wheeee! what a fun day!
omg! today was soooo fun! our grade has swimschool, but i didn't go, along with some other people. the teachers gave us a booklet to complete on swim safety before the end of this week.
niko and i had finished all our work overnight, so we have no classes for the rest of the week. but of course, we got bored. so we asked our japanese teacher if we could stay with her for the rest of the week, so she could teach us japanese. but she said that she was writing reports, so she was busy. but then she gave us the offer of a lifetime: to clean out the japanese/history storeroom. we couldn't believe it! we actually had something to do!
so after morning break, we went to the storeroom to see what work was ahead of us. i nearly had a heart attack! there were boxes and projects on the floor, and papers scsttered everywhere! it was gonna take a while to get it all sorted. so we started as soon as possible. niko was sorting out the jap text books, and i was at the dusty end of the storeroom cleaning out all the old language things. there were freanch and german textbooks and magazienes everywhere! so i sorted them out into shelves. we threw all of the boxes into the middle of the room, and occasionally i would hear a random 'AAAAHHHHH!' and turn around to see niko lying in the middle of the floor.
then i found this really huge silk sheet. i had absolutly no idea what it was doing there. so i made it into a dress. i kept tripping over, because it was so long. it was made even worse because of the random boxes that i told you about before.
then my jap teacher came in and asked us if we could get all the useless boxes off the top of the shelves and put them in the bin. me and niko looked at eachother and wondered how we were to accomplish this, because the shelves were so high up. we decided that he would lift me up and i would get the boxes down. it was a bit hard, considering that i was wearing silk and silk is slippery, but we managed it in the end.
so i started to pull all of the boxes down, and i was suprised that niko could hold me up for so long. but i accidently pulled a box down that was full of oragami cranes (the birds, not the machienes,) and they fell on us. then niko dropped me. it hurt. lol!
then sensei brown came in and asked what the hell were we doing, and he started laughing at me because of my dress. i love sensei brown! he's a champion!
well, when he left, i found a really long wooden stick, and niko found an axe and sword that someone had made for a history project. then i started to jab him. i love jabbing people! then he tried to demonstrate a katana move to me, but ended up hitting himself in the face. hehe...
then we went to have lunch, and my friend miki threw mango at me. so i picked it up and smooshed it in her hair! bwa ha ha!
after lunch, we finished the cleaning and started stocktaking, which is pretty boring. however, i scored a kangi workbook for university students! that was good! we haven't finished the stocktaking yet, coz there are soooo many books in there! oh well, we'll just get more time out of class.
we found so many things in there! we found a laptop, the shoes that the japanese wear around the house, origami and rice paper, paper cranes, (all up i think that there were about 3000,) japanese dolls, calanders, and calligeraphy, etc.
the history section was boring though. we just chucked all the projects up onto the shelves. the only interesting in the history section was when niko locked me in a mummy case. oh, and i realised that i had been sitting on a television. go me! well, that was pretty much my day. oh, but i missed out the bit when niko kept coming up behind me and blowing in my head. that was a bit wierd.
well, when we've finished, we're going to ask sensei brown if he could give us a karate lesson. how fun!
well, that was pretty much my day.
oh, and if you want to know, niko's name on this site is cough cough. creative, isn't it? yea so if you have time go sign his G.B.! well, love ya guys!
caio! xxx
