Okay, guys...I'm about to go to orientation. The only reason that I'm not there yet is because I have no clean clothes and they are currently washing. I'm not really looking forward to going back...I don't really wanna' be in band and if somebody asks me why, I'll hit them in the eye. I swear...I'll do it. The only reason I like school is friends. Everything else sucks. But you know what doesn't suck? Resident Evil.
OMG GUYS! I watched "Resident Evil" last night. But I've seen that movie so many times that I don't even flinch at the blood or gore...that's a shame. I need to watch more horror movies...ones that are more...uh...horrific? Yeah, lets go with that.

Do you remember when I ranted about my dad making me go and get my hair cut, earlier? Well, now he says that I have no choice and that I have HAVE to get it cut! I'm horrified! But I have a very good reason! The last time that I got my hair cut, it was crooked! Horribly crooked! And short! Not that there's anything wrong with short, but I had really short hair in the 2nd a 3rd grade and I'm still getting over the hummiliation of that horrid haircut. I looked like I had an afro! I don't want an afro! Not that there's anything wrong with afros but...I just don't want one. Let's just say...that if they take more than an inch off of my hair...they're going to be eating the pair of scissors that did it. Wow...I'm so mean! But, my mom's going to take me, and she has pretty good taste in hair, so I should be good. My dad used to slick our hair back, his daughters, and we ended up looking like Elvis...never again will I look like Elvis!
Okay, I just got back from getting my hair cut. But I wouldn't let them take anything off the length, just thin it. And when I looked on the floor after the lady go done with my hair I was like "OMG!" because there was what looked 4 pounds of hair on the floor! And when she sweeped it all up I was like "..." because it looked like some animal that I had seen on the highway earlier that day, minus the blood. Mom started laughing and she was all like "Hey! When did that poodle get in here!" and they all laughed and I was like "*glare* Grrrr! *Glare of pain*" and...that's about it. Comments (0) |

A normal day...for me.
I didn't like yesterday. First I was at my mom's this morning and Kym was all like "Ya'll wake up or you guys are staying here all day!" And I was like "Whatever..." and she dumped three ice cubes down the back of my shirt! Who actually does that?!
Then I had to go to Greensboro mall to get clothes and stuff for school, and I hate getting new clothes...they're so uncomfortable! And then I bought two pairs of pants and they added up to be like $90.00 together and my dad was like "..." And I was like "uh...hehe" and Katie, My sister, spent like two hours trying to find clothes that she liked and me and dad got so bored that we just went up and down the escalaters over and over again out of sheer boredom.
Then, oh joy, shoes. I wanted 'VANS' because they are very comfortable to me, and dad was like "No...no Vans this year." and Katie was all like "Hey, Brooke...get these shoes!" and do you know what kind of shoes they were? They were black chuck taylors with little neon pink hippos on them! And I was like "uh...no." And then I ended up not getting shoes and deciding that my mom would take me later.
And do you know what my dad wants me to do, now? He wants me to cut my hair! That's right, Cut it! I like my hair! Sure, it's poofy, sure, it makes me mad sometimes! But that doesn't mean that they can make me cut it off! I mean, if they got me a wig, I'd be fine with that, But NO! I WILL NOT GET RID OF MY HAIR!
Okay, now something totally off the subject of my misery. Yesterday, I watched the movie "Final Destination 3" and it was worst than the other ones. It had more detailed deaths and it was graphic and lots of blood was involved. It was so bad, I had to look away once or twice. If you like blood, gore, and unexpected deaths...that's your movie...just watch the first two or you'll be a little lost.
Another little thing, I have been watching the "Jaws" movie series for about 7 hours straight. I don't know why though. Sure, I could change the channel, but there's just something I like about sharks. Like during shark week on the discovery channel, I'd watch at least three hours worth of shark stuff every day! If you put those hours together, I would've spent almost a full day watching sharks. But when they're in an aquarium or something, I don't like to around them as much.
Gosh! I hate rubix cubes! I've had one for a long time and I can't figure it out! Does that make me stupid? Say 'yes' and I'll hunt you down and hit you in the eye!
I'm so bored right now! I want to go to my mom's house and play Mortal Kombat with Dalton! I miss Dalton! Out of all of my friends, me and Dalton spend the most time together. Amazing right? I get to my mom's house and I get out of the car and Dalton run's across my aunt's yard (she lives next door to us and Dalton goes there when I'm not there) well, anyway, we run across the yard basically in slow motion and he jumps on me and give me a hug! We're like so close, it's weird. His dad and my mom married eachother and it's amazing that kids from totally different families are able to live together with eachother and actually get along. Every one of the kids has someone that they get along with from the other family. Like, I have Dalton, Katie has Samantha, Kym (My other sister) has Jessica, adn even D.J. (My over-hyper half-brother) has Wyatt, and Wyatt usually stays away from everyone! It's amazing how things just...work.
Well...I don't usually ramble for this long...I better go now before I find something else to talk about. Okay! Bye!

A Nightmare On Elm Street
My family and I sometimes have times when we decide to act functional for a few hours and watch a movie together. We usually watch what's on and we don't care what it is (Last time we did that it was "Stalking Laura" on Lifetime.) This time we watched A Nightmare on Elm Street with Freddy Kruger in it. My dad and I, we're both kind of strange, so we enjoy commenting and mocking the characters throughout the whole movie. I remember at the begining, this girl heard something outside so she put on a shirt and went outside to confront the person Without pants! We laughed about that for about 10 minutes. "Katie, when we get 70, I'm gonna' buy a house on Elm Street and we're going to run down the street without pants on and yell that Freedy Kruger was after us!" Another time there was a girl that was falling asleep in class and my dad was like "Don't fall asleep in class...Freddy'll come out of your pencil!"

Okay, First off! When I wen't on that little mini vacation thingy with Chrsitina a little while ago, I suddenly stated that I wanted a rubix cube. Well, I told my dad and he was all like "Brooke, I don't think you could figure one of them things out without cheating." Ha! He has unproper grammar! Then I told my mom and she was like "Give me a foot massage and I'll buy you a rubix cube." And I was all "KAY!" and I did it and she went and bought me a rubix cube! I'll figure it out sooner or later.
Second! I made another video! A friend (Kristen) told me to make one with the Llama song or something so...I did. Behold! Me Dancing With The Llamas!
And Last of all. "Prestly" is a little dog that my dad was asked to watch over while his friend, Randy, was on vacation. Dad didn't want to leave poor Prestly all alone for long periods of time, so he just brought her home with us. I think she likes it here...she's already pooped twice on the carpet!
