School.
Big F-U-C-K.

Just got my schedule and I don't see any fun teachers that I know, except for the one science teacher that, I suspect, smokes pot... rofl. Anyways, I signed up for AP Psychology since they didn't give me AP Art History. Art classes not available; what a shocker. I think I have a test the first week of school since I had to complete a packet over the summer. I love learning about the brain, theories and how certain factors affect the psyche, but man, it's a pain to do the writing. I also signed up for German class, because, well, I have no clue why. I was bored..? Since all my friends speak German and our school has nothing but German exchange students I might as well learn how to converse since I never get to use my Spanish skills around here.

Hopefully I won't be too shy this year and make more friends. So far I've been failing in that department of being social. I just prefer to be alone a lot, but I don't mind people once I get to know them.

@Crystal: I just use my free time to learn about music a lot. If you really love a certain type of genre of music, all you have to do is explore, and it's so enjoyable. I support musicians and musical events, it's just a part of my life. Thanks for enjoying the lyrics, I never really think of myself as a good writer.

@Shadow: Hahaha you get brownie points. That's exactly what it's about. But it goes deeper than that, it has a double meaning, I think of it as an extended metaphor for my own beliefs. Growing up in a Catholic home but feeling so indecisive and pressured by what to believe, it literally rapes my psyche since I was completely torn between believing in the God in the bible and believing that there's nothing. I've lost my faith from a lot of things in life, I guess now I'm what you'd call agnostic. I now accept who I am and what I believe in, but the daily pressure from others who judge me does get to me once in a while...

@Faroe: Welcome :D thanks for the comment, I guess I'm not one to write about the lighter things in life. Personally I think it's more reality than dark, but nonetheless.. You're a drummer? Nice! In fact, I don't know any drummers, and I definitely would like to play in your band if we lived closer lol.

Oh, like my new icon btw? His name is Rain. Not his real name, but he's a singer/dancer from South Korea. While I don't know about his musical career, but I'm aware of his acting career, and now I've become a fan of his. He's been in films such as Speed Racer (love it), Ninja Assassin (haven't seen it but will now) and a very cute Korean film called I'm A Cyborg, But That's OK (Love it!!). It is definitely a film to check out; quirky and a little strange, but a sweet and romantic comedy.
