I saw your responce to my comment to your Naruto and Hinata pic.
So I thought I would drop by so I could give you another comment, ok ?
I don't know who told you that bs about annoucing its art you decided to redo.. and then suddenly wow..you.. can't get in trouble!
Here is how it is.
If the person who drew the picture and/or holds the rights to the picture did not give you expressed permission to use it. You cannot redraw it.
It is NEVER ok to assume that you have the right or permission to use it or redraw it without asking. If you can’t ask the artist for permission and they can’t give you permission to use it, you can not use it or redraw it. I hope you found that useful.
I'm not going to annoy you about this, I just thought I would let you know a little bit more about art.
