yay! it is saturday and i gots in luv wit Sanji wit me! we is just hangin round! in a few minutes, we is gonna go to 1) get anime DVDs! 2) go read graphic novels @ da bookstore 3) then we is gonna go to this place called caqlled hot topic and get some anime swag! so yay!!! so i will visit every one through out the day! so here is my story peeps!

“Well, I guess we should eat up. If the others are going to be late, then we might as well eat.” Sanji said as he seated himself. Zoro was sitting at one end of the table, eating quietly, while Michiyo was at the other end. Everyone was quiet until they heard a loud crash come from outside. Zoro and Sanji stood up and walked to the door. When they opened it, they found a round middle aged man with a moustache staring at them. He cleared his throat. “Yes, well I’m the manager of a local restaurant and I came to tell you that a few of your friends will be staying the night in my destroyed restaurant.” “What did Luffy do.” Zoro rubbed his temples. “Your friends ate more than they could pay. Then a nice lady friend of theirs came in and got very mad.” “Sounds like Nami.” Said Sanji. The man nodded and continued. “She didn’t have enough money either so I’m making them stay all night and wash dishes. That Nami volunteered to stay behind and watch them.” After a short silence, the man looked into the kitchen, noticed Michiyo and nodded. Michiyo gave him a weird look. “Well I must be off!” and with that, he left. Zoro shut the door and said “weird.” He sat back down. He glanced up at Michiyo who had a horrified look on her face. “I’ve got to go.” She said standing up. “What, where?” Sanji asked. “Thank you, dinner was extremely good. It’s nice to see you guys again.” “Whoa! Wait a minute!” Zoro stood up. “What’s going on?” “Nothing.” Michiyo looked down and tried to leave. Zoro grabbed her arm. “Michiyo…” she pulled away. “Zoro, I have to go right now. I can’t tell you why. Please.” “What’s the big deal? Don’t you want to see the others? They’ll be back in the morning. And I’m sure Nami won’t mind you to use her bed.” Sanji tried to reason with her. She opened the door and looked around. She furrowed her brow and sighed. “Alright. I’ll stay. At least let me help you with dishes Sanji.” She said quietly and with one more look out towards the town, she went inside. Zoro shook his head and headed down to the cabins.
It was late when Michiyo finally headed for bed. She knew if she waited until morning, it would be too late. She went down to her cabin to make Sanji and Zoro think that she was in bed. She could here them talking in the next room. She turned towards the bed and gasped. On her pillow was the little green ring that she and Zoro had seen earlier. Her eyes filled with tears as she picked it up. She slid it on her finger and smiled. She held her breath as she looked at it. Now, she felt a little guilty for yelling at him earlier.
She waited until she couldn’t hear Zoro and Sanji talking. She didn’t want to add eavesdropping to her guilt list. She quietly made her way on to the deck. She snuck over to the side of the boat and jumped off onto dry land. She headed for the forest. She hated going this way. Especially in the dead of night. It brought back nightmares of what happened to her years ago. She walked on keeping silent. She had come to a clearing when she heard a twig snap. She spun around to see Yumi. “You’re late.” Yumi said coldly. “I ran into...” Michiyo began, but Yumi interrupted. “Are you alone?” She asked. “Yes. Please, tell me what’s going on.” Yumi looked at her friend. “HE has them.” “Well, I know that. Yumi, can’t you just put what ever it is you have in common with this guy aside and help me if he has our friends…” Michiyo was trying to beg Yumi. Before she could go on they heard a noise. “Michiyo where are you?” Yumi glared at Michiyo. “I thought you said you were alone.” “I was. Someone must have followed me.” Michiyo looked long and hard at Yumi. “I’ve got to go get the other two. They stupidly forgot to nab them too.” Michiyo looked down and nodded. She disappeared into the shadows. Michiyo smoothed her hair back and sighed. She plopped down on a large rock. There was a slight noise from behind her. “Just go away Zoro.” She said. “Michiyo, what’s wrong? Why are you all the way out here? You can tell me.” He put his hand on her shoulder. She looked up at him with angry tears in her eyes. “That’s just it Zoro. I can’t tell you.” He grabbed her hand and pulled her up. He faced her and looked her dead in the eye. “Michiyo. Remember when we had our first kiss on the ship?” “Zoro...” Michiyo tried to pull away. “After that, we both tried to say it never happened. But I don’t want to pretend it never happened. I know you feel the same. So if you care for me as much as I care for you, you’ll tell me what’s going on so I can help you.” Michiyo stared into his dark eyes. She leaned up and kissed him the same way she did the first time. The same intoxicating feeling came back. She pulled away and looked at him. He looked down and held her hand. Michiyo looked down too. She looked at the ring he had given her. “Zoro. How about I give you the truth.” Zoro nodded. She took a deep breath. “I told you how I went undercover as one of HIS minions. As it turns out, Yumi has been working for HIM for years. Ever since she was a kid. I’ve been trying to get the details from her for months now. She’s getting suspicious of me too. She’s HIS most trusted accomplice.” She paused for a moment. “I think he’s after you guys. You all have one of the biggest bounties out there. So we really need to find the others.” Zoro looked like he was trying to fit everything together in his head. “Trust me. Yumi is not as guilty as she seems. That time she held a gun up to me was her first time holding a gun in her life. She’s not all bad.” Zoro seemed to understand. “So I bet now, they want you to turn me in too?” Zoro looked at her. She nodded. “Alright. I’ll go without a fight.” He smiled slightly. Michiyo looked at him questionably. But the smile on his face told her what he was thinking.
As they tried to find their way back to town, Michiyo found that Zoro was staring at her. “What?” she said. “Are you alright?” he asked. Michiyo raised an eyebrow and nodded. “I mean your old injuries.” “Oh. Yeah I’m fine. My arm is a little weaker though. It’ll start hurting for no reason at all.” She looked at him. When she saw the worried look in his face, she smiled. “I’m fine.” She said again.

Yumi snuck down to the docks. She spotted the Merry Go and put her plan into action. But as soon as she got on bored, a light came on in the kitchen. Yumi snuck towards the door and peaked in. Sanji was sitting alone at the table. He had a cigarette in his hands. But he didn’t light it. Instead, he tossed it into the trash. Yumi seemed to watch him for awhile. But finally, she snapped out of it and threw the door open. Sanji jumped a mile. When he saw it was Yumi, his eyes lit up. “Yumi? What…” Yumi just kept her eyes angry. No matter how happy she was to see him. She walked up to him and calmly tied his hands up. “Yumi! What…what’s going on?” he took a step back.
“Just come peacefully. I don’t want to hurt you.” Yumi took another step towards him.

Zoro and Michiyo had been walking for what seemed like forever. “We’re lost, aren’t we?” Michiyo looked around. “What? I thought you were leading the way.” Michiyo let out a groan. Zoro couldn’t help but smile. Michiyo tensed up. She shushed him even though no one had said anything. Zoro sensed it too. He put his hand on his swords. Someone was watching them. “Split up.” He said calmly. “But you can’t find your way out of a paper bag. How are we gonna find each other?” Michiyo looked to him for the answer. He held up his sword. Michiyo saw her bracelet on the end of it. “Hey, it helped me find you once.” Michiyo smiled.
They both ran in different directions, trying to escape whatever was after them. After a short while, Michiyo was out of breath. She leaned against a tree to catch her breath. She turned around to see Zoro. “What? I thought you went the other way.” Zoro grabbed her hand and pulled her close to him. “Wha…” she looked up at him. He leaned down. She didn’t know what he was doing. He gave her a kiss on the lips. But it didn’t feel anything like last time. He held her close. “Zoro…” after a short period, Michiyo got a weird feeling. “You’re…not Zoro.” She said in a horrified whisper. This Zoro squeezed her tighter. “Bring Zoro, or I will kill him.” Its voice was raspy and nightmarish. It then threw Michiyo to the ground. When she stood back up, it wasn’t there anymore. Well in the same way anyway. Instead of Zoro, there now stood a white wolf. It had blood red eyes and a bloody mouth. Michiyo’s mouth hung open. She tried to scream but couldn’t. “No, this is just a night mare.” She whispered and shut her eyes tight. She heard it growl as it approached her. All at once, she didn’t want to stick around to find out if she was dreaming or not. She ran as fast as her legs could carry her. She ran and ran. She was so scared that that she almost couldn’t breathe. Tears in her eyes blurred her vision. That meant she couldn’t see who she bumped into. She looked up to see Zoro. “NO! Get away from me! Leave me alone please! What do you want!” she screamed and cried and struggled. Zoro held her tight. “Michiyo, calm down!” he held her close to him. He tried to calm her down as best as he could. After a minute of freaking out, Michiyo seemed to calm down. She pulled away and looked him in the eye. She finally decided it was really him and threw her arms around him. She sobbed quietly into his shoulder. Even though he didn’t know what was wrong, he held her to comfort her.

half day!
well, today ish a half day so me ish so hapy!! in luv wit Sanji is commin over too!so my mom is probably gonna let us go get some anime DBDs and she said we could go check out the graphic novels @ our book stoer so....yea.....ok...as i promised...here's more!

Even after Michiyo and Yumi left, the Straw Hat crew was different. Sanji seemed less flirtatious with girls; Zoro was even more quiet than usual. Everything just seemed to downplay after they left.
They docked the Merry Go in the harbor of a medium sized city. Everyone set off to do there own thing. Sanji, Nami and Chopper went to go get new supplies. Luffy and Usopp went off to raid some restaurant as usual. Zoro usually stayed on board when the others left. But today, something was different. They had been on the sea for three weeks. Zoro needed some air, so he walked around the town. As he was walking through an outdoor market, someone caught his eye. She had long brown hair, and was wearing a red shirt. She was at a stand wear they were selling scarves. Something about her intrigued Zoro. As she walked away, she dropped a small wallet that looked like it had money in it. He picked it up and tried to catch her. She seemed to realize someone was following her, so she turned down into an alley. Zoro followed. But when he turned into the alley, she was gone. He turned around, only to get punched in the face. He was sent to the ground trying to find out what happened. “Give me back my wallet!” A familiar voice ordered. “What...” Zoro was still rubbing his face. “Oh…my…” the figure seemed to recognize him. “Zoro?” Zoro looked up, amazed at who he saw. “Michiyo!?” he jumped up and the two embraced.
“I missed you…you guys so much!” Michiyo pulled away. Her eyes were sparkling. “You...you look different.” Zoro said looking at her intently. She smiled and said “Yeah, well I’ve been through a lot…” he gave her one more hug. “It was kinda hard explaining to the others about what had happened to you.” he said with a smile. “Well I’m really sorry, I will just have to make it up to you…” they both laughed. “Come on. Take a walk with me.” She grabbed his hand and they went walking through the market.
So, have you found out anything about Yumi?” He asked curiously. Michiyo looked down and sighed. “All I found out is that she works for HIM. HE is a ruthless bounty hunter who has collected over half of the Navy’s most wanted list. I basically went undercover to find out more about HIM. They’re all cold-blooded killers. It was really scary. HE has many, many accomplices.” “Is Yumi one of them?” Zoro asked. Michiyo looked down, and glanced over at one of the booths. She smiled. “What a gorgeous ring!” She said, admiring the tiny silver piece of jewelry with a small green jewel in it. Zoro picked it up and examined it. “I don’t really understand how you girls get so obsessed with jewelry.” He said smiling. “Yeah, look whose talking, ‘earring boy’.” She laughed. He rolled his eyes and took her hand. He gingerly slid the ring on her finger. They were both quiet. Michiyo looked at him. He did the same. He was still holding her hand when the shopkeeper cleared his throat. They both blushed bright red. Michiyo pulled the ring off and handed it back to the shop keeper. She looked longingly at it once more before walking away. “You coming?” she called back to Zoro. “In a minute.” He said, staring at that little ring.

Zoro didn’t bring up Yumi again. He just enjoyed the rest of the evening, walking around with Michiyo. Suddenly, it dawned on Zoro. “The others!” he slapped his forehead. “We need to head back.” Michiyo agreed and they headed back for the Merry Go.
When they got there, Sanji was the only one on the ship. He was elated to see Michiyo. He asked eagerly about Yumi, but Zoro cleared his throat, signaling for him to shut up. After being invited to stay for dinner, Michiyo went to the bathroom to freshen up.
Zoro came into the kitchen. “Something smells good. Where are the others?” he pulled up a chair. “You’re in a good mood. No, the others aren’t back yet.” There was a small silence. “So…how was your day with Michiyo?” Sanji smirked. “What are you talking about?” Zoro looked down. “You have got to be the most stubborn man on the Grand Line!” Sanji was almost laughing. “It’s just so obvious! Just come out and say it!” Zoro looked like his patience was wearing thin. Sanji was struggling to hold in his laughter. “Just admit you love her!” Sanji yelled at Zoro. Zoro slammed his hand on the table. He stood up and glared at Sanji “The only thing I need to focus on is beating my opponents! I don’t have time for something like that! No matter how I feel! I love her? Is that what you want me to say?!” Zoro screamed back. He was right in Sanji’s face. Sanji looked past him and furrowed his brow. Zoro turned to see the door swinging slightly. He ran outside to see Michiyo standing at the bow of the ship. He walked up to her slowly. He came up behind her and put his hand on her shoulder. She violently shrugged it off. She just stared off into the distance. “Michiyo…” Zoro looked at her long and hard. “I don’t really know why I came out to sea anyway. It all just seemed like one big adventure.” Her voice started to crack. “But if it’s all about fighting your way to the top, stepping on anyone who stands in your way. Not caring who you hurt…” her eyes started to water. “Just to be the best?” There was a long silence. “I think it’s about time I docked my ship…permanently.” Zoro was really confused. Was all this about what he had said? She was acting really strange. “Michiyo, I didn’t…” Zoro started. “You didn’t mean it?!” Michiyo finished for him. “Of course you did! I surly wouldn’t want to be in your way of becoming the best!” “Michiyo, what’s gotten into you?” Zoro looked concerned. She put her hand on her head and softened her tone. “I’m sorry. I understand. I…I would a huge distraction for you. It’s fine.” As she walked off, she stopped and said “There are plenty other fish in the sea.” As she walked off, Zoro rubbed the back of his neck and let out an exasperated sigh. He turned around to see Sanji. Zoro put his hand on his sword, ready to kill him, but he felt Michiyo’s bracelet on the handle and just glared. He left without another word
Michiyo sat quietly in the girls’ cabin. A few tears were forming in her eyes. She heard a knock at her door. “Go away.” She said, her face buried in her pillow. She heard the door open. “Michiyo? I came to let you know it’s time for dinner.” She lifted her head to see Sanji. Michiyo sat up all the way and shook her head. Sanji came and sat down next to her. “Zoro didn’t mean any of what he said…” Sanji said quietly. “The reason he said all that, was because I provoked him. I gave him a hard time. He really cares about you.” Michiyo still kept quiet. “I heard what you said to him. There may be plenty of fish, but there aren’t many swordfish.” With that, he smiled and stood up. “So, are you coming to dinner? I’ve made an excellent fish curry!” Michiyo laughed and stood up. As Sanji headed for the door, Michiyo stopped him. “Sanji?” He turned around. She embraced him and gave him a kiss on the cheek. “Thank you…” she said quietly. She pulled away to see him blushing. She laughed and headed up to the deck.

wee@!
well i hope every one liked the action yestersday.....oh, our feild trip? disasterous! it all turned out to be a sex ed class! i never get TOO queasy with stuff like that, but i almost passed out on this class.....and no one cared! 1 of my friends who always passes out on crap like that got all the "are you ok?" stuff....i didn't care as long as i got out of there! but everyone thought i just left so i could comfort him....so yea...enough about me....here's the next part....

Zoro and Sanji explained how Yumi had supposedly turned on all of them. They also told how Michiyo and Yumi had battled it out, and how Yumi cheated last minute. Well, it was more of Zoro telling them. Sanji pretty much kept quiet. He had fallen behind in the group and walked slowly. Noticing this, Nami came up beside him. “Hey, you ok?” Nami
Looked at him, slightly worried. “Yea, I’m fine.” He said with a small smile. Nami patted him on the back and said “We found boatloads of treasure!” Sanji smiled a little wider.
Back on the ship, Chopper worked frivolously to help Michiyo. After that, he checked on Sanji’s head and Zoro’s leg. “How is she?” Zoro asked as chopper came out from her cabin. “She took quite a beating, but she’s fine.”

The others went back to the cave to get the gold, while Zoro stayed with Michiyo.
He stared at her for a long time. “What goes on in your head?” he wondered aloud. After another few moments of staring, he shook his head. “What’s wrong with me? I’ve never felt like this before…” he thought to himself. The more he thought, the more tired he got. Until finally, he fell asleep.
Michiyo awoke to the same pain in her ribs. Only now it was actually bearable. She rubbed her eyes and attempted to sit up. She looked around. She was in her cabin. Her gaze traveled until she could see Zoro sleeping in the doorway. She smiled to herself and quietly got up. She realized she was wearing one of Nami’s shirts. She picked up her backpack and headed for the door. She quietly stepped over Zoro and headed for the edge of the ship, where her boat was still tied to Luffy’s.
Just as she was about to get in “Leaving so soon?” she turned to see Zoro standing behind her. “Where are you going?” he asked. She turned to Zoro. “I hate saying goodbye.” She said quietly. “You’re…you’re leaving?” Zoro looked at her hard. “Thank you for helping me and for letting me join this crew but…” “It’s Yumi…right?” he finished for her. “We’ve been friends for a long time. We’ve been through a lot together. I really don’t believe that she is capable of doing something like this. Zoro…I have to go after her.” She tried not to cry. Zoro reached down and grabbed her pack. “Zoro…” before she could finish, he threw her pack into her boat. “You better get going then.” He looked down. Michiyo, with tears in her eyes, threw her arms around Zoro’s neck. “Thank you…”she whispered. Zoro put his arms around her. For a long time, they both sat there in that embrace. Finally, Michiyo reluctantly pulled away. “How can I be sure you’ll come back?” said Zoro, half jokingly. Michiyo thought for a minute. She took off her bracelet and secured it to the handle of Zoro’s sword. “Keep this as a reminder of me. As long as you have this, I’ll come back.” Zoro looked at her for a long time. He leaned towards her. She took a step back. “Let’s not make this anymore painful.” She said looking down. “I will come back…plus, I do want my bracelet.” She tried to smile. “Also, those lessons you promised me…” she tried to joke but her eyes kept getting watery. “Tell the others I said goodbye.”
Just as she was getting into her boat someone said “Hey! Where are you off to?” Zoro and Michiyo turned to see Sanji. Michiyo got out of the boat and walked over to Sanji. She looked at him for a long time before saying “I will find and help Yumi.” She turned to address Zoro too. “I swear, I will find you again on the open seas. And if you will still have us, we will rejoin your crew.” She gave Sanji a friendly hug good bye and also gave Zoro one last embrace. But this time, she leaned up and kissed him on the cheek.

Michiyo got back into her boat and began to sail off. She didn’t dare turn around. She didn’t want Zoro to see the tears in her eyes. She couldn’t point it out, but there was something about Zoro that made her heart lurch every time she thought about him. Her mind wandered back to when he kissed her. A few more tears slid down her face. “Ha… this is probably how Sanji feels about Yumi.” She thought with a smile.

During all this, Yumi also sailed into the distance. “I’m so sorry.” She said aloud. “If only you all knew why I had to do this…” tears rolled down her face as she bit her lip. Her heart hurt when she thought about what had happened. The pained look on Michiyo’s face when she slashed her back. Or the horrified look on Sanji’s when she pulled the trigger. “I…I will make this up to you guys. Someday.”

Michiyo wanted more than anything to be apart of the Straw Hat Crew. It was like being part of a family again. A weird family but still a family. But, she couldn’t even think about being in a family with out Yumi. Right then and there, she made one more solid promise to herself, Yumi and the crew. “I promise that we will all be together soon. Yumi, What ever it is that you’re going through, I will help you get through it…” she looked up at the setting sun and sighed. “I promise…..”

there WILL be more tomarrow!

next part!
ok, a quick update before the story! i am going on a feild trip today! @ our school, we have no busses (small school) so parents volunteer to drive us....my mom volunteered......not so bad right? not when they put me in a car with ALL boys!!!! not just that! but they're all boys who other people think i like! (WHICH I DONT) so everyone is laughing hysterically about it!!!! *sigh* ok, now that you know whats up....here's the story!

Yumi pulled her hair back. She rolled her neck and shoulders. Finally, she stood in a defensive stance and waited for Michiyo. “You can’t be serious.” Michiyo looked at her long and hard. Yumi smirked and said “Bring it.” “Yumi, I don’t want to fight you. You’re my friend.” Michiyo didn’t move. That seemed to touch Yumi somehow, but she hid it with a smirk. In one swift movement, Yumi charged for Michiyo. She rammed Michiyo so hard, that she hit the rock side next to the falls with a loud thud. “Michiyo!” Zoro shouted. “No! I’m fine! Don’t interfere!” Michiyo said as she stood up painfully. “So that’s how ya wanna play?” Michiyo flipped her hair back. This time, Michiyo was the one charging. But Yumi kicked her in the gut, once again, sending her flying. Another painful thud. For a moment, Michiyo laid curled in a ball; holding her stomach. “Ooh…sounds like she busted a rib or two.” Sanji said with a frown. Michiyo looked over to her side. She saw two of Zoro’s swords lying on the ground. She quickly stood up to see Yumi wielding the third one. Michiyo quickly grabbed one and stood still. “Hey! Yumi put down Kuina’s Wadou Ichimonji!” Zoro was fuming. Ignoring him, Yumi ran towards Michiyo full speed. Surprisingly, michiyo bloked Yumi’s blow. The two girls swords were locked together. “Yumi, don’t do this. Violence leads only to pain!” Michiyo struggled slightly. “Yeah. Pain for you!” Yumi pushed michiyo back a few steps.
The fight raged on like this for several minutes. Michiyo had never held a sword in her life, and here she was fighting her best friend with one. Zoro was surprised that she was doing so well. “Yumi, please, stop this! You’re my best friend!” Michiyo screamed. Yumi looked down. “I have no friends.” She replied coldly.
At one point, Yumi had somewhat tackled Michiyo. But Michiyo kicked her off and stood up before Yumi could reach her sword. Michiyo held the sword to Yumi’s throat. For a moment, everything was silent. Michiyo and Yumi were both breathing heavily. Michiyo looked down into her once good friend’s eyes and sighed. She furrowed her brow and shook her head. “That’s it. It’s over. Get outta here.” Michiyo said quietly as she threw down the sword. But as she turned to leave, Yumi jumped up, grabbed both swords and slashed Michiyo’s back. Michiyo was forced a few feet in the air before she skid across the ground, writhing in pain. Yumi droped the blood staind swords on the ground and tried not to cry. Zoro and Sanji ran to Michiyo’s side. But she pushed them away. She painfully stood up and stared at Yumi. Breathing heavily, she said “Fine, you win.” She held her arms out to her sides and waited. “Go ahead, finish me off.” Shaking, Yumi pulled the gun from her pocket. Zoro jumped, wanting to help Michiyo. But Sanji held him back. “Wait...” he said quietly.
After a long silence, Michiyo began to smirk. “Go ahead. Kill me. Or is something holding you back?” “Shut up…” Yumi’s voice was wavering. “Come on! Shoot me!” Michiyo screamed at her. Zoro tried to lunge again, but Sanji held him back. Yumi had tears streaming down her face. Michiyo took a step forward. Shaking, Yumi closed her eyes and pulled the trigger.
It seemed like the whole island grew silent. Yumi stared at the smoking gun in her hands, wide eyed. She looked up to see Michiyo. The bullet had gone into her shoulder. Her mouth hung open and her eyes grew wide. Suddenly her eyes rolled back and she collapsed. “No…” Yumi whispered. Zoro ran to Michiyo’s side. Sanji stood paralyzed. He thought the same thing Michiyo had. They both thought Yumi would have given up or even break down in guilt. He turned to Yumi and glared. “Ya happy? Get lost!” he screamed at her. “Sanji…” she couldn’t see straight, through the tears. He ignored her and turned to help Michiyo. Yumi bit her lip and clenched her fist. She took a deep breath and turned to leave. But she stopped and without turning said “That earthquake earlier was really a cave in. Luffy and the others are trapped inside a cave just north of here…” she turned to leave again. All of a sudden, Michiyo gasped for breath. She painfully turned on her side and coughed up a little blood. With a smirk, she turned her body towards Yumi. “Yumi, I won’t forget this.” She weakly raised her head and smirked. Yumi stopped and surprisingly smirked also. “We will meet again. Next time, I will be ready…” she then disappeared into the forest without another word.
Michiyo grabbed her side in pain but forced a smile. “We will meet again soon.” She said almost to herself.

As Yumi left, Michiyo tried to sit up. But immediately she hit the ground holding her ribs. “We need to get her to Chopper.” Zoro said to an un-responding Sanji. After a short period, he blinked and shook his head, like he had been in a haze. He nodded and kneeled down to look at Michiyo. “Two slashes to the back,” Sanji began. “A bullet in her shoulder, and…” he put his hand on her stomach. She jolted up from the pain and let out a cry. Sanji sighed and stood up. “Two broken ribs.” Zoro looked down at Michiyo. She looked up weakly at him. “I’ll be alright. I… I think I can walk.” She tried to stand up, only to stagger and almost fall. Zoro caught her arm, which made her wince. Zoro put her arm around his shoulder and Sanji did the same. “We need to help the others.” Zoro said looking into the distance. As if on queue, they heard a scream of terror coming closer to them. Zoro dropped Michiyo’s arm, letting her lean on Sanji. He picked up his swords, two of which were covered in Michiyo’s blood.
He waited. Out of nowhere, Usopp came running out of the foliage. “It’s after me! Help! Help!” Usopp hid behind Zoro. Out from behind a bush, came a little wild boar. It got one look at Zoro and went squealing into the forest. Usopp, still shaking, said “aha! My plan to scare that pig away worked brilliantly!” Zoro, who usually made a sarcastic remark by now, turned his attention back to Michiyo. Sanji handed Michiyo over to Zoro. “Hey Usopp, where are the others?” Usopp was still trying to catch his breath. “They’re…stuck in a…cave…” “Huh. So Yumi wasn’t lying.” Sanji said almost to himself. “Well, lead the way.” Zoro said as Sanji came over to help him with Michiyo. “Whoa! What happened to her?” Usopp said referring to Michiyo. “We’ll tell ya on the way”
As the made their way through the thick jungle, Michiyo started to feel weaker. At one point, Sanji and Zoro were actually dragging her. Suddenly, Michiyo’s legs just gave in. breathing heavily, she tried to stand, but couldn’t. She barely had enough energy to open her eyes. She felt herself being picked up. She slightly opened her eyes to see she was on Zoro’s back. “I’m sorry.” She whispered to him.
To keep her mind off the pain, Zoro said “you’re pretty good with a sword; maybe later I’ll give ya a pointer or two.” “Be careful, I might just take you up on that.” Michiyo said as she smiled weakly.
The four made their way through the denseness until they came to a large cave. Or what was left of it anyway. Zoro laid Michiyo down gently and went to help the others move rocks. After a short while of toiling, they heard what sounded like Luffy. “What the? Gum gum…everyone down!” Sanji screamed. Rocks went flying everywhere. “Luffy! You idiot!” Nami, Sanji and Zoro shouted simultaneously.

Michiyo heard a large boom and waited several seconds. She could hear everyone arguing. She also heard Luffy say “hey...what happened to Michiyo?” The last thing Michiyo remembered before blacking out was Chopper looking down at her, with a worried expression.

YAAAAAAAAAAAAAAWN ARG!
yea, i jst got up....um i am so tirerd but i will post the next part of my story....juist to vlear things up....i did not just right it this minute....i had alll this written ahead of time........like i said.....i have 39 pages written and still going......oh....yea, today is national Talk Like a Pirate day! ARG! MATEY! hehe!

The next morning Michiyo overslept. But so did Ussop and Luffy. She finally awoke when she heard Nami shout “Land ho!” Michiyo jumped up and ran out side. Indeed, there was an island up ahead. In Nami’s hands was the paper Yumi had stuck in her maps. This made Michiyo feel all the more worried.
Zoro still didn’t say much. She didn’t either. They all just did what they were supposed to do to help dock the ship.
When they got to land Nami had two maps. “There are supposedly two routes to the treasure. I think we should split up and go on each trail.” Explained Nami. “Luffy, you Ussop and chopper go with me. The rest of you are the other group. “Are you sure you want us to help?” Michiyo asked timidly. “Well, now that you’re part of our crew…” Luffy began. Michiyo didn’t hear the rest. She was smiling to wide. “You…you mean it?” the smile on Luffy’s face told her yes. “Welcome aboard!” cried chopper as he did a little happy dance. Michiyo looked back at Yumi. She had a shocked look on her face. Michiyo couldn’t tell if it was happy or disappointed. As they were all packing to go, Nami whispered to Yumi “You don’t have to thank me. I just want the treasure. I don’t care who I’m stuck with.” she winked at Yumi and got her group together. “She doesn’t know how wrong she is.” Yumi thought to herself.
The two groups departed. Yumi’s group stayed silent as they trudged through the forest. The only person making noise was Yumi, who would occasionally mumble to herself as she read the map. They decided after an hour and a half of searching, to take a break. Yumi ran up ahead to check something on the map. After Yumi had been gone for a while, Sanji went to check on her. There was a long silence between Zoro and Michiyo. Finally, Michiyo broke the silence. “Zoro, I’m really sor…” she was cut off by a slight shaking. Then it got stronger and stronger. Zoro pushed Michiyo out of the way of a falling tree branch. He shielded her until the shaking stopped. Zoro stood up and helped Michiyo. “What was that?” she asked, almost to herself. All of a sudden, Zoro cried out in pain. He fell to his knees. “Zoro!” Michiyo cried as she dropped to his side. She looked at his leg. The tree had fallen onto his leg damaging it slightly. “Oh, Zoro…” She pulled the branches off of him. There was a rather large gash in his thigh. She then ripped her sleeves off and wrapped the wound with them. Zoro somewhat stared at the scars on her arm. He felt really sorry for her. “Thanks...” he said breathing heavily. “No… thank you for protecting me.” She replied with a look of concern on her face. “What do you think caused that?” Zoro asked. Michiyo didn’t answer. Instead, she helped Zoro up. She started to call out “Sanji! Yumi!” no answer. Worried, she continued on. As they kept going, Zoro stopped. He taped Michiyo and pointed to the ground. There, was Sanji’s tie, lying on the ground. But that’s not what scared Michiyo. It was the blood that stained it.
Michiyo stared at the tie for a long time. She sighed and put it in her pocket. Zoro couldn’t tell how she felt. The expression on her face was emotionless. She kept walking but said nothing. She seemed determined to find Sanji and Yumi.
They kept walking until Zoro said: “I’m sure they’re fine.” She still said nothing and kept going.
After awhile, Michiyo stopped suddenly. She looked down and saw Yumi’s choker on the ground. “What the…” she began to be visibly worried. She began to run, desperate to find her friends. Branches and thorns tore at her clothes. After they passed a small group of bushes, they came to a small clearing with a waterfall. Zoro suggested they take a break. Michiyo just sat and stared at the items in her hand. Zoro walked over to the fall. He took his swords off and bent down to get a drink. When he looked up, something caught his eye. It looked like there was something behind the waterfall. “Michiyo…” he called. She looked up, half listening. He pointed behind the waterfall. She didn’t understand. All of a sudden, they heard what sounded like a desperate mumbling sound. It was coming from the waterfall. Michiyo stood up quickly. They waded through the water until they got close to the fall. Zoro was right. There was a small cave behind the rushing waters. Towards the back of the cave, they saw Sanji, tied and gagged.
Michiyo rushed over to untie him. Zoro was starting to get a weird feeling from all this. Sanji was trying to scream something desperately. “Oh, Sanji, are you ok?” His head was slightly bloody. Seeing this, Michiyo began to untie him. As soon as she did, Sanji pulled out the gag. “You need to get outta here! This is all a trap!!!” before Michiyo could respond, Zoro shouted “What…hey! Where are my swords!?”
Zoro looked around but saw nothing. Out of nowhere, a shadowy figure swooped down from the ceiling of the cave and knocked down Zoro. Michiyo filled with rage. Without thinking, she lunged towards the figure. But before she could grab it, it dove into the water. Michiyo watched as “it” emerged. She was shocked and horrified to see it was
Yumi.
“Yu…Yumi?” Michiyo’s voice was almost a whisper. “Stay back!” she ordered as she pulled a gun from her pocket. “What…why are you doing this?” she was at a loss for words. “Is it that hard to figure out?” Yumi smirked. “The Straw Hat Crew has one of the largest bounties on the Grand Line…well, except for Sanji. He doesn’t have one at all.” Sanji glared at her. “But how…why…we’re your friends!” Michiyo was fuming. “Ha! Friends? I was using you all from the beginning…even you. Unless…” Yumi’s smirk had dissolved and she even seemed less enthusiastic. “I was ordered to bring the heads of these guys to…HIM. HE is one of the greatest and most secretive bounty hunters on the whole ocean.” By now, Michiyo, Sanji and Zoro had made it back to dry land and were now looking Yumi in the face. “Michiyo, if you join me now, we can take out these losers and collect there bounties together. I will split the profits fifty fifty. We can still be friends.” “No.” Michiyo said firmly. “I’m apart of the Straw Hat Crew. That means, if you kill them, you have to kill me too.” Yumi sighed and shook her head. “I’m…I’m sorry then.” Yumi said quietly. She raised the gun and closed her eyes. “Wait.” Sanji grabbed her hand. “I have an idea.” He lit his cigarette. Yumi looked slightly disgusted. “You battle one of us fairly. If we win, you have to let us go.” He thought for a moment. “But wait…even if you do win, there is no way you will be able to take all of us out by yourself.” “Oh contraire. I have an accomplice on there way to help me…we just arrived before they got here.” Yumi seemed like she was trying to convince herself. But she thought for a minute. Finally she said “fine…a battle it is. But I get to choose who.” Sanji nodded. She stood for a moment, deep in thought. Her eyes suddenly brightened. She smirked then took a few steps back. “Michiyo…” she began. “Bring it on.”

yea...crappy place to stop...i am running late and i like cliff hangers...those of you who wanted action got it.....well wait till tomarrow,,,,,,

mmmhff!
I'm brushing my teeth so here's a quick post;......um i really cant talk so i will just post my storY!

////It was dark. Yumi stood alone in a dark room. She looked around her. There she saw everyone. The straw hat crew. They were all lying throughout the room. Dead. She looked down and gasped. There, was Sanji. He had a bullet hole in his chest. Next to him, Michiyo sat half alive. Michiyo looked over at Zoro, who was dead on the floor also. Then her haunting gaze fell on Yumi. Suddenly, her eyes rolled back; she collapsed on the floor. Dead. Yumi looked down. In her trembling hands was a gun. Still warm from a recent firing. Yumi tried to scream, but no noise came from her mouth. She felt dead inside./////

Yumi awoke panting heavily. She quickly turned on the light. “What? Are you ok?” Michiyo asked rubbing her eyes. Yumi immediately threw her arms around her friend. “I’m fine…I think…” she replied quietly. It was then clear of what she had to do.

The next day, Michiyo was heading to the kitchen to talk to Sanji about Yumi. But before she reached the door, something caught her eye. She saw Yumi sneaking into their cabin with a piece of paper. Michiyo followed her. She peaked through a crack in the door. There, Yumi stuck the piece of paper into a pile of Nami’s maps. Michiyo fled before she came back out. Yumi walked up to Nami and asked: “so where are we at the moment?” “Hold on, let me check.” Nami started to walk into the cabin. About a minute later: “guys!! I don’t know how I missed it!” Nami was jumping up and down. “What is it Nami?” Usopp asked. “There’s an island near here that has treasure on it!!!” she had greed symbols in her eyes. “I must have overlooked it somehow!” Michiyo looked at the paper in Nami’s hands. It was the same paper Yumi stuck in her maps! Michiyo was thoroughly confused. “I hope you guys don’t mind making a detour!!” Nami was dancing in circles. “Does she always act like this at the thought of money?” Michiyo whispered to Usopp. “Yeah…pretty much.” Michiyo half smiled and edged towards the kitchen.
“Sanji, do you have a minute?” she shut the door behind her. “Oh, Michiyo-Chan! For you, I have all the time in the world.” Michiyo tried not to roll her eyes. “You have been spending a lot of time with Yumi lately. Have you noticed anything strange?” he thought for a moment. “No. Nothing special. Why do you ask? Is something wrong?” “No, everything’s fine. She just…” just then Yumi walked in. “Oh, Sanji. I came in here to see if you needed any help with lunch. But I see you’re busy.” She turned to leave. “No, no. I was just leaving myself.” With a smile, Michiyo left. “What was that about?” Yumi said, coming up next to him. “Nothing. Just idle chitchat.” There was an awkward silence. Finally Sanji said “You know…you’re pretty lucky to have a friend like her. She really cares about you.” “I knew it! What did she say?!” Yumi looked mad. “I already told you nothing!” Sanji raised his voice. Yumi shook her head and turned to leave. “Wait…” Sanji grabbed her arm. She turned sharply, but then softened up. “I…I’m sorry…I guess I’m just a little off today.” She looked down. Sanji pulled her close to him. She looked up into his eyes. After a long moment of staring into each others eyes, their lips met. Sanji put his hands on her waist. Yumi had her arms around his neck. For an eternity, the two sat there. Finally reality snapped back into place. Yumi jerked back, trying to catch her breath. She whispered “I’m sorry…” and ran out of the kitchen.

Yumi seemed to skip dinner that night, saying she was way too tired and went to bed early. Sanji kept quiet until after everyone had finished eating. Michiyo was talking to Chopper when Sanji said “Michiyo, would you mind helping me with the dishes?” “No, not at all.” She stood up and began to carry the dishes to the sink. When they were alone Sanji put down his dish and faced Michiyo. At first, Michiyo didn’t notice. But he caught her eye. She turned towards him hesitantly. “What’s wrong Sanji?” she asked worried. “I’m worried about Yumi. She’s not herself.” Michiyo looked down. “Do you know something?” Sanji tried to look her in the eye. She still kept quiet.
Meanwhile, in the girls’ cabin: “Where’s Michiyo?” Yumi asked when Nami came in. “She’s helping Sanji with the dishes.” Said Nami casually. Yumi thought for a moment and left for the kitchen.
“Michiyo what aren’t you telling me?” Sanji by now had Michiyo by the arms. “Sanji, I honestly don’t know. She’s been acting strange for the last few days. I was hoping it was going to pass but…” “Did she do something?” Sanji’s grip loosened. Michiyo took a deep breath. Sanji looked her dead in the eye. “She…” just then Yumi walked in. she seemed as surprised as they were. She stared for a long time. Michiyo looked down. Sanji was still holding her arms. She jerked away and left the room without a word. Yumi slightly glared and ran to her room. Sanji sighed and finished the dishes.

Michiyo went to the front of the boat, like she did every night. She was mad. She didn’t know why though. Someone came up behind her. “Zoro...” she turned to see not Zoro, but Sanji. “I’m sorry if I got you in trouble with her. I wish I could just talk to her. To find out what’s wrong. I’m starting to wonder if it’s my fault.” He half smiled. Michiyo smiled back. She put her hand on his shoulder. “Trust me. You didn’t do anything. Whenever she gets like this, which isn’t often, I tend to just let her do her thing. Then, the next thing you know, she’s back to normal.” The worried look on Sanji’s face made her smile. He smiled back. For a moment they both just sat there smiling to each other and to themselves. All of a sudden, they heard someone clear their throat. They turned to see Zoro standing a few feet away. Michiyo realized her had was still on Sanji’s shoulder. She pulled it away and blushed bright red. Sanji said nothing else. He said goodnight to Michiyo and with a nod to Zoro, he headed for bed.
Zoro sighed, irritated, and started to walk towards the back of the boat. “Zoro!” Michiyo called in an angry whisper. She followed him until finally she grabbed his arm, forcing him to stopped and face her. Michiyo looked at him hard and said “Zoro, I don’t know what you think you saw, but it wasn’t…” “And what was it then?” Zoro looked mad. “What’s it to you? Why are you so upset? Ohh!” Michiyo turned around fuming. She went back to the bow of the boat. She heard Zoro come up behind her. He put his hand on her shoulder. She shook it off. After a long awkward silence, Zoro said goodnight and left without another word. Finally Michiyo went to bed.

   Continued story!
ok....here is another section to my story!......it's to early in the day for me to say what i'll be doing today...so here ya go!

That night, Michiyo woke up breathing heavily and sweating. “Just a dream. Just a dream…” she told herself over and over. She stood up and quietly went up stairs to the deck. When she opened the door, a gust of salty air blew in and soothed her. The moon was still in the sky, but the sun would soon rise. She shut the door, and stood at the bow of the ship; letting herself go for a moment. But just when she started to relax, she remembered her dream. Tears started to roll down her face. She jumped slightly when she felt a hand rest on her shoulder. “Sorry. I didn’t mean to startle you. Are you ok?” Zoro stared at her intently. She wiped her tears away. “Just…a bad dream.” She stared off into the distance. “Wanna talk about it?” he said casually. Michiyo took a deep breath as Zoro leaned back on the railing. “I don’t wanna bore you. It was just a silly dream.” She said looking down “Talking might help you to deal with it.” Zoro offered. She sighed. “It’s more of a memory really.” She began. “When I was little, my parents and I lived in a small house in the forest. There had been warnings about a ravage, rouge wolf in the area, but it was supposedly living in another part of the woods. Anyway, it was a normal day. Mom had started dinner on the stove and had asked me to wash the blueberries for desert. It looked like it was going to rain, so my dad went to bring in some fire wood. Mom went to help him and told me to stay put. I continued on unaware that the door was left open.” She took a deep breath. “I kept working until I heard a strange sound. I heard my mom and dad screaming. I sat still, not knowing what to do. I just stared at the open door way. Suddenly, after one more scream, I saw my dad. He fell right in the door way…dead.” By now her voice started to crack and a few tear drops slid down her face. “My…my mom ran in; her arm was covered in blood. She picked me up and stuffed me into a small cabinet. I heard a loud barking sound, followed by growling. My mom screamed. There was the sound of a struggle. Then…” she stifled a sob and continued on “Silence. I waited several minutes, not moving a muscle. When I finally got enough courage to open the door…it was waiting. It was all white, blood red eyes. It had blood on its paws, and around its mouth. It just stared at me for the longest time. Finally, I decided to run. It…he chased me. It was starting to rain which made the ground slippery. I ran and screamed but it seemed like I was going to die anyway. I slipped on some mud. That wolf attacked me. I rolled up into a ball, but that didn’t help too much. Finally, after much growling and much pain, I heard a gunshot. The wolf whimpered and ran away. Some stranger who had docked at our island had heard someone screaming. They got me to a doctor immediately. It was too late for my parents.” She stopped and tried to hide her tears. “I’m sorry.” She said wiping a few tears away. “For what? I can understand why you would still dream about something like that. At least you’re all right.” he tried to comfort her. “No, I’m not.” She replied. She lifted up her sleeve to show him her arm. A large gruesome scar ran up and down her (upper) arm. She then pulled down her collar, revealing a larger scar on her chest and neck area. “They said it was a miracle I didn’t bleed to death.” A few more tears came down. No matter how hard she tried, she couldn’t hide her tears. Zoro then did something that surprised even him. He lifted her chin and wiped away a few tears. Instinctively, Michiyo leaned into him, crying into his shoulder. He put his hand on her head to try and comfort her. For the longest time, they stood there like that. Michiyo then pulled away to look him in the eye. She was slightly smiling. Zoro returned her gaze and began to move towards her. She did also. Michiyo’s heart began to pulsate faster. Her mind went blank. She was so close, that she could feel the heat coming off from his skin. Finally, their lips met. Michiyo couldn’t breath. The feeling was intoxicating. But after a split second, she pulled away, breathing heavily. Surprisingly, so was Zoro. Michiyo took a step back, not sure of what to say. Right when she was going to say something, a bolt of lightning streaked the sky. The wind became more violent. Michiyo looked at Zoro. The same word came to their minds: Storm.
Hard drops of rain began to fall. Zoro and Michiyo ran to wake the others. When Michiyo ran into her cabin, she found that Nami and Yumi were already awake and getting dressed. “Hurry!” Michiyo yelled over the howling winds. They ran out to find that the guys were already trying to pull down the masts. So all three girls helped by pulling as hard as they could. Yumi pulled and pulled when suddenly her rope broke. Sanji rushed over and helped her to keep it down. Luffy was hard at work when his hat went flying off. Michiyo heard him yelling as he tried to get it back. “It’s just a hat…” she thought to herself. But Luffy looked really worried. She watched as the hat landed on the edge of the deck. “Zoro!” she signaled for Zoro to take her rope. She ran and dived for the hat. She grabbed it right as it was going to fall overboard. She stood up immediately and rushed back over to Zoro. She plopped Luffy’s hat on his head. Before he could say anything, Zoro shouted: “Go help Usopp! I got this!” Michiyo nodded and ran inside to help Usopp with the steering.

They all struggled like that for a long time. Finally there was a break in the clouds. The wind lightened up. Then the rain let up. They all headed for the kitchen where Sanji prepared them breakfast.
“Thank you for saving my hat. It means everything to me.” Said Luffy with gratitude in his eyes. “It was no big. Why is it so important to you anyway?” Said Michiyo taking a mouthful of egg. “A great pirate gave me this hat. Captain Red Haired Shanks.” Michiyo almost choked on her food. “Shanks?” Michiyo was dumbfounded. “Yeah. Do you know him!?” Luffy was getting excited. “Know him? He saved my life!” Michiyo only told them about how she was attacked by a wild animal and Shanks rescued her. She told them how he gave her a ride to the next island since she had no family left. Zoro gave her a strange look but said nothing. “He basically inspired me to go out to sea.” She concluded with a smile. “You never told me that…” said Yumi somewhat distantly. “You never asked.” Replied Michiyo with a smirk. “That’s strange. The same pirate inspired both of you…” Chopper said thoughtfully.
After they finished eating Michiyo left so she could change into some drier clothes. Zoro left right after and stopped her before she entered her cabin. “Michiyo? About what happened…” He began, rubbing his neck. “Never happened.” She replied with a tiny smile. He returned her smile and said “Never happened.”

so???whatdoya thinK?!? it probably sux...but oh well...i know i know....the action WILL come...trust me....and come on...every one needs a little romance story in their lives!

“Yumi, Yumi wake up!” Yumi opened her eyes to see Michiyo shaking her violently. “Ohhh, not another endless day at sea!” Yumi was usually a good navigator, but a large storm a few days earlier destroyed their maps and compass. Not to mention their food supplies. All they had was a small boat, no larger than a dingy, and yet here they were on the grand line. “We won’t be starving for much longer, look!” Michiyo pointed to a boat a couple of yards ahead. Yumi smiled. She looked at Michiyo for a long time. Michiyo never seemed to panic, she hardly ever lost her patience, and she never even showed signs of hunger, even after a week without food. She was a survivor. Yumi was strong too. Yet she had a hot temper but learned to control it. She was a good cook and was a good fighter. Michiyo fought, but did not enjoy it. Yumi on the other hand, fought on a regular basis. Not for enjoyment though. More on that later. Anyway, the two friends would soon get the help they needed. That is, if the people on that ship were friendly.
As they got closer to the boat, they could here voices. They could only make out a little of what they were saying. They both waved frantically for the vessel to come help them. “Help! Over here!” they continued to wave. They were close enough now that they could see the ships flag. Yumi stopped waving. “That flag…” she said quietly. “What?” Michiyo asked absentmindedly. “Oh it’s nothing.” She continued to wave.
As the boat approached them, a cute kid with a straw hat saw them and waved. Yumi’s mouth hung open in disbelief. But she quickly hid her shock with a smile. “Hey! Do you guys need help?!” he yelled. “Well, if you have some food to spare. And maybe a ride to the nearest village?” Michiyo called back. He smiled big and lowered a rope ladder. “Luffy! What have I said about talking to strangers?! Especially on these waters!” A red headed girl came up next to him. “Can we help you?” she said in an icy tone. “We just need some food. Please.” Yumi begged. All of a sudden a really cute blonde appears. His eyes turn to hearts. “Oh lucky day! That two beautiful mermaids such as these come searching for help!” “Shut up Sanji.” The redhead said. “Come on up!” Luffy shouted.
When they reach the top, they explain that they lost everything in a storm and how they haven’t eaten in days. Hearing this, Sanji said “Oh! Such beautiful ladies as yourselves should never go without food!” and he immediately rushed to the kitchen.
You soon met the rest of the crew. The redhead was Nami; there was also a kid with a long nose named Usopp. Then there was a little reindeer named Chopper. The two girls introduced themselves. Sanji came and announced that lunch was served. Everyone headed to the kitchen. Michiyo was thanking them when she bumped into someone. She looked up to see a guy with green hair. He seemed as surprised as Michiyo. Luffy introduced him as Zoro. She blushed for charging right into him and took a seat. Everyone sat down as Sanji put the finishing touches in his soup. Yumi watched as he cooked and bit her lip. “Something wrong my love?” Sanji asked. “Well, if you added a small pinch of wasabi, it might add a little extra kick.” Everyone in the room got quiet. For a split second, Sanji looked annoyed to have someone give him cooking tips. But he thought for a minute and added some wasabi. He lifted the spoon up to his mouth and took a sip. He blinked a few times in surprise. He finally spoke up. “This…is very good. Where did you learn…?” “My family owned a small restaurant. I picked up a few things working there.” Yumi interrupted. Sanji smiled.
Everyone complemented on the soup that evening. “Didn’t you guys say that you needed a ride to the next town?” Luffy asked, wolfing down his fifth bowl. Michiyo thought a moment then said “Um, yea. You guys have been such a great help already. We really don’t need….” “Yes…we desperately need a ride to town.” Yumi interrupted. “But the nearest town is at least a week away.” Michiyo argued. “We don’t mind!” Luffy said excitedly. “Then it’s settled!” Nami said with a smile. Michiyo smiled halfheartedly, while Yumi smiled absentmindedly.

Nami made a place for the girls to sleep in her room. After securing their boat to Luffy’s, every one headed for bed. Everyone except Michiyo. She stood at the bow of the boat, staring at the stars. It wasn’t long though, before she got the feeling she was being watched. She turned around to see Zoro standing behind her. She looked surprised for a moment and there was an awkward science. “Not much of a sleeper?” he asked coming up next to her. She shook her head. “I just love the stars.” The wind picked up and blew her hair back. She closed her eyes and took a deep breath. All of a sudden she got a weird feeling. She opened her eyes to see Zoro staring intently at her. She cleared her throat and said: “Well it’s getting late. I better get going.” Without another word she walked to her cabin. “Night.” he said casually. But, she could feel Zoro’s stare follow her the whole way.
The next morning, Michiyo awoke to Nami and Yumi staring down at her. “What’s going on?” she asked with a yawn. “You were up late.” Nami said with a sly smile. “I saw you and Zoro outside last night.” Yumi had the same smug look. “What are you talking about?” Michiyo rubbed her eyes. “Don’t play dumb!” they shouted at the same time. “Ok. I did talk to Zoro last night. So what? You guys are so immature.” Michiyo got up and changed. “Sure!!” the other two said laughing. Michiyo gave them a glare that said ‘if you value your lives, you will shut up!’.
After they got dressed, they headed to the kitchen for breakfast. “Mmm! something smells good!” Yumi said as she sat down. “She never compliments anyone’s cooking…except her own.” Michiyo whispered to Nami. Nami giggled and sat down. Michiyo then seated herself. Almost if on queue, Luffy charged in the room and whipped himself up a huge plate of bacon. Usopp and Chopper soon joined in. Finally Zoro came in yawning and took the last seat next to Michiyo. Nami and Yumi were about to make a comment. But Michiyo kicked them from under the table. As they finished their breakfast, Luffy started to leave with something under his shirt. “Boy am I full!” he said as he headed for the door. “You’re never full! Get back here with my bacon!” Sanji shouted as he followed Luffy out the door. With a laugh, Nami got up and left. Then Chopper and Usopp. “You coming?” Michiyo asked Yumi as she stood up. “In just a minute.” She said as she carried her dish to the sink. Zoro finished off his coffee and got up to leave.
Yumi began to wash the dishes when she heard someone come in. “Retarded Luffy! Eats more than a rabbit!” Sanji looked surprised to see Yumi doing dishes and rushed over. “Such a beautiful lady should not be ruining such perfect hands, doing the menial task of dish washing!” “No, No. I got it.” Sanji flicked his cigarette in the trash and began to wash. “That stuff will kill ya.” Yumi said smiling. “Who are you, my mother?” he said with a smirk. “No, I’m your friend.” Yumi smiled again. Sanji reached down to grab a dish but instead he accidentally grabbed Yumi’s hand. She blushed bright red, and surprisingly so did Sanji! They both sat there for a moment looking into each others eyes. Slowly, Sanji’s Face got closer to Yumi’s. But, Yumi did the same! Just when there lips were about to touch…the door flung open. “Oh! We didn’t interrupt anything did we?” Michiyo tried to hide a smile, while Zoro cleared his throat. Yumi blushed and Sanji looked ticked. “I was just about to ask you and Zoro the same!” Yumi shouted back. Michiyo blushed from anger and said: “here’s your bandana. I thought I saw it in here.” She picked up Zoro’s Black bandana, handed it to him and left with out a word. “Michiyo!” Yumi followed her out the door. Zoro shook his head and smirked. “Shut up!” Sanji went back to washing dishes. “I didn’t say anything.” Zoro said as he pulled up a seat. Sanji kept quiet. Finally Zoro said “I’ve never seen you like this. You’ve been with other girls before. What makes Yumi so special?” Sanji sighed and said “I honestly don’t know. She seems…so different.” Then he smirked and said “What about you?” “What do you mean ‘what about you’?” Zoro looked up. “Oh nothing, sword boy…*cough* lover boy *cough*” Sanji almost broke out laughing. “Bring it crap cooker!!!” Zoro said getting up. “That’s my insult you under cooked slab of meet!!” Sanji threw down the plate in his hand, shattering it. All of a sudden Nami came in. “What’s going on in here?!?!” Zoro and Sanji immediately stopped and said “Nothing…” at the same time. Sanji went back to washing, while Zoro turned abruptly and went out the door. Nami sighed and shook her head.

“Michiyo! Why are you so ticked at me? I should be the one who’s mad.” Yumi followed Michiyo into their cabin. “I’m…I’m not mad! You just embarrassed the crud outta me!!” surprisingly, Michiyo was smiling. “Well, I was more embarrassed than you!” Michiyo continued to smile. “What’s your problem!!??” Yumi was turning red in the face. “So, what were we interrupting?” Yumi smiled then blushed bright red. Michiyo laughed and let it go. They both refused to bring the subject up again.
