Hey, There, Delilah
How're you doing? No, I'm just kidding. I dunno anyone named Delilah. This is an amazing song about a guy who's in love with a girl who's going to school in New York, while he waits behind, trying to get famouse on his guitar. It's so sweet!

Pink
I've been really into the colour pink right now. I have no clue why. See, I ask my friend to help me with my site, and I told her to pink a colour. She's like, "Neon Pink!". I'm like, "Okay." So, ever since then, I've been obsessed with it. I even painted my nails that colour today... And, I guess it helps that the guy I like's favourite colour is pink. Jk, jk.

My friend Jeff told me about this AMV. It's hilarious!!! I love Orochimaru! I'm sorry, I don't know who made it. If anyone here did, I'm sorry for stealing your work. Lolz. Anyhoo, what do y'all think?

Favourite Smells
I dunno why, but, for some reason, today I started thinking about my favourite smells. I realized that I have quite a few. It's a very strange thing to think of, but here they are:
1. My first favourite is the smell of my friend's cologne. I can't remember what it's called, but it's very expensive, and it smells amazing.
2. Cherry Blossoms
3. Sweet Pea
4. Vanilla
5. The Ocean
6. Fresh-Cut Grass
7. Roses
8. Cake that's in the Oven
8. Pencil Lead (guess I really am and artist *sweat drops)
9. The way my room smells when I open the windows (fresh Oregon air, I guess)
10. Nail Polish (I'm crazy!!)

Water Slides!!!
Yesterday, I went to the Redding Water Slides in California. Since I live in Oregon, we had to drive for three hours. But, it was worth it. All of the guys got sunburnt, and only about two of the girls did. It was funny! We went on all of the rides about 50 times, and I managed to drag my friends on the Avalanche, this reeeeally huge half-pipe ride. I went backwards twice, with two guys that are at least 5 inches taller than me. So, it was kind of scary. But, oh well. I trust both of the guys, so it was okay.

Whoopsies!!!
Geh! I'm sorry! I was signing someone's guestbook (I'm so sorry, I can't remember who it was), and, I wrote the wrong name for a song that I said I loved. It was Well Enough Alone, not Better Off Alone. Better Off Alone is a Three Days Grace song, not Chevelle. And, only I would get worked up about this...

Sunday Morning Sleepers
I wrote this song a little while back, and I edited it today. It sounds a little emo, but it's a Christian song. I wanna make a band, so I wrote it for the people who I thought would be best it my band.

I hear you talking to my back,
about the life that I don't have,
a heart-ache, heart-break, and a laugh,
the scar has healed, I'll breath unscathed.

A broken wrist, the bone snapped clean,
is this the end for you and me?
I can't stay here, but I can't leave,
too many lies I've yet to weave.

(chorus)
A story of a long-past death,
broken dreams that catch your breath.
The Crucefix that's not alone,
a haunting note that holds too long.
breaking in my dreams I see,
too many hearts that've yet to bleed.
Hearing nothing and seeing less,
I'd always thought that I'd be left.

An empty church with painted walls,
enless turns and curving halls,
for unto you a stranger calls,
a Lover that won't let you fall.

(chorus)

I sit inside and empty pew,
it's vancant and I'm borne anew.
A chipped nail and a rusty bar,
a Bible open to my heart.

(chorus)

the story of a long past-death,
hearing nothing and seeing less.
Broken dreams that catch your breath,
I'd always thought that I'd be left.

Standing on a barren hill,
covered in the cheapest thrill.
Cigarettes that burn your throat,
a faeiry tale whose ending broke.

A Savior who will hold you high,
the One who made you and I.
A shattered glass that I have dropped,
He picks it up and gives me hope*.

*I know that hope doesn't rhyme with dropped. Any suggestions?

The Song From Yesterday
I figured out the name of the song!!! It's called Boston! It's such a cute song. I love it.
Here are the lyrics for it:
In the light of the sun, is there anyone? Oh it has begun...
Oh dear you look so lost, eyes are red and tears are shed,
This world you must've crossed... you said...

You don't know me, you don't even care, oh yeah,
She said
You don't know me, and you don't wear my chains... oh yeah,

Essential yet appealed, carry all your thoughts across
An open field,
When flowers gaze at you... they're not the only ones who cry
When they see you
You said...

You don't know me, you don't even care, oh yeah,
She said
You don't know me, and you don't wear my chains... oh yeah,

She said I think I'll go to Boston...
I think I'll start a new life,
I think I'll start it over, where no one knows my name,
I'll get out of California, I'm tired of the weather,
I think I'll get a lover and fly em out to Spain...
I think I'll go to Boston,
I think that I'm just tired
I think I need a new town, to leave this all behind...
I think I need a sunrise, I'm tired of the sunset,
I hear it's nice in the Summer, some snow would be nice... oh yeah,

Boston... where no one knows my name... yeah
Where no one knows my name...
Where no one knows my name...
Yeah Boston...
Where no one knows my name.

My New Songs
Well, I FINALLY listened to the Skillet CD I have on my I-Pod. Now, Skillet is a Christian Rock Band (don't ask why that's capitalized), and I thought all of their songs were worship. As it turns out, four of my favourite songs are on it:
1. Yours to Hold
2. The Older I Get
3. Those Nights
4. Say Goodbye

For whatever reason, my mom was watching that Ellen show, and this band played. Augustana, I think. Their song made me sad inside... I loved it, though... I don't know what it's called! ARGH!!! Anyone who saw that, please PM me and tell me what it's called.
