Sorry I didn’t post again last night. I sorta forgot, but I’m here now!

According to a study at the Milton Hershey Medical Center at Penn State University, “One night of disrupted sleep can alter a person’s chemical balance, causing daytime fatigue.”

A study by psychologists at Britain’s university of Manchester Institute of Science and Technology found that, “People who manage time better are less likely to have tasks left undone at the end of the day.”

Jeez, that’s what I’ve been doing wrong this whole time! Who knew?
