   this has been bothering me so much!
why is it when you sleep for 8/9 hours you feel tired afterwards, if not through the day? that's my case. if i sleep for 8 or 9 hours per day i will become sluggish and tired. i mean, wasn't that the RECOMMENDED sleeping duration for an adolescent?
i find that sleeping for only 4 hours perks me up and i can go on and on for the rest of the day!!!! i guess i don't need that much sleep after all!!! good for me cuz i have other important things to do anyway... like drawing, keyboards, guitar etc.
i want to know whether any of you guys have the same problem as i am. entertain me with your rants, stories and solutions.
