Winter Break!!

Friday, December 22nd, 2006 5:22 AM Current mood: Tired Hey everyone!! Hope you're all doing well. Just a quick update before I'm late for school--again! Well, on my last post I did a poll for which wallpaper I should do next, and "misc anime girl" got the most votes! I've already got the wallie up. It's called "Illuminated Snow". I really like the girl I chose; she's so cute. And she's got a bunny rabbit, just like me ^_^. You can check it out here.. Oh, and I made a couple more e-cards too. If you wanted to see something else don't worry, I'm sure soon enough I'll end up making all those wallpapers!! Thanks for voting though!! Today's my last day before break. Those of you already on break...lucky!! Oh well. I just wish I finished my assignment...but I swear, my hand just won't type it up. *Points at hand* Teacher, it's not my fault!! I made a Happy Holidays card for my Otaku friends, but I probably won't get time to send it to everyone. In case that happens, I've posted it under my hit banner if you'd like to see it!! Keep in mind that I don't celebrate Christmas, but I do love the holidays! And (thanks to SessLover18) I've got a new j-pop artist I love!! Ayumi Hamasaki. I've only heard some of her songs, but they're awesome! You guys should check her out if you haven't already. And listen to "No More Words" and "Angel's Song"! Anyways I'd better go now. I don't know what to do about that assignment. Today's our last day! But I think we're having some sort of party today so maybe I can sneak off to the computer lab and type it. Hopefully! Monday, December 18th, 2006 Midnight First of all, today I'm happy because it's my tomodachi Fortuna's birthday today!! Happy birthday tomo!! Even though I won't get to see you on your birthday, I want you to know I'll be thinking about you all day!! Aishiteru!! Also, today seems to be lucky; I reached 600 hits!! So yes, new Winry-themed banner! I put up a new avvy too. Hope you all like it. I just got up two new wallpapers, and I like them both. One's of Lunamaria and Meyrin from Gundam SEED Destiny, and one's of Eureka from Eureka Seven (from when she was a "dog of the military"). I also put up a new e-card (a "get well soon" one, inspired by my tomo...I hope you're feeling better!) and I submitted a Happy Birthday one as well. Since we're talking about my graphics, today's question... Who should be the subject of my next wallpaper? Just Sayin' Hi!

Tuesday, December 12th, 2006 7:24 AM Mood: Dead Konnichiwa guys! I haven't updated in a while so I thought I'd say hi and see how you're all doing. I have so much darn homework and so many tests... my brain is totally dead! I can't move any more :P First of all, I'd like to aplogise! I slept through my internet time yesterday so unless you updated really early, I probably didn't get to your site! Gomen! If you posted something you want me to see, just say so in the comments and I'll get to it ASAP! Also, I try my best everyday to get to all my friend's who update but sometimes I run out of time! Sorry about that. Uh, what else...oh, I have this wallpaper I made. It's of Kira from Gundam SEED in the winter...I like it. But I've submitted it three or four times and they won't accept it. Not sure why...maybe 'cause I used a stock photo in the background? But that shouldn't be a problem...that's what stock photos are for, ne? Anyways, if you wanna check it out you can see it here. New Layout/500 Hits/Other Stuff!

November 28th, 2006 7:27 AM (A gift from EE2. Arigatou!) Konnichiwa minna-san! I'm typing quickly today. Let's see... First of all, as you can see, I've changed my layout to Winry! Yes, it's more "pink" than my last one, but you'll all live ^_^. What do you think? The theme is "dream". Oh, and I made my avatar too. I think it turned out alright. I guess I'll save a winter layout for later! (Oh, and my banners don't link to Photobucket anymore! Yay! That always drove me crazy!) Second of all, arigatou for 500 hits! You guys just keep on coming! *Hugs* Also, thanks for your help yesterday. I think I know why I was seeing my background as tiled. Third, calling all graphic artists! My friend Fortuna Jewels is having a banner contest! She wants to see who can make the best banner for her 100 hits! The thing is, the pic has to be of Ion Fortuna from Trinity Blood! Background

November 27th, 2006 2:00PM Hey minna-san. I was wondering if you all could help me out. On my site, my background seems to have gotten a little messed up. I was wondering what my background usually looks like to you guys, and if it looks any different now. Is it tiled? (Because for me it is right now. I don't want it tiled!) Anyways, it'd be great if you could tell me. I'm trying to fix it. I get the day off of school today! ^_^ Don't be jealous. I didn't get any days off for Thanksgiving like most of you did! I'm still working on the Winry layout for when I reach 500 hits...but now I'm wondering, should I do a winter theme first, and then save Winry for later? Because I love winter <3. Great Story!

Sorry to update so late today, but I just thought I'd recommend you a great story to read...just check out my friend Kunoichi Warrior's site updates! Great story, about the Naruto characters in high school. Very funny! Also, there are a few other characters in there...including me! (I'm the one named Hikari). Always celebrating something...

November 13th, 2006 Midnight Currently listening to: "Precious Rose" by Shindou Naomi (Cagalli's image song in Gundam SEED) Moods: Surprised, confused, COLD, and thankful ^_^ (Not my avatars!) Wow! Minna-san, today I'm celebrating two things! First of all, EE2 had a site contest (in case you didn't know ^_^) and somehow, some way, I actually won! The second place winner was Kaiz Dark Angel05 and third place was iwantmyanime. You should check out their sites if you haven't already; they're awesome! Congrats you guys! And a big thanks to EE2 and all the judges who participated! Thanks for including me! My prize is a customized layout and animated icon from EE2. Now I have to figure out what I want my layout to be of! So today's question is, what do you guys want me to do? What should my next layout be? (And just so you know, I'm keeping the falling snow!) I really have no clue! The second thing I'm celebrating is finally reaching 100 guestbook signings! Arigatou to everyone who took a minute of their time to sign my guestbook! I really do appreciate it! And congrats to CurseoftheZodiac for being my 100th signature! And thanks for being one of the judges who voted for me in EE2's contest! Lol...don't you just love all the snow everywhere? No? I do! Although viewing my site makes me shiver! ::Brrr:: Snowflakes all over the place!! My Site

November 11th, 2006 Remembrance Day (for Canada) 10:05 PM Mood: Kinda happy, for once Currently listening to: Half Pain by Bana (Witch Hunter ROBIN ending song) Konnichiwa minna-san! This is basically a test :P. I'm testing my new post box. What do you guys think? I entered EE2's site contest, and I tied with KaizDarkAngel05 and iwantmyanime the first time around. Now we're having a tiebreaker. I couldn't think of what to change, so I just played around with some stuff a little. Any suggestions? Anyone got any ideas for improving my site? I'd appreciate it! Last night was anime night for me. I don't remember much though :P. I'm out of it, lol. I think most of you have "anime night" tonight...enjoy you guys! Anyways I'm going to leave you alone now.    Otaku Messenger!

Konnichiwa minna-san! A friend of mine, Blade Alchemist, has come up with a great idea: Otaku Messenger! Where Otaku members can instant message each other when they're online. I think it's an awesome idea! Many times I've been logged on and I'll be PMing back and forth with a friend, when it'd be so much easier just to chat. Plus, you don't use up space in your inbox. So, if you think this is a good idea, please PM Blade Alchemist! We're hoping for a lot of signatures, since there are so many Otaku members. If we get enough, we'll show it to Adam. I don't know if he'll go for it, since it'll probably take some work, but it's worth a try. And tell all your friends! That's all for now, hope you're all doing great! Ja'ne my friends! .::ASH::.    300 Hits!

Yay! Today I'm celebrating 300 hits! Yesterday I asked you guys what my pic should be! Thanks to arewenundomniel for giving me the most practical answer...I did Sasuke and Sakura for 100 hits, Sakura for 200 hits, so it would make sense if I did Sasuke for 300. And I did! I can't give up a chance to make a Sasuke pic ^_~. (Lol, notice the tiny Sakura on the flute; I was able to sneak her in ^_^.) Hope you guys like the pic! On a different note, I'm really starting to like Eureka 7! Anyone else into this anime? I've only seen six or seven episodes so far, but it's definetely better than I thought it would be. Renton's feelings for Eureka; it's so kawaii! Poor guy. Anyways, you should check it out if you haven't already!
