More High School Gitters
(hold arrow over gif)
I went to my high school today to pick up my schedule. From the outside, it doesn't look like a bad high school. But I've been in there quite a few times and I new a bit better...but I didn't know better enough. You need a map to find the rooms. Some are oddly shaped. Some aren't. The locker numbers go up to the 800s. And they're not down every hall. I almost lost my way with my mom when we were going to look at my classes. And she almost lost hers. It'll take a while when school starts for me to get used to going down those halls without a map.
(Hold curser(arrow thing) over picture for a message)
What has me scared almost more if not as much is my science class. It's my last class of the day, for one thing. But outside her room was a posting of last year's Chimestry and Earth/Space Science classes had more Ds and Fs than anything else. only one A and five Bs. Those are junior and senior classes, though. And I wont be taking Earth and Space Science again. I need good grades in science if I'm going to get into vet school.*gulps*
Then there's the problem of getting home. If I could get the skooter my mom and I want to get for me. I could just ride that home to our new house. But I'd be scared of the bridge over the highway. My mom nor dad can pick me up. We might be able to work things out with one of my dad's workers. But it looks like I'll have to ride the bus.*shudders* I've had bad bus experiences. My mom knows and doesn't really want me to, but knows I might.

The Angel Has Arrived
Current Popularity Ranking-#34
YESH!!!!! A picture uploaded! I took it from a site and my computer saved it as a .gif. I should be thanking LazeChibi, her animated .gifs are what I followed to the site with the angel! *rocks back and forth* I'm confined from dancing. My cat's so lazy! *pokes the black skinny cat in lap*
MOMENTS LATER: *gasps* I didn't know it'd stay animated! Yays! Hmm, maybe I could change this one with another cool angel...

Grrr!
Ok, now that I know that I can use paint to resize pictures properly, I resized a picture of picture of Shippou to a little smaller than LazeChibi-san's picture. But, I tried uploading it here, and I've run into the problem of pixels. I haven't a clue about what they mean by 125 by 125 pixels! The cute picture of Shippou is apparently larger than that or something. I uploaded it to my Inu-Yasha site, and it's 5 KB. So it at least meets that requirement....

Help!
Well, I just realized that when I get a picture or do one that I'd use for my picture here, I'd have to resize it! I don't know how to do that without a big huge mess of pixels! The only art programs I have on here are paint and a trial version of Paint Shop Pro, which I don't exactly know how to use! I need help! Please help if you can!

Downloading Dilemma
NO!!!!!! I was going to download the fighting background theme in Yu Yu Hakusho, but the place I was going to download it from's fileserver is down. If you don't know exactly which background theme I'm talking about, it's the one that goes dun na na na or so. *whines and hits face to desk nose-first* *comes up and rubs nose* Ow! It's hard to explain how beats are. Except for the famous/infamous dun dun dun! and a few others. Anyway, I didn't exactly like this theme until I listened to it closely and heard the guitar and more of how the theme goes. Well, I hope the site's fileserver comes back soon so I can download the theme.

Wedding
The wedding was beautiful! The cathedral it took place in was big and had a fabulous courtyard and roads and sidewalks that turned behind walls, it had a monestary sort of feel and look. I messed up with the guestbook signing, by the way. We thought it was at the reception, but it was at the wedding. I helped a little at the reception, still.
My aunt looked beautiful in her gorgeous white wedding dress. Her long trailing vail was held to her head by a tiara with what seemed to be daimond studs. And her corset(it was like one, at least) that made up the upper-half of the dress also seemed to have daimond studs around it. Well, it was just a beautiful wedding. Wish I had gotten my corsage, though. :(
The food at the reception was fancy-like. Or should I say gourmet? *shrugs* The flower arrangements were well-done. My new uncle and my aunt's first dance of the night was very good. We were all wanting my uncle to dip my aunt(he did so at the end of the song). At the last dance of the night, my mom and dad tried to do the swing. To me, it didn't look a thing like it, but they were good. I had to try and teach my mom the pretzel(a complicated part of the swing) when they were done. They said they were trying to do the pretzel near the end of the song. Don't know if my mom completely got how to do it, though. I wished I could've danced. But the only guy, and probably the only person, there around my age was my cousin. And I would've danced with my dad, but I didn't really want to ask.
*sigh* I haven't danced since Cotillion two years ago. The swing is my favorite out of the four dances we were taught. I don't completely remember the waltz. I know how the hands go, and that it's 1,2,3 foreward, backward, left, right(the directions probably in a certain order). That's probably it. And I think I forgot a step in the cha cha. I remember the fox trot and swing, though. *sighs*

Downloading Bugs Me
It bugs me how people with faster computers get to download shows and even movies from the internet. I, for one thing, don't know where to download them(I don't have a real downloading program,) and, if I did and could, it probably take a whole day or more to download. Took my computer 3 hrs or more to download a 4 min music video. Takes it 30 mins to download songs, too. So only thing I ever feel like downloading is music. I'm just waiting to go to a DVD/video/music store in a big town/city(wont be named here) about an hour or more away to buy the shows and movies I want. And when we do, I usually end up buying Manga instead. My little brother's bought DVDs instead. Both have been Dragonball Z, and he still bought Manga afterwards. He likes wasting money.
But then again, Mom helps him out some because he's young. She helps me out some, too, but I owe her so that's probably why I don't get allowance.
I should probably get my brother to buy one of the Yu Yu Hakusho movies next time. Then again, it could be the unedited PG-13 version and he's too young for that. And Mom could forbid him to because she's said that she doesn't like YYH because, after watching three episodes this week, she thinks all it's about is "Gotta fight, gotta fight! Have to fight!"(this was probably based on how Hiei was) I did explain it to her, so maybe she wont mind. She's let us watch it after she said that.
Anyway. We have a wedding to go to in Little Rock today. I'm going to be the person who has the guests sign the guestbook either before the wedding, or during the reception. My aunt's the bride. This'll be the third wedding I've gone to and the second time I've helped out(I was the ring bearer at one.)
