"Are you okay?"
Ever think of how selfish it is to ask if someone's okay...?
I mean, the only reason that you're asking is the self-reassurance that that person will be there tomorrow... Besides, if you really care you should be able to tell whether or not they're hurting... It's like love... Feeling love is one thing... but wanting someone else to feel it back, that's selfish... Is it not better to accept someone, emotions and all...? I think it is...
Well, sorry if this is just pointless rambling to you... It's just something to think about... I'm the type of person who'd rather sit alone in my room with music going, just thinking to myself than one who'd like to go outside for sports or go lay down and snack, watching T.V. all day.... :/ *shrugs* |
