All the recipes I have are in Finnish standards (liters, kilograms etc.) and I try to convert them to American standards as best as I can.

I think we might wanna start with something easy and good, and what would be better on a summerday than milkshake! ^^ ¢¾

Strawberry Milkshake

For 2

Ingredients:

-1 cup of strawberries
-1 cup of vanilla ice-cream
-1 ¨ö cups of milk
-1-2 tablespoons of sugar

1. Chop the strawberries and the ice-cream and move them into a bowl.

2. Add milk and sugar.

3. Mix the ingredients with a mixer or a handblender.

4. Pour the drink in glasses.

Variations:

This recipe is easily variated. You can use different ice-cream, fruits, berries etc. For example, use chocolate ice-cream and chocolate chips, and you have good chocolate milkshake!

This milkshake is not the same kind of milkshake you can buy from a store, but it's still good!

Tip:

I recommend not using bananas on this milkshake recipe. It doesn't mix that well with the other ingredients. If you want banana milkshake, I recommend using banana ice-cream or those banana baby-foods, or both! ^^

Have fun and enjoy the milkshake!
