Morning all!
I was watching MTV, the first time in ages, and there was a Prince video on. Black Sweat. The song wasn't too impressive, but he is such a pretty man. Not handsome, not necessariliy sexy, but pretty. He has better lashes on a bad day than I do on a good one!
I was going through all of my old notebooks widdling out things that need to be thrown away, and I found an old short story I wrote. It was about how we used to steal all sorts of food from the cafateria at my high school. It was actually for a project, but I thought it better not to turn it in because it is pretty much a written confession. And I found a few of the poems that Derek and I wrote together. Like "The Derek, Vonnie, and David Collective Lost Poem Poem". Don't look at me funny. We made a poem about our lost poem. We were the founders of our high school poetry club, and always had something new to share. Mostly the random rambling poems that turned into me and Derek have a little poetry bicker fest durning the meetings. I miss my eek eek....He's in Japan right now and enjoying every minute of it... I'll post our story and weirdie poems on here if anyone is interested....They are interesting to say the least, lol.
Time for me to make my day semi productive. I have one goal set for myself today: mop the floor. My entire house is tile. What have I gotten myself into???
