   man this sucks
man my arms kill ageen, man i guess this is were they git the saying no pain no gain, well that is true with out a dowet, well i hade gym, pe, for eath today, ive tolled you this befor but i figer i tell you ageen, well i whent in the wheat room yea i did a lot of stofe with my arms so yea they heart some more
