Here we go again

The first witch is up and did really well. It went for 15 votes before someone said no. Yeppie! ^^ And the next is in the works.
But now its story time!!

Angela fell to her knees. She lefted her head after she cought the inside rim of the clock. A figured moved on a building just below the tower. The lighting struck close to the tower without touching it. Angela saw the figure a second time. This time though her view was from a completely different angle. She could see more of him as he moved acrossed the building. He disappearded between the buildings.
The lighting was coming more often. A large form was apperant in the clouds circling the towers. A head seemed to sink from the clouds and turned to look at the buildings.
Mylissa fell to her feet, "We're to late."
"what is that?" Joey said staring at the form in the clouds.
'Yugi I sense tremendous energy but there is something else,' Yami said to Yugi.
'What do you mean?' Yugi asked.
'I've dont remember but I believe that I've seen this power before. It feels familar," Yami said.
"It's Angela. There's nothing we can do now that its started! She's going to die!" Mylissa cried on her feet.
"What do you mean Angela?" Tea asked.
'Angela!' Yugi thought
'This woman is once again at the center of a mystery. And if this power is any clue to her ablitilies she more dangerous than I thought,' Yami thought to himself.
Seto began to run from the group. "Kaiba! Wait! Its to dangerous to go that way!" Yugi shouted.
"You're nuts to go into that lighting storm!"Joey shouted.
"I know how to stop the transformation. I just have to get there in time," Seto said. He turned away from the group.
"But how? How do you know?" Mylissa asked sitting up.
"Angela told me," Seto said before he ran toward the tower.
