  *sigh*
Well, today is my last day of summer. This sucks some major ^#@$%!, doesn't it?

I went to my orientation last night with my dad. To be honest, it sucked. Basically we were just there to walk my classes and make acquaintances with my teachers.
And guess what...
None of my teachers were there.
That's right, NONE.
WTF!? We're else could they be on orientation night?! *sigh* Oh well, nothing I can do about it now.
Well, goodbye summer. Goodbye sleeping in, good by summer video-games, and goodbye being able to draw IF and WHEN I want to, rather then hoping I'm still in the mood for art by the time my monster-amount of homework's finished. Time to put the memorization of trivial facts that I'll forget in 8 months above artistic exploration once again.

I wasn't all that depressed this morning, despite the fact I woke myself up at 6 AM (gotta' get used to it, ya' know). But now that's it's the afternoon, I guess it's just sunken in more. -_-'

Alrighty, I guess it's time to move on to something at least remotely enjoyable. Namely, video-games.
Here's another screen-shot from Silent Hill 4. Most home owners are amazed at how far down a satanic ritual-rooted curse can drive your property value:

Something else about Silent Hill 4 that's worth mentioning is the CREEPY song I've been hearing in the trailers. Upon some research, I found out the song is called "Room of Angel". I'm pretty sure the title is grammatically incorrect for one reason or another.
Regardless, it's a creepy song. The tone of the song actually sounds very sweet and loving, but the lyrics are seething with hate and dementia. It reminds me of "Enter Sandman", which is also written as a twisted nightmarish lullaby.
Here are some of the lyrics from "Room of Angel":

"You lie, silent there before me.
Your tears, they mean nothing to me.
The wind, howling at the window.
The Love you never gave,
I give to you.

Really, you don't deserve it.
But now, there's nothing you can do.
So sleep, in your only memory of me,
my dearest mother."

Now here's the chorus. It's the creepiest part, because it's sung like a quartet (sung by multiple people with them all sounding like the same person). This is just too eerie:

"Here's a lullaby to close your eyes...
It was always you that I despised...
I don't feel enough for you to cry...
Here's a lullaby to close your eyes...
Goodbye...
Goodbye..."

Ugh, so freaky. That gives me the creeps every time I hear it.

Before I go, I wanna' end today's post on a happy note, so here's a frikken' awesome picture of Samus from the Metroid series!:

*drool*...........oh! Sorry.

Please continue to prey for everyone on the Prayer List, especially me as I start school again tomorrow and try to get my creativity back. Please hope and pray that I'll be prepared and ready for tomorrow. Thank you, because I really need it guys.
