   School's almost over. Huryah! ^^
I haven't updated myOtaku in a long time but since school's basiclly over (it ends Friday for me.)I've decided to say that I'm so happy that it's over. *sobs* And when I get out of school I get to go to my first Anime convention! (animenext) I'm so excited I've always have wanted to go to a convention. I'm still working on my costume but I'm sure I'll finish it in time (well my mom's helping me.) I read a new manga called Yotsuba&, and it's really cute. (it's but the same creator from azumanga daioh) Oh and I've also been reading Girl Got Game. We also adopted a gueine pig and she's really cute. My dad hates her -_-

   I say he's guilty!
Yesterday the jury announced Michael Jackson not guilty of child molestation. I was shocked. I had been studing this case for some time now and the prosecution had pelenty of evidence against Michael. I am wondering what in the juror's minds thinking?! I think that it's bs! I've been asking teachers and fello students at my school what they had thought of the case and they all anwsered the same "guilty". Come on, this thing with Michael Jackson has been going on since 1993. It's probably because he's a celebrity. If anyone agree's with the jury about Michael Jackson being not guilty then explain it to me.

   I love this manga.
This I would have to say is my favorite manga is Mystical Prince. It is so funny it's about this guy who is supposed to be this demon lord. (After the previous one quit)But he is just the normal guy who tries anything he sees one tv (including Power Rangers. If your looking for a good laugh then I highly recommend this book. If your looking for something else in comedy then go for Azu Manga Daioh or Cromarty High School.

   Is anyone going to this con...
I'm going to a con in June. It's called animenext. I'm really looking forward to it. I've always wanted to go to an anime convention. ^^ I might cosplay as Risa (From DN ANGEL) Or Kagome (FROM INUYASHA) If anyone's going it'd be nice to hang out with someone. The thing is if I go as Kagome my mom won't let me dye my hair black. (I have really long thick blonde hair so I can't wear a wing either.) See Ya.

   SORRY EVERYONE!
I'm so sorry it has been about 3 weeks since I've been on this site. I've been really busy cause it's almost the end of the school year so all my teachers are giving me a TON of homework. So I quit the otaku for awhile. (CAN YOU BELIEVE IT?) I get addited to this site. IT'S SO MUCH FUN >_< Aways I can't say I'll be back soon for sure. I'll start coming on to this site in the summer when school gets out. I STILL LOVE ANIME! It was also my b-day last weekend so I was kinda wrapped up in it. I got a go-kart I'm so happy. ^^ *hugs*

   *cough cough*
HI! Today I went shopping and this lady started hitting on me saying "Your hair is so long and beautiful. I love it so much sweetie." (for those who don't know I have long, thick, blondish brownish, wavy, hair.) I was a little bit freaked but I just thanked her and went into the dressing room. When my mom came looking for me she talked to the lady from before who was hitting on me. The lady says "Your daughter has such beautiful hair, she looks so much like you." Okay, me and my mom look nothing alike at all! My mom is tall and has brown hair. I look alot like my dad (short -_-). Then the lady started telling my mom how pretty she was. My mom was freaked too. O_o When I came out of the dressing room the lady said "Bye Katie!" But don't worry today was a great day cause I bought myself a Yami Yugi t-shirt! ^^ It's so CUTE!

   Just some evil things I've done that have to do with anime.!
I name my friends after anime characters against their will. My anime friends have at least between 3-8 names. All of my anime friends are girls so I name them after guys.
I took my friend to the Yu-Gi-Oh movie (and she doesn't like Yu-Gi-Oh)but it was funny being in a theater with a bunch of little kids. Like when Seto said "Shut up and duel." A kid Screamed out, "HE SAID A BAD WORD!" It was so funny. Of course I enjoied the movie cause I got to see Yami on big screen and I was like drooling. My friend, Anna didn't really like it much so then I bought it, and Anna, Miyori and I watch the movie together (twice I think we've watched it.)You know the funniest thing to do is to put the subtitles on and turn the volume down all the way and do the characters voices. (We did it with the Yu-Gi-Oh movie ^^)

......I'm bored now....I don't know what to talk about...um lets see I went back to school from vacation...yeah...

   That's cool.
Some Walden Books stores now have manga avaiable in Japanesse. Yup fresh imports from Japan. ^_^ Tokyopop has also been releasing manga novels. At first I didn't think much of them but I bought the first manga novel of Slayers and I love it. It's exactly like the anime. It's so funny! *rolls on the floor laughing* Anyway I hate people who hate everything. All they ever do is commplain. One of my friends parents doesn't let her read manga anymore because they say she's obssessed with it. She's a nine-year-old! For crying out loud isn't every nine year old kid obssessed with something at that age? (I was obssessed with Pokemon and Sailor Moon at the time.) It makes me so mad. I just wanted to get that off of my chest.
