We have no school today because it's some sort of teacher inservice thing. But whatever the reason, days off from school are nice. My friend Susanna is coming over later to build our bottle rocket for science. We're making it out of posterboard and duct tape. And some styrofome.
Anywho, the cast list for A Midsummer Night's Dream is being posted...Monday or Tuesday. I think I already know who I'm going to get cast as. Mr. Hodo was talking to me after school and he said, "Well Andrea, I think that you are the only one who wants Puck." I don't want to get the part just because nobody else wants it! I want to get the part because I am the best at it. If I'm not the best, then give me another part that I will be the best at. I mean, it's the lead, and you want a strong actor to play the lead. I don't know...it just makes me feel that I'm not all that good, he's just giving me the part because no one wants it...I would be happy with Hermia or Helena even. Only 5 people tried out for Puck. Whatever...anyway, have a nice day!
