late night...




Ack! Didn't realise it was so late >.< [it is 01:36 at the moment] ...

I had a day off today ^^ I was able to spend some time with Craig <3 we went to Liverpool and met up with some friends of ours, Jacqui and Chris. I haven't seen Jacqui in months! It was lovely to see her again, we went to the Chinese Supermarket [because a trip to Liverpool just wouldn't be the same to me if we didn't stock up on tasty treats, haha] and then back to their house. I helped Jacqui make christmas shortbread biscuits for people at her work, then we cooked dinner and watched a DVD. Mmm. Dinner!

I miss not seeing her often, we lived together for two years while we were at uni, but now she is busy all the time, plus her boyfriend is still studying for his Masters degree, so they both don't have much free time. It makes visiting them more special I suppose.

I'm off on another trip tomorrow! Busy me ^^ I'm going to visit other friends/ex-housemates-from-uni in York, i've managed to find train tickets for around £20, which is nice, because I looked online earlier this evening and the ones I found then were £45! Ugh. I just need to buy a discount card before I go tomorrow. I'm really looking forward to seeing them!

Then back to work on Friday, hopefully my scalded hand will have healed by then, it looks a bit gross. Good job I have this little break to rest in!
