that but I have so much
work lately.

they say fries are very risky
and can produce many types of
cancer.Its also a big source
of fat and it dosnt have
many proteins and vitamins.

When something is fried it
loses many positive properties
and in fastfood places they
use the same oil over and
over causing more health
problems.

Avoid fried food when
posible .
