Where did all the cool kids go?
So yeah I'm kinda back. They can't keep the AJman down! During my time away though, I've grown up and matured and become the complete polar opposite of the AJ you all came to love. Sorry :(
Nah. I'm too much of a lazyass to ever grow up :D
I'll type more as I slowly get re-used to this lol.

Boy In The Book Interlude
The boy in the book
He couldn't turn the page he was on
So he waited for someone to dare read his tale
And turn his pages for him
So he could be unstuck and continue on his travels

"Dude I'm red!"
"Dude me too"
"No, dude, you're bleeding"
"Ooh! Ooh! Nosebleed"
"You bitch"
"This blood sure tastes real sweet"
"That's blood-coloured cola"
"..Oh"
"These blood jokes suck"
"Yeah"
"Dude stop drinking blood"
*stickman laying crippled under crude tree drawing*
"Quit it already with the blood"
*stickman with hacksaw and no connection between legs and body*
"Hey look! No blood!"
"No blood?"
"No blood!"
no wonder I got a D before ¬_¬

email excerpt
I'm sorry for bothering you at possibly a very busy time of the year, but I would like to know my realistic chances of getting into Medicine from those that would know best.
I'm a very lively and hard working Year 13 (starting September '05!) student and up until this year have without fail always had brilliant exam results. In my GCSEs I managed to get a little better than my estimated results with 2 A*s; 5 As; a B and one D (which was in my heel: modern foreign language). And I was confident that I would get into the Uni course for my choice career: Pharmacy.
This year however has unexpectly been a bad one and I'd rather not get into the personal details, but ultimately I've numbly gone through most of the year and received more-than-deserved mediocre AS-level results. However after recovering from my little 'episode' I managed to find myself and realised that pharmacy as a career wasn't so much my choice as it was my parents' and family's. The best career for me personally would be one in Medicine. The course is longer and more rigourous, and as a job it would be more demanding and the hours would be longer and lives would be on the line at times and continuous learning would be a must.
But I really don't care about that. I understand that doctors aren't as handsomely paid as everyone would like to think and that doesn't bother me either. I genuinely believe the satisfaction of the job overrides all of that. I wouldn't like to spend the rest of my life checking prescriptions behind a counter or just researching the development of drugs (to be blunt). As much of a waste this year has been, it honestly hasn't. I've found out who I want to be and not who others want me to be; even if it will be a more difficult destination to reach, I'm determined to reach it. What now stands in my way is the huge obstacle course that will be salvaging my grades.
carry on dancing ;p
