-? c grated fresh Parmesan cheese
-? c shredded extra-sharp cheddar cheese

-6 cups cooked elbow macaroni (about 3 cups uncooked)
-? t salt
-Cooking spray
-1/3 c crushed onion melba toasts (about 12 pieces)
-1 T butter, softened

1. Preheat oven to 375?F.

2. Place flour in a large saucepan. Gradually add milk, stirring with a whisk until blended. Cook over medium heat until thick (about 8 minutes), stirring constantly. Add cheeses; cook 3 minutes or until cheese melts, stirring frequently. Remove from heat; stir in macaroni and salt.

3. Spoon mixture into a 2-quart casserole coated with cooking spray. Combine crushed toasts and butter in a small bowl; stir until well-blended. Sprinkle over macaroni mixture. Bake at 375?F for 30 minutes or until bubbly.

Oops, looks like it's been a month since the last update. O.O'''

Okay, here's an action plan:

1. Recruit new members.
2. Update A LOT more often.
3. Ask around if someone wants a job in the club (news people, recruiting team, people specialized in certain dishes etc.)

Well that looks good for now.

So if anyone is interested in doing something more for the club (yes, I'll start doing more too) then PM Cooking Club and let us know what you want to do!

Happy cooking!
