Today and tomorrow will be a turn for drinks!

Here's two recipes for cold drinks that can be drank in good company (don't get me wrong, these don't contain alcohol)!

Ice-tea

-3 deciliters of water
-2 tablespoons of tealeaves or 3 teabags
-7 deciliters of cold water
-¾ deciliters of sugar
-the juice of 1 lemon or 2 tablespoons of lemon concentrate
-ice cubes

1. Boil the 3 deciliters of water. Add the tealeaves or teabags and simmer for 5 minutes.

2. Strain the drink into a serving pot (or whatever you want to use to serve it). Add the sugar, cold water and the lemon juice. Cool the drink with ice cubes.


Fruity punch

For 8

-5 deciliters of applejuice
-5 deciliters of lemon flavored soft drink (Sprite for example)
-5 deciliters of mineral water
-½ can (200 grams) of fruit cocktail (with its juice)
-1-2 kiwis
-ice cubes

1. Peel the kiwis and cut them to thin slices.

2. Put the kiwi slices and the fruit cocktail in the bottom of a big glass bowl (or you can use something else to serve it). Pour the apple juice on the fruits. Add the soft drink, mineral water and ice cubes right before serving.

Tomorrow we'll have a few recipes for warm drinks: chocolate-moccha, café au lait and hot chocolate/cocoa!
