Vine Border

Whee, I finally got my border working! Well, kinda; I'm still tweaking it. It'd be nice if people could tell me if it's working for them, by posting comments. For me it's working fine, but myOtaku was really picky about how to put the HTML into the add post thing, so I'm kind of wondering whether it'll work for everyone.
