We Have Stood the Test of Time, and Passed the Test of Italy
Quoted (probably not exact) from a box of Barilla pasta. Random, I know.

So let’s see, last time I posted here was… Wednesday.

So Thursday, I THOUGHT I was going to take my Sociology final… but then I wanted to go run errands with my mom, because I’m an attention-starved mama’s girl like that. XD I kid, I kid. And that ended up taking most of the day, to the point where I was almost late to Institute and didn’t even eat dinner before I went. Thankfully, though, they had pizza that night. :3 I do love me some Little Caesar’s. Too bad my family ALWAYS gets pizza from Costco.

But it was worth it, for I now have FELT! >3 only problem though is that Joann’s didn’t have any flesh-tone felt that I saw, so I still have to use this cotton fabric for the body that’s so flimsy and always screws up and – and … okay, enough of my complaining. But I did get some nice, soft white material so I can make myself a Mochimerica plushie. Why? Because I’m random like that. And who knows? If I have material left over, I may make more mochis for other people…

And I just realized, if I have any of that light blue flannel left (it’s not felt, but it’s close enough)… I may be able to make a Zel plushie, technically. (for those who don’t know, I refer to Zelgadiss Greywords from Slayers). >D that’ll be a fun side-project if I can ever get to it… his clothes would be hard to make though. But otherwise… REFI! I KNOW HOW TO MAKE ZEL SQUISHY! We just have to plushie-fy him. :3 (I know they sorta did that already in Next, but that’s not the point!)

Zel: *facepalm* that won’t work…

Ren: it might not be as hard to make the clothes if you actually went by a pattern. And you know there’s a relatively low chance that Refi will read this, right?

CCR: both statements do have some truth. But even if I did make the clothes via pattern, I’d have to figure out how to get them on. With the pattern I typically use the head tends to be extremely big in comparison to the body. And then you sort of have to sew the clothes onto the body anyway if you don’t want the plushie to be strip-able (wow that sounds wrong)….

Okay, enough talk about plushie-making! On to Friday!

Ren: change the subject, why dontcha?

CCR: meh.

So Friday, I DID take the Soc final… and I got one question wrong. It was a true/false too (there were no essay questions on this one). I guess Jesi was right about that. Depending on the wording, T/F questions ARE hard. And then the rest of the day was spent commencing my Christmas Elf duties for the year (a.k.a making/preparing people’s presents) and RPing with a group I joined… and may soon quit. I won’t go into specifics, but sometimes the topics that come up are sort of inappropriate. I mean, such is often almost expected in the Hetalia fandom, but still. Some of it started to go too far. Finished my first big Christmas Elf project late into the night… and now there are bits of stuffing that somehow escaped the bag and did not go into the plushie.

Goku (Saiyuki) : so does that make them plushie guts?

CCR: sure, if you see it that way.

Goku: … eeew.

CCR: what’s “eeew” about?

Goku: that means every Thanksgiving feast I’ve been to I’ve eaten plushie guts!

Ren: it’s not THAT kind of stuffing!

Goku: oh… so do you mean the little white cotton fluffies flying around?

CCR: that’s the stuff.

Saturday/yesterday, I got up and dressed, did some research for my Institute paper, RPed a little bit more before I got disgusted by something and logged off, then went over to Rae’s house. Ended up staying there until my mom got off from work.

Today, I went to church, came home, took a nap, made pasta for dinner, and finished the first prompt answer for my Institute paper. My day in a nutshell.

Tomorrow (or today seeing as most will read this on Monday), I will take my math final, and then in the evening, my English final. I hope I can print out my other papers at Kya’s place and/or on campus after my math final, because the computer that our printer is hooked up to is so whacked out you can’t do much of anything with it anymore. And I don’t know where the printer drivers are so I can just install them in my laptop and plug the thing into it. Hopefully I’ll get some more work done on my Institute paper too, and get that done and printed out before Thursday. … Crap, that means I gotta do it tomorrow if we do end up going to Kya’s house after my math final. Good thing I already thought of that and packed my scriptures in my backpack.

Seeing as it is almost 11 pm where I live, I probably ought to head to bed. After all, plenty of sleep and a good breakfast are two components that can contribute to good test scores (guess I’ll have to fix up some PB&J in the morning). Until next time, ja ne!
