeing Izumi again, when they imagine the big guy lifting them up she asked, ‘Is that the part where they lose their bodies?’ Lol! I’ll have more fun with her for sure.

Oh! Questions. Can't leave them out.

1- Heard of the show TRU CALLING?
Note: Not an anime.

My answer #1: I know it aired a long time ago in America and blah blah and it aired here like 3 years back but I-LOVE-IT!! In fact, I just watched it *Hugs Harrison i.e. Shawn Reeves*. I haven't seen it all but I plan to. I like the plot and I find it all intriguing! (I’m trying to speak calmly of it)

2- What anime song annoys you?
My answer #2: Not sure actually. Used to be Harumonia but now...hmm. I guess *thinks* I don't know. I'll have to think about it.

3- You want to cosplay as whom right this minute?

My answer # 3: ION! ♥ ♥ ♥

Which reminds me...some people didn't know 'what' Ion was. Well, Ion is my favourite Trinity Blood character. He's the most adorable thing I know. Well, one of them. ^_^ I'm obsessed over him and I can never get enough pictures of him. Read my intro. Look at my avatar and background. Here's a picture of him *dies* and the adorable Seth-chan:

Photo Sharing and Video Hosting at Photobucket

AWW! xox♥*♥*♥xox Arigatou Hikari-chan for this!!! ^^ ^^ ^^ ^^ ^^

Well, I was going to put up a poem but I'll do that another day. I think this is enough for today, ne?

Thanks for reading, commenting, and visiting! ^_^ And oh, thank you Auvy for nominating me for the contest. Good luck to everyone (although everyone won't win...lol).
