   I have a website!

As I said above, I have my own website. It is called "Shimas Anime Wallpapers". Here is a link: Shima's Anime Wallpapers

Basically, it is a wallpaper site. There won't be very much on there at first, but soon there will be a good selection. I just need to upload all the ones I've been making!
Plus, it's suprisingly difficult to put together a site from scratch. Even with a good knowledge of html, it takes a lot of patience.
Like when making the menu on your site, you have to make the same exact one on every single page so they all look identical. And you have to make sure that all the links are typed exactly right, or you'll have a dead link.
Sorry if I confused anyone there! ^^;
Anyways, I'm not as good as some of the anime wallpaper makers out there, but I am getting better. I'm still a little bit of a begginer.
I would appreciate it a whole lot if you would visit!
And spread my site around.

Thanks!

I Love anime!

I got some My-HiME today. It is a cool show. It has a lot of fanservice, but it's still cool.
I also got the last volume of Ah! My Goddess. It was a good ending! The last two episodes, where more like bonus episodes though... But it was still cool! I loved it! Although, it's sad that it's already over. But some good news: I heard that the second season of the AMG TV is coming to the US sometime too! (Yayyayayayayayayay!)

Something really fun happened yesterday! My Mom, Sister, and I went to a Chinese restaurant for lunch, and the food was really good! And spicy. When we ordered stuff, the waitress asked: "How spicy do you like it?".
I also got to eat with some chopsticks! I was surprised at how good I was at it...
Although, some of the stuff was kind of hard to pick up. Like rice, it is surprisingly hard to pick up!
Also, we found this really cool Sushi bar near the Chinese restaurant, called Sakura. It was uber cool in there! It was... so Japanese!! It even had some Maneki nekos! We even got to get some shaved ice. Which was HUGE I might add... We also got some Pocky! (pockypockypockypockypockypocky) It was really cool pocky too, like, fancy kind. I'm probably gonna try and save the box, because even the box is fancy! Something kind of funny that happened there, when we where leaving, the waitress almost bowed to us!
Even though I'm not that fond of sushi, I will have to go back there sometime again.

Some people like to collect normal things, like rocks, or coins, be me, I collect anime wallpapers. I love them! They are so awesome. And almost anything anime is awesome. Does anyone else like collecting anime-themed wallpapers?
I have also discovered that I have sort of a talent at making anime wallpapers. But I'm not as good as some of the ones I have seen... I must keep practicing!

Anyways, that's all I have to blab about for now. See y'all later!

   A quick update...

Okay, I ment to do this last night, but I was way too tired.
Anyways, I decided to give up on the Jinki:Extend theme, the I had some problems with the backgroud image. So, I decided to use this wallpaper that you see now.
It is made by me, and it is the best wallaper that I have ever done. I'm still kind of a beginner at making wallpapers.
Anyways, I am also trying to get it submitted into AnimePaper.net

For those who don't know, the girl on the wallpaper is Oboro from the anime Basilisk.

I hope you like my new site theme!

   Mmm... Pocky...

Yay! I had pocky today. I am happy.0.0
Chocolate pocky.

anyways, My sister's cat Saki was very naughty today. She and Iris punched out this old screen and got outside. I think Iris was too chicken to go farther than the window sil however. But Saki (bad kitty!) jumped down and wandered around out in the bushes, and every time we came near her she ran away, and looked like she was saying "haha suckers! You can't catch me. But we did. She got in trouble.

Right now, I am currently waiting to for Hikaru utada's video of traveling to load, so I can watch it (again). That video is so cool and strange and colorful. I love it! There's also so many interesting things going on in it, that it's hard to see everything if you don't watch it several times! This is definetely one of the most unique music videos I have ever watched.

Has anyone seen the commentary on Eureka Seven vol. 2? It is so funny! It has Yuko Sanpai (she plays Renton), Kaori Nazuka (plays Eureka), and Mamoru Miyano (plays Moondoggie). It's probably one of the funniest things I've listened too in a while. The episode that they do the commentary for is also pretty funny.
I like it when they put extras on anime DVDs, like commentaries and such, sometimes anime DVDs can be pretty barebones when it come to extras. So far, most of the FUNimation dvds that I've seen have a pretty good selection of extras.

One question before I am done: What new anime series are you guys most excited about?
For me, it would probably be Shakugan no Shana (or just "Shana" for it's American release).

I guess I'll see you all later!

P.S.
Here is a shiny box of pocky for you! So you can be happy as well! (lol) X3

DVD or Blu-Ray...?

What do you guys think? Do you think that DVD will keep it's popularity, or will Blu-Ray and HD-DVD (or whatever it's called... I'm not good at memorizing!) will become the new 'thing'. Personally, I hope the DVD keeps it's popularity because it would really suck to have to replace all those DVD's for the new versions. Because our family has at least over 100 dollars worth of DVDs...
But, I did hear that the players that play the Blu-ray and stuff also play DVDs, but I don't know, I still like dvds.
Ah well.
Sorry if I confused anyone's brain!!

Anyways, I'm really excited about getting the new Valkyrie profile game when it comes out. Well, the psp one's supposed to be out, I think... but I don't have psp, so I'll probably end up getting the second game (for ps2).
It's amazing how good graphics are getting... some look almost real!

Oh yeah, I changed my layout! As some of you can see. And there is a backgroud image, it's just kind of big, and takes a little bit to load. So for those of you who want to see it, just be patient and it will load! It's a Jinki:Extend pic.

Anyways, I see you guy's later. I might update a little later tonight as well.

   *sigh*...

I think that my computer is mad at me... (even though I know that computers don't have feelings... lol).

It keeps crashing stuff! I think I need to run Disk Doctor on it or somethin'.
Or maybe I just need to part with some of the junk that I have stored on it...
Ah well.

Anyways, has anyone ever heard of the band The Delgados? I have, and I think they are very good.
If you would ever want to get one of their albums, I would recommend "Universal Audio". It is my personal favorite.

I think that I am getting one of my friends into anime. ^_^ She had watched some Fullmetal Alchemist before, and she liked it, but I went to her house the other day, and lent her Love Hina, and Mythical Detective Loki Ragnarok.
I hope she likes them! And who knows, maybe someday, she become a rabid anime fan as well?

P.S. If you a Hikaru Utada fan, then you should check out these videos:

   Yo.

I was surfing the internet one time, and I stumbled upon this really awesome site.
It's called CDJapan.
It has thousands of CDs from Japan, and it also has anime from Japan.
But one really really cool (and convienient) thing about it is that the prices on their CDs are really freakin' cheap!
Like, an import CD that would usually cost from 20 to 50 dollars on Amazon.com, costs from about 10 to 20 dollars on CDJapan. It is uber cool. 0___0
Here's a link: CDJapan.

Has anybody heard of the J-pop artist Karia Nomoto?
She is really good, and you should definetely check her music out. (That is, if you haven't already ^^). An album of hers that I would reccomend would be "The Girl from R.E.A.D.Y.M.A.D.E.".
Another really good singer is Aikawa Nanase. She's a little more well known than Karia Nomoto, but she is really good! And she really knows how to rock out too. Which is a really good thing. lol.

From left to right: Aikawa Nanase, and Karia Nomoto.

I love both of our inside kitties, but they both can be really annoying sometimes.
Like my cat, Iris, most of the time she is very aloof, and only lets us hold her when she feels like it. Well, every time I go to my computer to do something, she becomes all of a sudden, REALLY friendly. She tries to walk on my keyboard over and over again! It gets really annoying sometimes. But I still love her, she is cute.
An annoying thing about my sister's cat, Saki, is that she always burries her bowl of food with random peices of paper and stuff that she finds on the ground. It's probably one of the most strange things I have ever witnessed.

From left to right: Iris, looking upside down X3, and Saki, looking aloof. ^^

Another Reason to Go to Japan...

Some of you guys have probably heard of this store before, but for those who haven't, it is called Animate. It is 7 stories tall (I think some are taller too...) and it has practically everything that any anime fan could ever wish for.
There's only one problem... it's only in Japan.

Oh, How I wish I could visit Japan...

Recently, I've been reading a lot about Japan. I knew a lot about it before, but now I know more!! Bwahahaha!.... *ahem*
Well, anyways, I really want to visit it! But I'm sure there are lots of crazy anime fans like me who want to visit.
But I don't want to visit just so I can get tons of import anime and stuff, I also want to visit it because it's such a unique and unusual place.

   Hello Everyone!

There is a family crisis going on at my house right now, so don't be surprised if I don't update very often.
I need to get off of the internet right now, but I will update tomorrow if I get the chance.
Thankyou for reading!
