Right when you think you've heard everything . . .

. . . you're introduced to the voice of Ivan Raidenovitch Raikov.

Snake(in Scientist disguise): *walks up to Raikov*

Raikov: *stares* Hey . . . *tilts head this way and that, twitching every so often*

Snake: ...

Raikov: . . . Get back to work. *continues staring*

Snake: *stares back*

Now, the other day . . . when Xio came over and I played Metal Gear Solid 3, that was the first time I had ever made an attempt to screw around with Raikov . . . not in the dirty sense, you sick-minded people =P.

I didn't have any rotten food to give him(which sucked since I'd been destroying all of the suppy warehouses and hearing guards complain of being hungry and famished for quite awhile and I would have loved to see Raikov run off to the bathroom, hehe) and I forgot to set a wild snake in his path . . . but I did find out something interesting.

If you dress up as Raikov before subduing him(I had the uniform and the mask beforehand) and you walk up to him . . . he treats you the same as he would if you were dressed as a scientist.

It would have been hilarious if he'd done something else . . . I mean, what would you do if you saw someone who looked exactly like you walking around?

I did have fun running around, punching and kicking the living daylights out of everyone and then waiting until they stood back up to here them say, "Keep up the good work, sir..." or "Pardon me, sir."

And, there's my little narrations:

Soldier: *salutes* Sir!

Snake(as Raikov): *salutes back*

Soldier: *continues saluting*

Snake: SALUTE OFF!11!1 *continues saluting*

and then . . .

Soldier: *salutes* Sir!

Snake(as Raikov): *salutes back* At ease, soldier.

Soldier: *continues saluting*

Snake: Stand down, soldier.

Soldier: *continues saluting*

Snake: I SAID "STAND DOWN," DAMNIT! *punches the soldier and runs off laughing*

And you know how Ocelot meows to call his Ocelot unit? Well, throughout the entire time I was playing, I kept imitating him XD It was just hilarious. And then came the subject of how you might call Ocelot if you didn't know his codename, but knew it was some kind of feline...

Person looking for Ocelot: Here kitty, kitty, kitty...

Oh God, Johnny Sasaki is just hilarious. He's a strangely upbeat and friendly kind of guard, too...Too bad what had to happen to him...

Johnny: Here ya go! *throws in a Russian ration and fork*

Snake: *takes the fork and the ration* *tosses the ration out through the slot and watches in awe as it bounces off the wall an down the hall(I'm serious, that thing was like rubber...)*

Johnny: You...you don't want this?

Snake: ...

Johnny: Are you sure?

Snake: ...

Johnny: Alright. *eats the ration*

[Myself: o_o Did he just eat that?]

[Xio: Yeah, he ate it.]

[Myself: Damn. They really are desperate.]

[Xio: Well, you have been blowing up their food...]

[Myself: I did no such thing!]

-A minute or two later-

Johnny: Chow time. *throws in rotten tree frog*

Snake: *picks up the food and throws it back*

Johnny: Huh? Oh well. *eats the food*

Snake: ...

Johnny: *runs off the to the bathroom where, of course, there is hilarious dialogue. "Wow! That's a record!" "Will that even flush?"*

Snake: *pukes*

Johnny: *comes back* Huh? Oh...did you throw up?

Snake: ...

Johnny: *enters cell*

Snake: *stands there* ...

Johnny: Hey...wait a minute...You've been putting me on!

[Myself: O_O *has no idea how she's been "putting him on"*]

Johnny: *pulls out his rifle and starts shooting*

Snake: *pulls out his fork and slashes Johnny to bits*

Thus ends the pitiful life of Johnny Sasaki.

And that just goes to show you kids: never eat Russian rations and then follow it up with rotten tree frog.

Poor guy had a cold too. Always sneezing when he was walking down the hall....pitiful, pitiful.

*giggles* I got to watch two episodes of Pokemon today. *giggles more* 7 AM and 8 PM on Cartoon Network. Too bad I'm going to miss the one on at 8 PM tonight(that's when Big Brother comes on and I'll just die if I miss that x_x) but I'll definitely try and watch the one at 7 AM(its 5:22 AM right now. Not too much longer).

I was browsing around the internet for sites that I could download books from...and I found a few(though I only downloaded from one of them and that one was actually Russian with an English version of the site. Most of the books on it were in Russian, too, so I didn't get as much as I wish I could have...but I did get The Bourne Ultimatum whee ^^).

Then today I browsed around for sites I could download TV show and movie transcripts and whatnot from. Found a few good ones of those and bookmarked 'em. Then had some fun downloading(and if I couldn't download I viewed on the internet, copied and then pasted) transcripts...

Sleep is not my forte.

You see, I like sleep...but lately I've been having difficulty sleeping so, I've just been kind of...not sleeping. I'll stay up for as long as I possibly can before I finally can just lay down and immediately fall asleep.

I beat my old record of staying up without sleeping by quite a few hours. I think my old record was 22 hours or something...now my record is 34 hours without sleep.

Well, 33 hours and 26 minutes...if you want to be technical.

When my mom asked me whether I'd gotten any sleep in the last few hours I said, "Nope," and she responded, "...Yep. You're your father's daugther."

I definitely am. My dad can stay up much later than I can.

Sleep good but sleep is something that just bothers me. Mostly because I've been plagued by fucked up dreams lately. Last night's had to do with some kind of doctor that mutated into a huge blob and I could mutate in Remus Lupin from Harry Potter. Not to mention I was working at some store where I got money for stacking cd cases.

Then of course there was the part where the blob monster was trying to take over the Earth and myself and some other kids were floating around in space, shoving asteroids and meteors, even Mars' two moons, Phobos and Demos, into the Earth trying to blow it up.

The blob monster was defeated, though...in the end. Sort of. When I woke up it was pretty much all over for the blob monster and his cronies. His plans had been foiled and everything was about to go back to the way it was supposed to be(ie: no blob monster and the Earth not having huge chunks missing out of it).

Ahem. Anyway...I'm gonna go read fanfictions or something...and maybe write one or two. I've got some ideas floating around right now.

Kysac yruo

My dad borrows so many games from his friends >> lol, now I've got six new games to play(and I still haven't finished Jak and Daxter, Ghost Recon 2, and a there are still a few things I need to accomplish in Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas before I officially say that I've finished the game. I'll never be able to COMPLETELY finish it like my dad did o_o He got 100% completion. He's one of those people who will continue playing a game until he gets 100% completion. I'm not. I like to finish the main game and, in the case of the GTA games, do a few little side things before I say I'm done.

But anyway, to the point, I'm not sure how many games my dad has borrowed, but whenever I come over and he's got some new games, he shows them to me and I get to play them when he's done with them(or sometimes, I play them before he does while he's playing a different game. He's playing MGS3 as of yesterday.). Well, when I got here yesterday he had two new games to show me(well, they're not new, but I mean, new as in, we've never played them. Well, actually...I've played one of them, but, I love that game so, it doesn't matter ^^).

He'd borrowed Silent Hill 2 and Tenchu: Wrath of Heaven(^^). So, while he plays MGS3, I'm going to take those home and play them(while I take a break from Jak and Daxter. I'm very, very, fed up with that game right now.), along with .hack//QUARANTINE(I keep forgetting to grab them every time I'm here >>), Final Fantasy X(I've watched Xio play through it once and then start playing it a second time, but I've yet to play it myself), Hunter: The Reckoning Wayward, and Hitman: Contracts(which I've also watched being played, though, it was played the way that I call: Kill every living being in sight. Best. Way. To. Play. ^^

Ah, I told myself yesterday to put an "Updated as of: XX-XX-XX" next to the La Cosa Nostra link but I didn't fricking do it >> Damn distractions. Well, it has been updated, as of 07/05/05.

I've been having dreams upon dreams lately and they've all been quite...interesting ^^; But, I don't feel like typing anything else..

Days until: The best show ever? Well, okay, my favorite show ever...Big Brother: 1 day! Tomorrow! 8 PM! CBS! Yay!

Harry Potter and the Half Blood Prince: around nine days I think.

(It's 5:40 frickin' AM. I can't say anything else anyway...or my mom might or somebody might catch me on the internet...this is the second time I've been on since my mom told me to get off but, you know..I'll probably lay around for about another hour thinking before I even fall asleep *has done said "laying around for an hour thinking" for the past four days in a row* >>)

Pissed on someone's hubcaps? -- Innocent.
Took this quiz to make the time go by faster? -- I wish.

"Eight rules for writing fiction:

1. Use the time of a total stranger in such a way that he or she will not feel the time was wasted.

2. Give the reader at least one character he or she can root for.

3. Every character should want something, even if it is only a glass of water.

4. Every sentence must do one of two things -- reveal character or advance the action.

5. Start as close to the end as possible.

6. Be a sadist. Now matter how sweet and innocent your leading characters, make awful things happen to them -- in order that the reader may see what they are made of.

7. Write to please just one person. If you open a window and make love to the world, so to speak, your story will get pneumonia.

8. Give your readers as much information as possible as soon as possible. To heck with suspense. Readers should have such complete understanding of what is going on, where and why, that they could finish the story themselves, should cockroaches eat the last few pages.

-- Vonnegut, Kurt Vonnegut, Bagombo Snuff Box: Uncollected Short Fiction (New York: G.P. Putnam's Sons 1999), 9-10.
"

I don't agree with a few things there...such as #8. I mean, I personally prefer to keep a few things secret about characters until the time is right to reveal that aspect. Same with other things in the story. Where's a good story without suspense?

I definitely agree with #6, though. Mostly because I am a sadist when I'm writing. I love seeing characters in pain...

JAFAX convention? Yeah, fun for people who have MONEY
JAFAX wasn't too bad. I would have had more fun if I could have bought something(no money = unhappy Kayla). Xio ended up buying me a poster ^^ *searches around Google to see if she can find a picture of it*

Clicketh.

That's obviously a scaled-down version(and kind of sub-par quality at that), but that's the poster I got.

Once Alexa and Xio had spent all of their money, we went into the Subbed anime room to find, lo' and behold, an anime that we actually knew: Cowboy Bebop: Knockin' on Heaven's Door.

That movie kicks ass. Even with having to read subtitles, it still rocked. Heh, there were a bunch of guys in back row who, every time Spike fought with somebody, would just start shouting out like, "Kick his ass, Spike!" or "Yeah! Yeah!" whenever Spike did something awesome during the fight. I kept saying, "Kick him where it counts! Kick him where it counts!" XD

I watched Scarface yesterday. God, I love that movie. *mourns for poor Chi Chi and Tony Montana* Chi Chi looks fucking kick ass in that hat. You know, the one he was wearing during the scene where Tony killed the police chief or DEA chief or whatever and the other dude(his name escapes me at this moment).

Seriously. Clicketh the linketh. I spent quite awhile working on the pages to La Cosa Nostra's brand new site so you had better go there and if not read, then marvel in its splendor. (Ignore the ads. They bug me, too, but for now you got to deal with them.)

*scratches head* Hmm...there was something...oh yes. I downloaded a GIF maker today *swoons* I've yet to mess around with it yet, but I will in a bit.

Speaking of downloading, I downloaded a bunch of stuff having to do with jail sentencing guidelines lol. That was only to see how close I was in the jail sentencings in La Cosa Nostra and for future reference. So far, I know that I was right when(and I can say this, because it's something didn't change from the first version I've shown you all and the second version that was up and is still accessible) sentencing Tommy to two years in prison for grand theft auto. Well, I didn't find grand theft auto, per say, on the list of crimes or whatever, but I did find a few different crimes dealing that are (most likely) what I needed to see. The maximum sentencing (in Michigan) is five years, so sentencing him to two is probably pretty accurate(and if not, then, well, *edited so that no spoilers about the new stuff is heard* You'll find out soon enough, don't worry ^^).

I need to find the sentencing guidelines for New York, Florida and California next...(and that's some foreshadowing that doesn't give much of ANYTHING away)

*skips off to read fanfictions*

Gekkou Hayate...how we miss you.

The new layout...is done. A tribute to the fallen hero: Gekkou Hayate. May he rest in peace.

Comments on comments:
snow fox: Thanks for your thoughts on my dream ^^ I think you really picked some of the feelings and such that I've been having lately accurately.

Baron: =P "Kayla's Dream Part 1! Coming to theaters near you this fall!"

I've submitted quite a few wallpapers over the past month and a half. And almost all of them have Naruto in them. But that's only because a majority of the pictures that I'm using are of Naruto. And most of the other one's with a different character I just can't make a good wallpaper out of.

So, if you haven't been keeping an eye on my wallpapers lately, I suggest you check them out.

I don't really feel like writing a long post today or anything, so I'll talk about the other dream that I had last week either for tomorrow's post or a post within the next few days.

If you're looking for the place where the sun shines, I can assure you its not here.

Shoutbackness:
Mimmi: Thanks for the kind words ^^ My knee appreciates it, heh.

Shin: Definitely.

iluvsasuk: Wait until you see what I decided to do with my list of themes ;)

Master Marik: Yep. Surveys be the fun.

Haze: My current theme features Nii from Saiyuki.

So, first things first: To decide on how I was going to re-theme my myO, I wrote down all of the possibilities on slips of paper, put them in a bucket and drew them out, one by one, thus deciding the order I would do the themes in(as I decided that I would do all of them eventually).

Then, of course, I decided that I didn't want to do the themes in that order, so I re-ordered them and this is how it ended up:
1.) Gekkou Hayate v1
2.) Hatake Kakashi v3
3.) Momochi Zabuza v1
4.) Gaara of the Desert v3
5.) The Godfather v1
6.) Metal Gear Solid v4(will be MGS4 themed)
7.) Grand Theft Auto 3/Vice City/San Andreas(the game I do will be decided on at a later date)
8.) Pokemon v1
9.) Digimon v1

Now that that's out of the way, I have one thing I want to say:

New. Kitten.

^^ Yep. There's a new kitten at my dad's house. Its orange, cute, playful and currently sleeping on my foot. It's a she and she considers my feet her "prey" >> She swats at them and completely mauls them. Its so cute ^^

I don't think she currently has a name and I'd love to name her, but she's not my kitten...she's Brittanie's *shudders* I can only imagine what kind of a name she'll give her.

Which is why no matter what Brittanie names her, I'll refer to her by the name I've given her: Temari.

Why Temari? Because she(the kitten) has the same kind of attitude as Temari: tough with an I-wont-take-no-shit-from-no-one way of acting.

Dreaming of a beautiful sunset...
No, actually. That's the contrast of what I've dreamt lately.

Take the dream I had last night:
From the earliest I can remember, it was me, some other girl and my (step)cousin Tre's dad(though I've never seen him in my life o_o;) out in my dad's background. We were treasure hunters or something of the sort and there was this huge rock wall on the edge of my dad's yard(where the woods begin) and we were looking along it for a secret cave entrance.

So I split off from the other two and went a few yards along the rock wall when I find what we're looking for: an entrance ;) Only its blocked by bamboo poles. So I pull out a sword(from where, I'm not sure) and start slicing the bamboo down while calling the other two over.

Tre's dad appears beside me and says, "Great job! Now we can find the treasure!" Then, something that has happened in at least one of my previous dreams happened...again.

The clouds shifted and full moon appeared in the sky(though it was the middle of the day *raises eyebrow*).

Tre's dad suddenly turned into...a werewolf. He grew teeth, claws, a tail, ears and some fur and he turned and growled at me.

So I ran, shouting, "Everyone inside the house! Werewolf! Werewolf!"

I made it inside the house with Tre's dad hot on my tail. Unfortunately, the unknown girl did not make it. She was never...seen...again.

So I'm safe inside the house now and Tre's sitting at the computer desk, playing the PS2(the PS2 is actually in my dad's bedroom and if not there, the living room). My dad's in the living room watching TV and Tre's dad is outside the slider door, banging on it, growling, snarling, foaming at the mouth.

And I announce, "Tre, its that time of the month again."

Tre nods and answers, "Werewolf, huh? I told him not to go outside."

A crack spreads along the slider at this moment as Tre's dad continues pounding on it.

My dad stands up and orders that the three of us should leave. I agree, as does Tre.

Tre slips on his shoes and...

...turns into a werewolf.

I swear to myself, remembering that when Tre puts on his shoes during a full moon he turns into a werewolf.

My dad and I run from the kitchen, into the hallway, then down the stairs into the entry way. I open the door, then stop, turn around and fine Tre standing on the railing, ready to attack. My dad is at the top of the stairs, telling me to go.

And apparently, I can turn into a half lion.

So my hair becomes shorty, spiky and turns a tannish color. My pupils become slits, my teeth grown longer and sharper, my hands turn into paws and claws sprout.

I lunge at Tre and just as I slash, he slashes(note that Tre's claws are about five inches long and mine are about two inches) and chops my arm right off.

I run out the door and my dad's right behind me(don't ask how...). We hop in the car, lock the doors and he starts it up. Tre jumps into the window, snarling and bearing his teeth.

My dad takes off, turns onto the road and speeds down it.

Then everything changes. The entire dream changes to a different place, a different time.

We're in a cave. Two women and myself. Disguised as Iraqi soldiers, I've just rescued these two women, who were hostages at an Iraqi base camp. With me I had brought for other soldiers. Five soldiers to rescue five hostages. Three hostages and four soldiers died during the escape, with us three women the only one's able to run into the forest and into a cave that seems to offer great places to hide.

We're walking through the cave, I'm leading the two women, all the while listening for sounds of enemy soldiers. I'm unarmed having lost my gun during the escape. The only provisions we have is one canteen of water, though the walls of the cave are dripping with the liquid.

After walking through the dark for who knows how long, we come to an opening. A ledge to our left shows a shallow stream with ten Iraqi soldiers standing in the middle, waiting for a boat to arrive with an injured soldier. Heading upstream(to the left of the soldiers) brings you into a long, dark cave. Heading downstream brings you through twists, turns, then a three-way fork.

I'm about to tell the other two women that we're going to continue into the cave ahead of us and ignore the soldiers in the river, when the tallest of the two(imagine Milly from Trigun in a camouflage uniform) jumps off the ledge and into the middle of the group below. The other girl and myself quickly follow.

The leader of the group asks us what's going on and Milly replies, "We got separated from our unit and our radios have short circuited."

The leader nods and takes out his radio, about to ask if anyone is missing any soldiers when the boat carrying the injured soldiers arrives, traveling upstream. As the boat(its more like a canoe sort of, but larger and more rounded) glides through the group, I grab the other two women and usher them downstream while the Iraqi's are distracted.

It gets deeper the farther downstream we travel and we begin to swim, the current helping to push us along.

Its several minutes before we hear someone shout, "Hey! Where did those three women go?" Then more shouts and we can hear the sounds of the Iraqi's giving chase downstream after us. Noticing that echoes travel easily in the cavern-like place, I instruct for us to float with the current until we reach the fork which isn't too far ahead of us.

Now with the fork right ahead of us, I glance back and see the shadows of the soldiers appearing at the bend about 500 yards back. I look at the three choices of direction ahead of us and instruct the two women to grab onto my hands and hold on tight; we're going down a waterfall.

Swimming into the current of the fork on the right the last thing I hear is the rushing sound of the waterfall and then the plunge into darkness.

A little while later, I'm awoken by the two women. We're floating along a fast current. I can see that around the next bend there's another waterfall, but this one is larger than the other with rocks jutting out everywhere. I have the three of us begin swimming towards an alcove carved into the rock.

The alcove is situated just before the bend and the current is extremely swift. As the shorter women climbs onto the rock floor of the alcove, Milly is swept away in the faster current. I grab ahold of the rock wall and stretch out my other hand to Milly who grabs hold, just in time.

She begins swimming forward as I pull her closer to the alcove. She climbs onto the rock and pulls me up with her. Then the three of us collapse onto the rock, exhausted.

Then...as if things couldn't get worse...the Iraqi's who were chasing us show up.

Someone asks, "Are they dead?" and the leader of the group walks up and lifts me off the ground. He slams me against the wall and puts a knife to my throat, threatening to know who I'm with.

One of the other Iraqi's suggests that he do the interrogation back at the secret hideout. The leader agrees and presses the knife into my neck, threatening that he'll do more than just draw a little blood if I don't cooperate.

The three of us are led off through a tunnel at the south end of the alcove. A hidden door at the end is opened and next I know we're locked inside a room with two actual female Iraqi soldiers watching over us.

Then, the dream gets...weird.

A frog hops out of my sock and grows to twice the size of a soccer ball. Apparently, the frog is what is known as a "Destructo frog" and it begins hopping around the room. One end of the room suddenly transforms into a Super Mario Bros. style landscape and the frog hops around, killing enemies and the likes.

And then (thank God), I woke up.

Interesting, right? I had another strange dream this week, but I think I'll save that for a post tomorrow or something ^^;

*yawns and scratches head* Nothing else I was really going to say. If anyone wants to take a shot at trying to come up with what parts of that dream might mean, by all means, go on ahead. I'd love to see what you think about that dream I had.

*jumps on the bandwagon*

*steals from Lady K who stole it from Solo, the same quiz of which has been stolen by countless other people*

ANGER
1. Who did you last get angry with? : I can't remember. I don't think I've really gotten angry with anyone lately...
2. What is your weapon of choice?: Baseball bat
3. Would you hit a member of the opposite sex?: Why shouldn't I?
4. How about of the same sex?: Of course. Especially if they were being an asshole.
5. Who was the last person who got really angry at you?: My mom probably for something-or-another.
6. What is your pet peeve?: Disorganization, when people can't seem to put the dishes away properly, and people who spell writing with two "t"'s...
7. Do you keep grudges, or can you let them go easily?: Depends on how bad of a grudge it is and who it is who caused the grudge.

SLOTH
1. What is one thing you're supposed to do daily that you haven't done in a long time?: Nothing I can think of...
2. What is the latest you've ever woken up?: That depends. Once when I went to bed at 5 AM I woke up at 10 PM. Other than that, whenever I take a nap at about 3 PM in the afternoon, I usually wake up around 2-3 AM.
3. Name a person you've been meaning to contact, but haven't: I would say Sara, but I just sent her a letter so, no one at the moment.

I have to go to physical therapy three days every week...it hasn't been too bad so far. Had to do some exercises and stretching today along with some ultrasound therapy and ionto or whatever its called(basically its a machine that pushes medicine through my skin to reduce swelling and stuff).

Going to my dad's tomorrow.

Uh...I got over my creative slump(I was having a half one, actually. Couldn't think of what to write in some things and was just chock full of ideas in other things)...sort of. I was really only have a creative slump in my typed version of La Cosa Nostra...I couldn't think of anything to type. But I got over it and type about a page...or so. Then I took a break and I'm still taking a break even though its been a few hours.

I now have an author on FanFiction.net that (if I could) I would like to worship. He has got to be one of the best writers. Ever. But that's just my opinion and I really love his work. I've read all of the stories he wrote and submitted to FF.net...and added all of the stories to my favorite list and added him to my favorite authors list.

If you're interested, click here to visit his profile and read his stories and stuff. They're all Metal Gear stories, so you know.

I'm thinking about a theme change. Not sure what its going to be though...

I'm considering the following themes(Note: a few of the themes have a version number next to them, as I've had more than one theme with that particular subject and have thus separated them into versions):
1.) Gaara version 3
2.) Kakashi version 3
3.) Metal Gear Solid version 4
4.) Something Pokemon or Digimon orientated
5.) Grand Theft Auto 3/Vice City/San Andreas
6.) Either Momochi Zabuza or Gekkou Hayate from Naruto
7.) The Godfather

Ideas are just revolving around in my head at the moment...feel free to make a suggestion if you'd like.

I like you Danny. I'll be in the back.

The days have just been flying by. Its hard to believe that after Memorial Day I'll only be an eighth grader for four more days . . . .

*sigh* I'll miss being an eighth grader. It was great while it lasted. I can't believe how fast this year has went, though. Last year felt like it was just dragging by but this year just seems like a blur.

So much has gone on in the past few weeks its hard to decide on what to say.

I guess I'll start out with, um, last week, Tuesday:

Tuesday: Tueserday, Tueserday, good 'ol Tueserday. We went to Kokomo's in Saginaw. The ride there was pretty boring. Only highlight really was when everyone on the bus sang, "Holla Back Girl". Well, everyone sang the bananas part anyway.

At Kokomo's I played laser tag(along with Xio, Alexa and a bunch of other people) a million times in a row. We all got soaked on the Bumper Boats, as well as shooting water balloons at each other. And we didn't get to ride the Go Karts because we had to leave to go back on the buses T_T Travis, Alexa and I played Putt Putt Golf for a little while, but we didn't finish because it was lunch time. I did get a hole in one on hole 3, though ^_^

Wednesday: Career Day. We went to Montcalm Community College to attend sessions that were assigned to us(we'd signed up for them earlier in the year, but not everyone got what they wanted). I attended Lawyer, Probation Officer and Police Officer. Lawyer was boring but Probation Officer and Police Officer were great. Probation Officer if only because he was hot *faints* Ahem. And maybe because he taught us how to properly handcuff someone(that was cool). Police Officer because he was cute ^_^ and because he was hilarious.

Hehe. I got his business card. Though everyone else could have gotten it if they wanted to...

Later that day, as in, after school, I went to Math Club.

Thursday: Appointment day. I got to leave school early. Fun.

You wanna know what the doctor asked me while at the appointment?

Doctor: Did I inject you yet?
Me: O_O No.

And can you guess what he did?

Yep. He injected stuff into my knee that's supposed to make it feel better.

And it doesn't. Not at all.

And if it doesn't feel any better soon, he's going to refer me to a surgeon ;_;

*cradles knee*

Friday: Friday was as Friday does. Because of the shot the doctor had given me, I'd ended up really tired. I don't know what the hell was in it, but it might me really drowsy. I fell asleep at about 10 PM(which is early for me) and woke up at 7 AM, but couldn't stay up. I was up for about a minute before I fell back asleep. My mom says she came into my room three times and tried to get me up, but I was too tired to stay up.

So I ended up not going to school that day, missing the Maxfield's trip(which I hear was boring, so thank God), and then attending the dance later on(which was fun ^_^).

I'm being really sparse on details. *shrugs* And now I'm going to be sparser *getting kind of bored...*

Went to the SAC(Studen Activity Center) on Tuesday. Went to Michigan's Adventure on Wednesday. Rode Shivering Timbers 7 times, but if anyone asks we rode it 12 and 1/2 times(it broke down half way through so we had to climb down the side hehe).

Thursday and Friday were normal days.

And today is Saturday. Yep. Isn't that wonderful? Of course it is.

I've got a three day weekend because of Memorial Day. Which means that next week there are only four days of school . . . the last four days until Summer Vacation.

The most awesome news I've heard in two weeks: I've been elected as class Vice President for our Freshmen year =D I ran and I won. I beat out all the competition(two other people).

And as a conversation I've had with Xio about class elections:

Xio: Elections are just popularity contests [I formerly agreed with her]
Me: If elections are just popularity contests, then I must be pretty popular.

She ran for President against two other people and lost. I'd say that the election of President was a popularity contest, seeing as she lost to one of the most popular girls in school.

Alexa got elected as Class Representative. Only because two people are to be elected as it and only two people ran for it lol.

Things at home have been so-so. They're not exactly the best, but they're getting better.

Money is really tight. I mean, extremely tight. I got two dollars to buy lunch the other day and pay off my charge and I still ended up 5 cents in the whole. Now I'm 2.90 in the whole.

Things weren't going so good between my mom and Lonnie for a little while(they argue about money A LOT and have a lot of disputes about it) but they've gotten better.

My mom and I cried together for a little while one night. I can't remember if it was this week or last week but all I know is that we spent about two hours crying together, trying to sleep(she'd asked me if I'd sleep with her that night(don't take that the wrong way, you sick minded people). It must've been on a night she and Lonnie weren't getting along because he was out sleeping on the couch) and she started crying which made me cry and then we couldn't stop crying. Then after we both finally did, I couldn't sleep. I ended up falling asleep at about 3 AM, then waking up about three times in between 3 AM and 7 AM.

Gah! And now I want to kill my computer. For some reason there was a "problem" and it couldn't move chapters 80 and 84 of Black Cat. And because of this "problem" the files inside of the folders were neither where they had started or where they were to end up. Gone. Completely erased. *growls* I spent all that time downloading volume 9, organizing the files into folders, changing the file names, only for two of the fucking folders' files to be DELETED!

God damn. Sometimes I just want to kill this computer. Physically strangle it to death. If its not doing stuff like the above, its telling me that my files are corrupted when I'm unzipping them(the only remedy I've found is either waiting a little bit and trying to unzip them again or do the demanding process of restarting my computer and then unzipping them).

Well, I'm sure I had more to say, but Samurai Champloo is on.

This post shall be posted at 12:05, since its pretty stupid to post it at 11:30.

Oh, the times they are a changin'

Making some monumental decisions regarding my online life. Decisions that is something that I actually am not regretting going through with.

#1.) Cancelling my domain name.

I've thought about it and thought about it. I've still got one more year left for it but I've relized that probably after this last year that'll be it. Things have changed in the course of a few months. Money is tight now. Mom doesn't have a job anymore because the jackass who she went in with to buy Aairco in the first place has went behind her back and conspired with the man they bought the business from. Both sides are conversing with lawyers and both legal and illegal actions are being took.

If you asked me straight out in a public place or something of such whether or not I was scared about what's happening, I'd tell you flat out: a little.

I guess it'd really depend on who I was talking to and how believable I made the response sound, but I'm sure if anyone knew the true depths of what was happening they'd know I was lying.

I'm more than a little scared. I'm extremely scared. The man my mom went in with to buy Aairco and the man who they bought it from don't give a shit about what happens to my mom and family. They don't give a flying shit about what happens to us. All they want is money. Correction, the old owner wants money. The president(my mom was vice) wants to keep his ass out of trouble and blame it all on my mom, not to mention grab some cash in the process.

But I've gone off topic *feeble laugh* I'm cancelling my domain name for a few reasons: one is that it was paid for by Aairco's business card. Two is because I've really lost a lot of interest in it. Not completely lost interest just lost interest for the moment. I'd also like to shift the focus of the site from "anime" to "manga". I've read so much manga and could cover so much more about manga that I'd find it in my best interest to shift the focus of the site to more manga based stuff. Three is that I really don't need a domain name. What's the use? I'm going to talk to my buddy kamemaster next chance I get. Awhile ago he mentioned something about how he found a great free web hosting provider. And anyway, he's done a lot of searching for decent providers so he'd be a good person for me to talk to. And he's always willing to help out.

I'll come up with a new name for my website. Something creative . . . then I'll sit back for awhile and read up the latest point in a few mangas and begin writing up content for them, getting back into the flow of creating a website. I'll start designing the pages, put the site together and I'll be on my merry way.

At the moment I'm trying to put things out of my mind. One way of doing that is working on a new page for my story which has been renamed(again) to La Cosa Nostra. Much easier to say(and remember).

I might treat you all to it tonight. I've only put up to about page 10 of 48, though. Maybe I'll add 10 pages a week or something. I don't know. *shrugs* I'll keep the old page up though, for comparison.

Yeah, I'll do that. I'll add an edit to the bottom of this post with the link(unless I upload the page by the time I finish this post(you all didn't think I just sat here typing did you? Nah, I periodically stop and browse other sites . . . .))

My domain name will remain until I can talk with kamemaster and then it will continue to exist until I transfer all of my files *faints* Good god, I just realized how long that's going to take. Actually, I don't have to transfer that much now that I think about it. A lot of it is still saved to my dad's computer so all is well.

Here 'tis the link(for anyone who happens to want to read my masterpiece *nudges Mimsi*(*giggles* I've just always wanted to call you that *laughs*)): http://www.animedatastream.net/Misc/storyarchive/p1-chp1.html

Old version:
http://www.animedatastream.net/Misc/storyarchive/old.html

I haven't made the image for the top of the page. The code is just in there so I could figure out the layout of the page and how I wanted everything to look. The image'll come this weekend.

Toodles.

Burr aye. Oi be gurtly 'appy 'pon moi return to a'postin'

Burr aye. 'ere be a bit 'o mole speech fer all gurt readers ouwt 'ere.

Right. Mole speech. Tough stuff, but fun to say. (Read the Redwall series -- I demand it!)

My lackadaysicle 'ol self been making it hard to do anything lately. Procrastinating does not pay off but it can be a great way to take your mind of things you really should be doing.

Fortunately, I put myself to work all yesterday. First off, I finished Taggerung. Secondly, I read through all of the information I'd gathered on Jefferson Davis. Nextly, I sat for about forty-five minutes and contemplated how to write his biography. And lastly, I wrote the biography.

*sheepish look* Eheh. Yeah. Part of the requirements for the final draft(twas only the rough draft I needed turned in by today) was that its supposed to be 4-6 pages.

Mine'll end up around 8-10.

I meant to ask Mr. Kraft how much he'll take off our points for going over 6, but I didn't end up remembering to do it.

Other than that, I've got to write an essay for Discovery Language Arts(needs to be done by Tuesday so as I can begin typing it during class) and I've set myself a goal to finish a book this weekend. I plan to read approximately one hundred pages a day which shall lead me to finishing the book in question.

Happens to be The Long Patrol if you're wondering. I've also got The Legend of Luke and Mossflower with me, in case I end up finishing The Long Patrol before the weekend's up and want something else to read.

Why the reading goals, you may ask? Because this next Friday, the 13th( !! ), is the last day anyone can earn points for prizes.

Currently, I'm probably just below 400 points. I tested on Taggerung during English and got 100%, so there's another 17 points to add. I know I'm extremely close to 400, though. All I want to do is breach 400 and I'll be happy.

I've got four books I can read for AR points right now: The Long Patrol, The Legend of Luke, Mossflower, and My Side of the Mountain. I could also reread the first three books of the Artemis Fowl series and test on those. I read those in a few hours, so I could get some quick points.

. . . I'm, ah, bored now. Yeah. Gotta find something to do. Maybe I'll make a new wallpaper or something. *shrugs* Something Metal Gear themed. Been in a Metal Gear mood *laughs* Then I'll look up Redwall sites. Yeah, that sounds good . . . .

Oh yeah:
BlackJack- 'scuse the typo, if you would, haha. Yeah, I know The End is a really old guy.

Mimmi- Yes I have seen the movies =) And I didn't end up going to the MRI -- it got rescheduled for this upcoming Wednesday, the 11th.

Revoluton- *pounds fist on table* I demand that you play MGS3 this instant!

Or not. Do it at your own pace *smiles with a deadly innocent look*
